She was expecting him to talk, but he didn't approach her. The next class was started by the English lecturer. It was about Romeo and Juliet, the romantic atmosphere that made Zella enter into a different world.

Zella gaped openly as she observed his sharp jaw, chin and cheek bones. On either side of his straight nose were two blazing dark black eyes. His dark brows were graceful. All of it was framed with midnight black curls which gave a hot look to his white pale skin. He looked like a seasoned warrior. His skin glittered when the sun struck it. His eyes told of something that she wasn't able to read. His appearance alone was seductive and at once she imagined herself and him as Romeo and Juliet.
At once he made her breath slow down.

"Ugh ugh" Percy interrupted her with a cough.
He frowned at her in a way that said 'I got you' and grinned. She started blushing and they continued listening to the lecture.

Lance looked to his side and saw Zella. His eyes were intense and his lips started moving. That look was perverse. He watched the wavy movement of her hair, her beautiful eyes and her rosy lips. His eyes scanned her from top to bottom. His intensity could pierce through her. He stared at her continuously without breaking a sweat and swallowed his saliva. It became even more intense and his iris changed color from black to blue. He had butterflies in his stomach. He had some irresistible feeling for her. Something which made him think 'she is mine'. For a moment, his concentration was on her and not in class.

He exerted himself back to class. " No, I shouldn't," he mumbled.
The class got over and everyone was in a hangover from Romeo and Juliet. After a long chit chat they started to leave the class. Zella got up from her seat and her focus was on him. She gave him a smile but he looked away.

'He is so rude' she gave a sigh and felt that everything was in vain.
And they were making their way to the canteen, Zella,Eli and Percy the trio.

" What's up buddy, why so dull?" Eli inquired. She answered "nothing".

Zella's face was gloomy, and she was still thinking about the way he avoided her. The three routed their way to the canteen, the place where their moods can be changed.

On their way to the canteen, Mia, Lisa and Anna, the three real jerks, stepped into their way.

" Come on, introduce yourself to us." Mia,who is tall with braided hair,tanned skin and wearing a classic jean and top, pushed Zella and asked her.

"There is no need for her to introduce herself to you" Eli replied with anger.

"You creep, stay out of it or else..." Lisa, who is smaller than Mia, white skin and with ginger red hair left open, and green eyes with a skirt and mini top shouted.

"or else what will happen?" Percy interrupted.
The three kept silent because Percy had a hand over them. He was quite famous in the school and nobody wanted to create issues with him. He is straight forward. He also was last year's wrestling champion in school too.

"Lets leave girls" Anna said, who's the gang leader, has beautiful ocean blue eyes, ash blonde hair which was tied into a ponytail, same height as Mia, slim and gorgeous with her summer top and jeans. She gave a fuming look to Zella and said "we will get you later and you'll pay for this''.

She got frightened by those words because she is new to this school. She didn't want to create any enemies here without even knowing she already had an enemy whom she never met.
They entered the canteen and there was a huge line. Percy managed to squeeze in between and called both of them.

" Eli you are so courageous.., I didn't know" Percy commented with excitement.

" Maybe you didn't notice me before." Eli said hastily. "You never noticed"

Percy got that point and said "Maybe because of your specs" He laughed, Eli cocked her brow.

Zella grinned by the way she acted. The beautiful smell of food made them restless to wait and when they arrived near they grabbed their food tight and targeted their seat.
Zella, Percy and Eli sat nearby a longue.

" This is for VIPs," Eli whispered.
" Let it be" Percy said.

And while eating Zella noticed someone watching her. After that incident in class she never thought he would notice her or even give a glance. 'I thought he didn't like me and I'm not his type' she said to herself.
He looked at her with his silver lightning dark black eyes.

When their eyes are locked she thinks that his gaze will swallow her up. His eyes were assessing her completely. She could barely breathe any air. She forcefully looked away and found something strange in him. Zella whispered in a low voice such a way that others couldn't hear her 'Lance looks more handsome than before'.

He was still gaping as she took a bite of her sandwich and he was still staring then gave a great sigh as if he lost something. Suddenly his glare turned to a vicious look and his iris changed from black to red. Without even a second he got up from his seat and he shot off that place.

She couldn't find him. He is gone, she sighed.

After having their food the three of them said goodbye and left the canteen. Zella rushed into professor Williams' room and got her assignment. While coming back from the professor's room she saw Lance, she gave him a smile but he didn't respond.

She rolled her eyes and mumbled
'what is wrong with this guy? Sometimes he stares, other times he would just avoid me.'

After everything Zella was waiting for Zad to go home. She got bored waiting for her brother. She went through the newspaper kept in the newspaper stand.
The headline made her face pale.

'A 17 year girl found pale and dead'

She felt anxious to read the whole content.

A 17 year old girl, identified as Teena S. Charles, was found dead near the forest. Doctors claimed that her blood was completely drained out from her body. Police are investigating the mysterious death. Police say that there might be some connections with the deaths of other teenagers.

Zella's face became pale and she started sweating. Her heart pounds heavy. Some kind of fear struck on her face. Her necklace started glowing and it became red at once from blue.

"Zella" Zad called her out.

"Your necklace." He pointed at her necklace. It was the same as old.

"What?" Zella cocked her brow.

"I felt like it was red in color." Zad scratched his head.

"How can it be possible?" She smirked.
"How was your day?"

"Awesome" He replied, "yours?"

"Okay..."

And both of them shared their day while on their way home.

She told him "I must ask Eli's and Percy's help for my assignment."
He with so much of excitement told "I already gave them mine" he laughed " Did you mean Percy Gillest "

"Yes, you know him?"

"Obviously, he is very famous, and how did he become your friend?"

"Well...I don't know. I fell into him"

" Sissssyyyy... on your first day and to that famous guy?" His eyes widened.

"It's not that kind of fall, I literally fell and he caught me." She bit her lips.

"Oh poor sis." He started laughing holding his stomach.

'How come he can make so many friends within a day and how does he know everything about the school' she sighed.

While walking to their home they came across the dark forest. Zella's birthmark was again burning.

"Ouch.. it started to pain again"

Zad growled "what?"

"My birthmark" her eyes widened, "did you see that?" She pointed to the dark forest. The news started to wander in her thoughts. She started shivering and sweating. Something was moving in that forest. They both saw two glowing red eyes.

"It must be some wolves..." he rushed "let's walk quickly."
