                     Flashback

Zella opened her eyes. She saw Lance standing beside her and staring at her. She looked around her surroundings and realized she  is in a hospital. Her hands felt heavy, she lifted them up and saw IV is connected to one arm and blood to the other.

" what happened to me Lance? How did i reach here?"
" nothing Zella , you just passed out due to dehydration."
" where you there in the dark forest? "
" yeah I saw you laying down and I took you to the hospital."
" but you were there before. I came to see you, but you just vanished."
" you were hallucinating, because of your hangover."
Zella rubbed  her neck, " something pricked my neck."

Lance swallowed his saliva pretending to be normal like nothing had happened, which is not the reality. He was hiding something from her. She saw some blood on his lips.

" Are you injured?" Zella enquired.

" why? What happened?" said Lance

She pointed to his lip " blood"

"Ohh.. nothing I just fallen down in the forest." and wiped off the blood from his lip.

" so, why is this blood transfusion if i was
dehydrated?"
" well doctor said you were anemic too and need blood transfusion."

" what! how can it happen in a single day. I wasn't anemic till yesterday."

" well may be because you drunk."

She rolled her eyes. She couldn't believe those words at once.
'Why would Lance lie' she believed him blindly.

Lance tried to walk out but Zella held is hand suddenly a vision,

Zella is in her room,she saw Lance standing nearby and he was looking fierce and he is trying to attack Zella. His eyes were red like a fire and he put sharp fangs out. She is trying to escape from him.

Zella gasped for her breathe,she left his hand,her eyes were widened and she is in a shock.

" what happened Zella,are you alright?" Lance tried to comfort her.

" yeah everything is fine. I started to hallucinate again, but im afraid."Zella mumbled.

He asked her keenly " what... just tell me what happened?"
" I saw you trying to kill me and you were having fangs."
He got surprised by hearing this. His eyes widened. There is something going on his head. His eyes shined like a blue ocean.

"Your eyes." She pointed.

"What ?"

"Its blue." Her lips became pale.

"Its the effect of medicine, don't worry my eyes cant change color."

He saw that fear in her eyes, her eyes turned from green to blue.

" I will never try to kill you Zella and I can't even harm you because..."

He turned away. Zella was surprised by his sentence. She felt some kind of pain in his voice. He is hurt, his feelings were Pain and love. She felt very happy to hear it and feel it.

Nurse came in to check. Lance went out and a flashback of what happened in dark forest strike his head.

Lance was following Zella. He saw her walking towards the forest. He kept a distance from her. Zella was walking quite into the innermost part of forest like someone was pulling her through some gravitational force attraction. Her body fluids, especially the red fluid were being sucked by the one. The two sharp fangs pierced through her neck and was sucking blood. Lance ran into that person and pushed him away.Zella passed out and fallen down.

He was strong, his skin was ashen white. He had dark black eyes which was red in fury and anger.He had good body muscle.his appearance was similar like Lance. Blood was flowing out of his lips. He was exactly like Lance but had a red fury eyes and two sharp fangs. But who said Lance was lacking fangs. Even Lance put his fangs out. His eyes was glittering like a blue ocean with anger. The two strong vampires were fighting each other. Lance and the other look alike. Lance pierced the other with his fangs. The opposite one thrown him to the ground. Lance bursted out with anger he pushed the other one who is a replica of himself.

" dont dare to touch her." Lance shouted at him. His replica pushed him away.
" who the hell are you to tell that. I have my own way and she is my very own prey since she is born."his laugh echoed in the creepy dark forest.

"I told you to stay away from her. Or else you have to face the consequences, she is mine."
Lance went near him with his sharp fanges out and facing towards him.

" we both needs her" he laughed again. "Then both of us will take her."

" you won't touch her again until or unless you cross me" Lance warned him.

" well then, as your wish. But not today." He turned away " take care of your lady or I will take care of her." he just vanished away deep into the forest.

Lance took Zella in his arm and carried her to the car. He took her to the nearest hospital. He was so concerned about her.Then the doctors gave her IV and blood transfusion.

" Lance" Zella called him.
He went inside, doctor told him " nothing to worry, she can go home now."
Lance nodded his head,after all payments done he asked her to go.Zella went behind Lance and said " thanks"

He smiled at her, and glanced on her eyes. Her eyes caught his,she smiled back. Zella sat in Lance's car waiting for him to come. He made a call to someone "he tried to attack her."
Zella opened the car window and asked him to get into the car.

"So where is your brother?" Lance enquired.
" well he is sick,and he is at home."
" if you are not feeling well then call me, I will be there at any moment." Lance smiled.
Zella grinned " I think you have a side for me." Lance smiled from the corner of his mouth.
Lance dropped  Zella and she waved her hand.
" thank you Lance and Bye"

Many days passed. Zella's new school is a awesome place for her. She has new friends and Eli and Percy became so close to her that nobody can separate them from each other. Lance and Zella gets closer and closer to each other day by day. Zella had no threats till now. And she dont even know that she have a threat. The two love birds Eli and Percy always keep on hanging out everyday.

" hey" a sound came from Zella's balcony.
" O my God... you scared me. How did you come here." Zella screamed.
" well I climbed." he grinned.
" Lance, you are amazing" and she hugged him.
He hugged her back. It became daily routine for them to meet in the balcony. They both became even more closer.They both were very happy and enjoyed that moment, without knowing the big trouble facing them or Zella.

Zella can't live a day without Lance. She loved him a lot but she couldn't admit it to him. Every time when she is upto confess she starts shivering and uttered something else to him due to nervousness . In class Zella sat next to Lance,he helped her in all her studies.she became the second topper of the class and a nerd like Lance.
