Since Bai Feng Jiu of Ching Chu named as the crown princess, her grandparents, current king and queen, left the kingdom at her watch and lived in semi-retirement. She was powerful and ruled the same, she earned the trust of their people just as much as other rulers, her royal family helped and supported her ruling while her father adored her the most, this was all wonderful but she also had the protection and trust of the former ruler of the universe, Dong Hua Dijun, his majesty attended her coronation and after that showed his agreement in every possible situation and in return she respected his words as much as possible to the point that there was times when someone tried to use the shared trust between the two of them, using her name and seeking something from Dijun or using his name and asking too much from her, only to be disappointed, the two of them always figure out the truth out of lies and seems to know what they should believe and what should be block out. This way time passed and soon was 30 thousand years of her ruling.
“Cui Fen go and enjoy your time, it’s your last chance to be free, when you come back you will begin your train and soon take the throne” Feng Jiu told her cousin, who was about to leave for mortal world at Feng Jiu’s command, soon she has to be crowned as the queen and wanted her cousin to take the throne of west land before that, she gave her a little time to be free and live as she want before real responsibility begin, she gave her 300 years of their world time which was more than enough in mortal’s.
Cui Fen hugged Feng Jiu and vanished, she said her goodbyes to others the night before, 300 years of freedom and then she will bury in work, let’s have some fun, she decided.
Feng Jiu stared at the place she just was for a few moments before turning around and entering her study room. “Dong Hua I’m getting closer” she thought to herself and thought of the last time she saw him, for the past 30 thousands of years she was the crown princess and acted as one, she did all she could and even more, she never went to him for another private chat, or cheated to steal a brief private moment with him, they only met for formal occasions, she bowed he nodded, she greeted Dijun and he respected her highness, she looked at him just for seconds and he breathed her in just the same.
There was not that much reason to hold a formal gathering in Ching Chu and as the crown princess of an independent land there was no need for her presence at heavenly courts, so they met rarely. She sighed and started to work, with Cui Fen by her side, time passed much sooner but everything had its end.

It’s been more than 200 years since Cui Fen left for the mortal world, everything was at peace like always. It was middle of night and Feng Jiu was lying in her bed trying to get some sleep, she was too tired to fall asleep, when she heard Cui Fen talking through the instrumentation that Feng Jiu gave her before she left so she can call for her if she ever need her, and now she was calling her.
Feng Jiu teleported where the call come from only to find Cui Fen crying her eyes out at the side of a bed with an almost young mortal man, she had his hand in hers asking him to not leave her: Li Ming you can’t leave just like this, stay with me a little more and my cousin will be here.
Li Ming: stop crying, I told you before, I can’t come to your world and you can’t stay here.
Feng Jiu heard his cold voice but saw the lost feelings in his eyes. She steps forward and the two of them turned their head toward her voice: Cui Fen you call for me.
Cui Fen cried her name: Feng Jiu you come.
She hardly found her legs and walked toward Feng Jiu, only to kneel down and ask for her help: please help me your highness, only you can save him, I can’t lose him, please cousin.
Feng Jiu had no idea what was she talking about but she seems so desperate, she heard the young man voice again, asking Cui Fen to stop crying and leaving him, one look at his face and the pain was all she could see, Feng Jiu waved her hand and stopped the time: what is going on here and what are you talking about? Be calm and tell me exactly.
Cui Fen looked at the guy, she was scared and Feng Jiu assured her: I stopped time, he is not going to die until I resume it, so tell me your story.
Cui Fen cried a little more and finally gathered herself enough to talk: when I come here all I have in mind is to have some fun and live freely but less than a month and I saw him in his first life, we were neighbors back then, we start a relationship and I thought some mortal experience isn’t a bad idea so when he proposed I accepted, But I fell in love with him desperately, soon he was suspected why I not look any older, I didn’t want to leave him so I told him the truth, he loved me so much back then, but when he understood who i am he asked me to leave him, he told we never can be good for each other, he said he will get older and soon will be like a burden for me. I refused to leave and he refused to see me as his wife any more, he respected me, loved me but did not act the same as before. He died in an accident at 43 years old and asked me to forgive and forget him, but I couldn’t. I waited for him to be born again, I waited for too long and found him in his second life, and third, and in all next lives. In each of them he fell in love with me, he understood my origin and asked me to leave him, and die so soon even for a mortal, this is his last life, I told him everything sooner this time, hoping to bring him back with myself but he refused and told he can’t be good enough for a princess, less for a goddess. Cousin please help me, I can’t forget him.
