They were in a room, waiting  for someone to come while being watched by a non-identified Pro-Hero, both of them shaking nervously on their chairs.
Tsukauchi then entered in his office. Kiki and Mike exchanged a glance.

He passed on front of them, with a bunch of paper in his hands. The detective sat down putting the paper at the corner of his office. The tension between the persons in the room was palpable.

"So,"started Tsukauchi looking at them in the eyes," you two"-" IT WASN'T ME I SWEAR" suddenly yelled Mike before the detective could continue, almost giving his friend a heart-attack,"I'M INNOCENT I DID NOTHING WRONG!"

"What the h*ll Mike?!" asked the blue haired girl, but the boy didn't listened,"SHE PLANNED EVERYTHING NOT MY FAULT"

"I DID NOTHING WHAT THE H*LL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?"

".....I don't know, just saying that it's your fault if we're here...." he mumbled.

"YOU decided to come!" she protested.

"WHO, tell me, who made the satanic ritual?" in a triumphal tone, because he knew he was right on that point. But he decided to come let's make that clear.

"What satanic ritual?" demanded Tsukauchi interrupting the fight, raising an eyebrow thinking about how their conversation had no sense.

"...." The two friends stayed silent as they mentally cursed each other and themselves of forgetting this was an interrogatory.

"What do you meant by 'satanic ritual'?" repeated the detective examining closely the two suspicious and strange teenagers.

Tell him or not tell him that is the question.

And the answer is no.

Kiki took a deep inspiration before starting,"Detective Tsukauchi", the detective's eyes widened, he never told them his name,"If because of some reasons, you end up in the universe of your favorite book, what would you do?"

Both Mike and Naomasa kept looking at her extremely confused. One because that question was completely out of topic and that sudden reassurance was destabilizing, the other because that d*mn bast*rd told him not to say exactly what she was starting to say right now.

Seeing there was no answer, she tried again but in another way, "Okay, forget it. Do you believe in time-travel?"

Her friend mentally facepalmed," Are you stupid?"

"What? I can't just announce it like that!" she defended herself, she had no idea how to say it without shocking Naomasa, she was trying her best.

"I'm not talking about that, this world is full of quirks, OF COURSE time travel exist!" he retorqued.

"Let me do it." Mike then turned towards Tsukauchi, who was still destabilized, and continued,"We'll answer to your questions if you answer ours first. There's two."

"One, do you believe in multiverse? Two, did you guys saw the pictures on the bag?"

The door opened before the detective could answer or just protest about the fact that he was the one supposed to ask the questions, and Eraser Head entered the room.

The inner fanboy of Mike start yelling like mad and Kiki was just like Welp, we're screwed and also hoping the Hero didn't hear what she said to Tomura.
