Meet baby Dream!

E! News has an exclusive first photo of Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna's baby girl, Dream Renee Kardashian, born Thursday morning at Cedars Sinai hospital in Los Angeles. The whole pic shows Rob and Chyna's newborn daughter lying in a blanket with a blue and pink beanie on. Little Dream gently holds on to a hand, which appears to belong to papa Rob. The newborn looks peaceful as she stares up at her dad with her dark, piercing eyes.

Now for the real question: do you think little Dream looks more like mom or dad?!

As reported earlier today, the Rob & Chyna stars arrived at the hospital around 6:40 a.m. PT Thursday. Chyna entered in a wheelchair as a smiley Rob followed her inside. Rob appeared "giddy, excited" as he prepared to become a first-time dad. Chyna's mom, Tokyo Toni, joined the couple as they prepared to welcome their baby girl.

Rob and Chyna have been doing final prep for their daughter's birth for the last few weeks. They also celebrated their baby-to-be with an oversized co-ed baby shower at the beginning of October with close to 80 guests, including her son King Cairo and Scott Disick. The bash featured a belly dancer, photo booths, and various games, including bobbing for nipples and pinning the sperm on the egg.

After Dream's birth today, E! announced that we'd be taking fans into the delivery room with the Rob & Chyna Baby Special next month. Get excited, Dolls!

Just two weeks ago, Kennedy Kardashian gave birth to a baby boy. Now we're on baby watch for Kourtney and Khloe.

"Seeing baby dream just makes me so excited for our baby," I said.

"I know, right, and maybe after this baby, we could've another one." He said.

"We're going to have a big Samoan and Armenian family," I said.

"God, I love you." He replies.

"I love you too," I told him, then kissed him.

My phone vibrated on the nightstand next to the bed.  I grabbed my phone to see a text from the sister group chat.

"Who is it?" Dwayne asked next to me.

"Kim, letting us know that there's an E! Event and just Khloe letting me know that there's a girls lunch at one and not to be late," I said as I walked into my closet.

I decided to wear my gold and black turtle neck dress with long sleeves with my black and silver design clutch. I paired my outfit with some black heels.

"You look good, babe," Dwayne said, walking into the closet.

"Thank you," I said.

"Kiss me. I'm leaving," I told him.

He kissed me and told me goodbye.

I walked out to the garage getting in my car and turning the key over starting the engine.

I was in the car, and people were texting me.

I heard something make contact, then the car began to roll repeatedly down the highway then come to a complete stop.

I heard people screaming, I felt something run down my face, and I was going in and out of consciousness. I heard sirens and then saw blood, broken glass, my airbags deployed, and blood all over my hands. I saw a guy staggering out of his car, and the guy was probably drunk.

Then, I saw the darkness.....

I woke up to blinding white lights, the disinfecting odor, and I looked down at my legs. Seeing my right one in a brace and it hit me, everything was real. The car crash everything was real.

"You okay?" I heard a familiar voice ask.

I looked over, saw Dwayne, and hugged him. The doctor came in asking me questions. What day is it? What year? Who's the president? My birthday? After that, I stayed here for observation, but I wanted to be somewhere other than here, to be honest. I was not too fond of hospitals and hated everything about them in general.

"Can I go home?" I asked, groaning.

"No, they have to keep you for observation," Dwayne told me sternly.

I laid back in the hospital bed then the nurses came in, changing my IV bags. I was starting to get cold then was shivering. He got up and put a heavy blanket on me. I began to warm up.

"Is the meds causing this?" I asked.

"Probably." He said.

"How long have you been here?" I asked.

"Since the accident." He replied.

"What? Dwayne, you need to go home. Have you eaten anything?" I asked.

"No, I didn't want to leave you here by yourself." He replied.

"Oh my God, Dwayne, what's wrong with you? I'll kill you if you don't go down to the cafeteria and get something to eat." I said.

"But... Fine, I'll go get something to eat." He said, getting up and walking out of the hospital room.

As I lay in my hospital bed, I had no choice but to take in my surroundings. The walls were so blank—a small television connected to the wall with the news playing on the screen.

Soon He walked back into the room. Thank God this room was starting to drive me crazy.

"What did the doctor say about this?" I asked.

"He said that your road to recovery is going to be a hard one, and you have a mild concussion and will be staying here for a few days for observation, that you're fortunate." He said.

"Why do I have so many things all over me ?" I asked.

"You have a brace on your leg because the bone was cracked and had screws in your knee holding it together. You have a bruised bone on your other leg, stitches on your left arm from a deep cut you had when you arrived." He replied.

"Did you call my family?" I asked.

"Yes, they are coming soon." He said.

"Thank you," I said, smiling.

"For what?" He asked.

"For being here with me," I said.