Feng Jiu looked at her cousin in disbelief, she sent her down here to have some fun and see what she gets in. Feng Jiu went to the bed and put her hand on his forehead, calling out his memories and feelings of each lifetime, he has a good soul, in her delight and sadness he died sooner than expected because of his heart broken, he really loved her cousin each time.

She sighed “but not as impossible as us”.
"Cui Fen I can help you but it required a lot of hardship, I only bring him back to our land, after that is up to you, you should help him gather power and become a high immortal also you should face your parents and grandparents, as crown princess I won’t stand in your way but if you want him you have to earn the permission by your own." Feng Jiu said and Cui Fen accepted her condition. Feng Jiu sighed again, She concentrated and shook the bell twisted on her ankle, they needed permission.
Dong Hua was at court, Bai Zhi and Zhe Yan were there too, Feng Jiu will be crowned as the queen in the next few years and they were here to inform the head leaders. He was listening to Bai Qian's approval when heard the sound of bells, Feng Jiu never used them before, and with the power she had there was nothing to harm her and make her call for him, he felt scared and stressed coming up and without any word disappeared.
He appeared in mortal worlds and saw Feng Jiu healthy and safe, he gathered her in his arms without thinking. Feng Jiu gasped in surprise and called his name like a whisper: Dong Hua.
“are you all right?” he asked her, refusing to let her come out of his arms.
Feng Jiu breathed his scent in and answered: I’m fine, excuse me for asking you here this way but I need your help.
She heard his voice inches away of her ear and shivered, how she missed him: “what is it little fox”
“I need to bring him with me to Ching Chu.” She answered absent-mindedly and didn’t realize her words could be taken some other way, Dong Hua felt anger rise up within him, she asked him here to help her bring back a mortal boy with herself, who is he to her. Feng Jiu felt his chest up and down in anger and his arms tighten around her and realized her words: “not for myself Dong Hua” she whispered and felt him sighed in relief. “this cousin of mine chose an impossible love, but at least not impossible as me, so I want to help her, I don’t want her to go through what I went, but I need your permission to bring a mortal to heavens.”
Dong Hua gets her words and finally lets her out of his arms: little fox you know what you are asking for?
Feng Jiu assured him: he is a good soul, I checked his lives, feelings and soul, but you can check it too, if you object I will not ask again.
Dong Hua can see the hurt in her eyes, that feelings never left her eyes and now by helping an almost impossible love faith she hopes to find some peace, he can’t deny this. He checked the guy for himself and woke him up, only to say a few words before sending him to Ching Chu with a wave of his hand: I allow you to enter the immortal worlds, be wise and don’t make her regret this choice.  
“little fox he is there, he should become worthy before announcing to realms” he said and looked at Cui Fen for a second.
Feng Jiu smiled: thank you Dijun, I’m sure my heir here can make sure of this, otherwise she will lose her position.
Cui Fen knelt down and thanked them both in shock, she had no idea what was going on here.
Now that was done Dong Hua looked at Feng Jiu with more concern, she looked the same and she looked back, he looked as always too. Dong Hua stepped closer and caressed her on her nose, gave her a bittersweet smile and vanished in his aura.
Feng Jiu closed her eyes to not see him leaving.
When she finally opened her eyes looked at Cui Fen and said: Li Ming is at the oldest cave at Ching Chu, Dijun already closed the cave and only the fourth of us can reach it.
“he likes to have his share even if he never come” she murmured this but Cui Fen heard it.
Feng Jiu continued: remember you never can say anyone about what happened here, you have to make him ready for coming through the regular way and attend immortality, after that you only can say you asked for my permission and Dijun in the same way as others.
And one more thing, your mission here is done, I give you permission to go back to our lands but you should stay inside until the time comes, I only helped you to bring him back but what your life will be is up to you two.
Now go ahead, I will be there soon.
Cui Fen bowed and left, there were a lot of things she couldn’t understand but right now Li Ming was more important for her, she can’t believe they can be together, for real.
Feng Jiu sighed and walked out of the home, changing her clothes to something simpler to walk in mortal worlds, “real love has its difficulty but impossibility isn’t fair at all.” She thought and turned left walking in no particular way.
