Izuku finished getting changed into his clothes and met Rumi out in the hallway. The both of them then followed the pro hero Manual to the room Iida was recovering in because that is were the police chief was waiting for them. When Izuku got to the room and went in he was caught off guard by the police chief having the face of a dog but he made sure not to show it. When Izuku was in the room the chief of police turned to him.

Chief: hello I'm police chief Tsuragamae, and I'm guessing that you are Izuku Midoriya?

Izuku: yes sir.

Izuku then gave the chief of police a respectful bow to show respect.

Izuku: what can we do for you sir?

Tsuragamae: I am here Mr.Midoriya to discuss the incident that you and Mr.Tenya were involved in during yesterday's attack by the League of Villains.

Izuku: and what incident would that be sir?

Tsuragamae: you and Mr.Tenya knowingly went after the hero killer and engaged him in combat when nether one of you have even a provisional hero license. Not only that but you severely injured the hero killer in the process enough to keep him in the hospital for a month.

Izuku: so, why should that matter that the hero killer is in the hospital for a month?

Rumi: Izuku.....

Tsuragamae: it matters Mr.Midoriya because you went to far when you fought him. There are rules and limits on what you can do.

Izuku: to far you say.

Tsuragamae: yes, you took it way to far. We're just lucky you didn't kill him.

Izuku: it wasn't luck that stopped me.

Rumi: Izuku be careful what you say....

Izuku: it's true. I have the skills to end his life but I didn't. The hero killer got what he deserved.

Tsuragamae: that may be but it doesn't give you the right to do what you did.

Izuku: what I did was save a friend and a fellow pro hero which you say I can't do without a license. I also took down a cold blooded killer but you say I took it to far. Tell me police chief if I didn't do what I did what would you tell people sorry Ms.Tenya your son could have been saved but the closest person who could have helped didn't have s license to do so? Do you think the families of the hero's that Stain killed care that it was taken to far, would you tell them what you are standing here telling me?

Tsuragamae: what are you say, that because you were able to succeed that that makes everything you did ok.

Izuku: I'm saying that if I have to let someone die because I don't have a stupid piece of paper or that I have to worry about a serial killer well being then maybe being a pro hero wasn't the right choice for me.

The room went silent after hear what Izuku said, they all could understand where Izuku was coming from but they couldn't believe what he said. For someone so dedicated to becoming a hero say that it might be better to go against the law in order to get things done was hard for them to hear. The first to speak up in the room was the police chief.

Tsuragamae: (sigh) you're young Midoriya and still in training so I don't expect you to understand. As heroes there are lines you can't cross, you'll understand when you are older. Now I suggest we move on to the other reason why I have come here today.

Iida: other reason?

Tsuragamae: yes I have come to tell you to that the pro hero Native will be the one taking credit for stopping the hero killer yesterday.

Iida: but it was Izuku that.....

Tsuragamae: and Midoriya doesn't have a license to do what he did so to keep him from getting in trouble we will give the credit to Native since he was at the scene.

Izuku: I would give it to Endeavor if I were you.

Rumi: why would you do that?

Izuku: because when I took down Stain he told me that he wasn't alone and that the group he was with would come after me for taking him down. So if I were you I would give it to Endeavor because he can handle himself really good and because he is so famous they may think twice about killing him to avoid drawing attention to themselves.

Tsuragamae: I see, I'll keep that in mind.

Izuku: is that all you needed?

Tsuragamae: no it's not.

Tsuragamae then turned and faced both Izuku and Iida then proceeded to bow to the both of them.

Tsuragamae: no one else will know what you did yesterday but a select few, that select few includes me and I would like to personally say thank you for your help with the hero killer.

Iida: there is no need to thank us.

Izuku: he's right, we were just doing are jobs.

After that interaction between Izuku, Iida, and Tsuragamae, the chief of police left the hospital. Shortly after Izuku also left the room and went back to his to get his stuff, he was followed by Rumi when he did. When Izuku and Rumi got to the room Rumi shut the door behind the two of them.

Rumi: why didn't you tell me about the hero killer threatening you?

Izuku: I didn't think it was serious.

Rumi: that is no reason not to tell me!

Izuku: listen I just thought that if his threat turned out to be a bluff that there was no need to worry you or anyone about it.

Rumi: and if it didn't turn out to be a bluff, and people do come after you.

Izuku: then I didn't want anyone to get hurt, so by not telling anyone then no one has to worry or get hurt because of me.

Rumi: why do you do this?

Izuku: because I have too.

Rumi then walked towards Izuku as he was still packing his Batsuit and when she got to him she hugged him from behind.

Rumi: you don't have to do things alone anymore, you have people willing to help you.

Izuku then turned to Rumi and hugged her back and the two of them stayed like that for a little while. Eventually the two broke there hug and Rumi stepped away from Izuku.

Rumi: I'll wait for you out front by your bike.

Izuku: I'll be there soon.

Rumi left the room and went to go wait by the Batcycle like she said she was going to do while Izuku finished up his packing which didn't take him long. After finishing Izuku went done to the front desk of the hospital to sign himself out. Signing out didn't take Izuku long to do and when he was done he began to make his way out the door. As Izuku was leaving though the doors the the hospital opened with EMT's rushing in with three people making Izuku need to jump out of the way. After getting out of the way Izuku looked at the people they were bring in and when he did a shiver went up Izuku's spin. All three of the civilians being rushed in to get medical treatment were the same, they all were pale white and they all had an unnatural large smile.

Izuku: what the, they look like.....

Izuku begins to get flashbacks of the joker and all the times he met him. Izuku then snaps out of it and goes to the EMT that just gave his civilian off to one of the doctors at the hospital.

Izuku: excuse me sir.

EMT then turns around and faces Izuku.

EMT: yes, is there anything I can help you with?

Izuku: I was just wondering what happened to those people you just brought in?

EMT: oh those civilians got caught up in a villain attack.

Izuku: villain!

EMT: yup, some creepy clown looking guy hit them with some kind of gas, made them like that while they were in the city park. But don't worry we will take care of them.

The EMT guy then walked away leaving Izuku there alone with his thoughts and he could only think about one person.

Izuku mind: JOKER!!!

Rumi was waiting by the bike when she looked over and saw Izuku making his way over.

Rumi: it's about time, what took you so long?

Izuku didn't say anything and Rumi could see that something was wrong with him.

Rumi: Izuku? Izuku what's wrong?

Izuku: I need to go to the park.

Rumi: why?

Izuku: there was a villain attack and I need to investigate it and look for evidence.

Rumi: villain attack. No you can't go, you just got out of the hospital and......

Izuku: the villain that attack the park might have been the same one that killed my dad, I need to go Rumi.

Rumi: Izuku.....

Izuku: Rumi you said I didn't have to do this alone, now are you going to help me find this man.

Rumi just looked at Izuku for a short while seeing the need to do this in his eyes.

Rumi: ok, but we need to do this by the book got it.

Izuku: ok.

Rumi and Izuku then walked back into the hospital to change and when the two emerged back out of the hospital they were now Miruko and Batman. The two crime fighters then got onto the Batcycle.

Miruko: ok, where too?

Batman: Hosu City park, the scene of the crime.

Miruko: right, punch it!

Batman just gave a simple node of his head and as fast as he could drove to the park screeching the tires on his bike as he left. The two of them flew down the street at high speeds towards the city park in hopes of finding any sort of evidence that would lead the two of them to the Joker.
