Now that the final exam for Bakugou and Batman started they now stood across from All Might.

Batman: do you remember the plan Bakug.........

Before Batman could even finish asking Bakugou his question Bakugou used his quirk to propel himself straight at All Might at an incredible speed reaching the hero in a split second. The only problem was that All Might even with the weights on was still much faster then Bakugou and grabbed him by the neck while he was still in the air.

Batman: damn it Bakugou we needed to stick to the plan!

AM: so you had a plan to bet me, impressive as it would be no plan you come up with would do me in heroes!

Bakugou still in All Mights grasp then aims his palm right at All Mights face only inches away from it.

Bakugou: screw Deku's plan, I'll win my own way without his help!

With that being said Bakugou used his quirk to send an explosion right at All Mights face at almost point blank range. This caused All Mights entire body to be full covered in smoke from the attack making it hard to see him or Bakugou at all. But then the smoke began to clear and Bakugou could still be seen being held by his neck by All Might.

AM: I'm sorry but was that attack meant to hurt me?

All Might then slams Bakugou down onto the ground hard.

AM: because if it was then then you have along ways to go young hero!

Bakugou: go to hell All Might.

AM: is that anyway for a hero to talk!

Batman seeing that All Might was distracted be his conversation with Bakugou launched a batarang right at him. The batarang flew threw the air and looked like it was going to connect with its target but at the last second All Might grabbed it out of the air.

AM: don't think I forgot about you hero!

The batarang that All Might grabbed then began to beep as a little red light on it flashed with every beep. The beeping noise then began to get fast as the flashing red bot did as well.

Batman: don't think I underestimated your skills All Might.

The batarang that Batman through at All Might then exploded right in All Mights hand. The explosion wasn't even close to being as strong as Bakugou's but it did get All Might to look away from him for a split second. That split second was all Batman needed to use his disappearing technique to get behind All Might and get him into a rear choke hold. Thinking quickly All Might chucked Bakugou away in order to separate the two of them then he reached up and using his strength pulled Batman off of him. All Might healed Batman up in front of him by his head.

AM: nice try hero but you'll have to do better then that!

Batman: how about this then!

Batman then pulled out a canister that looked like it was a military grade smoke bomb. This confused All Might as he could see how this would help Batman at all in dealing with him.

AM: a smoke bomb?

Before All Might could say anything else Izuku had already pulled the pin on the canister and aimed it instead of throwing it so that all the smoke that came out went straight into All Mights face. All Might saw what Izuku was planning to do but by the time he did it was already to late and the smoke exploded from the canister into All Mights face. All Might the began to choke and cough from all of the smoke entering his body. This happened so much that All Might had to drop Izuku so that he could get rid of the smoke. With a lot of his strength All Might preformed a giant clap that cleared all the smoke away with air pressure. After all of the smoke was cleared from the area All Might looked around only to see that Batman was no longer standing there anymore.

AM mind: I guess I was wrong, that smoke bomb really did help him against me........

All Might then looked up and saw that Batman was climbing onto the roof of one of the buildings that were around them.

AM mind: but it didn't help him long enough to escape.

Batman was now running across the roof tops when in a blinding flash of speed All Might appeared right in front of him making come to a stop.

AM: going somewhere hero?

Before Batman could do anything though All Might punched him hard enough to knock him to the ground and slid to the other side of the roof. Batman slowly began to get up while holding his stomach in the area were he got hit.

Batman mind: and to think that that was just a light punch.

Batman then looked up at All Might and saw that he was sweating a little bit.

AM: what's wrong hero I thought you said that I was going to loose or was all of that just talk because you were in front of your friends!

Batman didn't say a word and just leaped off of the roof of the building using his grappling hook to safely land. All Might seeing this went to go after him but as he did noticed that he was actually starting to breath a little heavier.

AM mind: I'm starting to feel a little tired even though I haven't even used all of my strength at all. I must be getting sick, after this I should go see Recovery Girl.

After Batman landed safely on the ground he took off across the street towards the alleyway but as soon as he got close to it again All Might appeared right in front of him in the blink of an eye.

AM: hello!

All Might then without saying anything else punched Batman, harder this time, and sent him flying into a lamppost knocking it over as he slammed into it.

Batman mind: that is definitely going to hurt tomorrow, hell it's probably going to hurt tonight.

AM: you can't win hero it's completely pointless to try!

Batman got up off of the ground and quickly pulled out his grappling hook to try and get away again but All Might was already right behind him and slammed him in the back with his whole body. The attack sent Batman flying and tumbling across the ground. Again Batman slowly got up off of the ground and looked towards All Might only to see him actually panting a little bit.

AM: there is no way a quirkless hero is going to defeat me!

All Might began to walk over towards Batman but his walking became slower and slower as he got closer until out of nowhere he collapsed to his hands and knees.

AM mind: what the heck, I feel like my strength is being taken away from my! What is happening?

Batman: it looks like the chemical that I exposed you to is finally starting to kick in fully. That's good because I don't know how many more of your punches I could take.

All Might was now confused, he found it hard to believe that Batman could do this to him.

AM: you did this to me?

Batman: correct.

AM: you also said you exposed me to chemicals but I don't remember that ever happening.

Batman: of course you don't remember it because I made sure you didn't even realize it. The smoke from that smoke bomb that you inhaled was made up of a bunch of chemicals that that I put together.

AM: what!

Batman: even as we speak the chemicals are slowly attacking your muscles taking away your strength. I'd say that when it is all done you will only be as strong as death arms.

All Might then tried to get up off of the ground but found himself being to weighed down by the weights that he had on.

Batman: I'd take those off if I were you or you'll be completely stuck to the ground.

All Might listening to what Batman said took off the weights that he had on his arms and legs. Now free of the extra weight All Might stood back up.

AM: I must say young hero that you're plan is quite amazing but you said that I would probably only have the strength of death arms now and he is still very much stronger then you.

Batman: I now but there are other factors that put me as your superior now that your strength is gone.

AM: and those factors are?

Batman: my fighting style is better then yours is as yours rely's on your strength to work.

All Might had to agree that that was true but he still had superior strength so it shouldn't be to much of a problem.

AM: is that it?

Batman: no, I also have these.

Batman then pulled out and put on a pair of what looked like brass knuckles.

AM: I don't those will help you young man!

Batman then after putting them on squeezed his hands into a fist sparks came off of both of the brass knuckles.

Batman: you were saying.

AM mind: well this isn't going to be good.

Batman: only warning All Might, surrender now or get hurt!
