"I'll go do that now," he says. I sit in my chair a stare at my screen. What game are they playing?

Adonis:

I work on my computer for a while. I need to reinforce security and notify my soldiers where they'll be going. I have a few thousand coming here from Greece currently and I have a few thousand others getting spread out across the world. I hear a knock on the door making me stop and I say "Come in."

"We found out who's leading the Greco's," Nico says immediately putting a file on my desk. I grab it and scan through it. "He has a son," I say. "Yes, it seems Michael was bastard born as Ethan's wife is infertile. That's why he was easier to hide," Nico says. "How could we look over this," I say running my hands through my hair. "Well, we have leverage. We still have Ethan and we tore down most of their warehouses" Nico suggests.

"They have Kiera. If we do something to Ethan, they'll do something to Kiera. They may have already," I say. He nods and sighs as well. "Any progress with finding red?" I ask. "No, they've found some potentially good security footage being analyzed now and a very blurry image of his face already. They're trying to clear it up as best they can but the security camera that picked him up was just too far away, they are still recovering and analyzing footage though," Nico says.

"Ok," I say blankly. I just don't know what to do. It's been only 7 hours since she went missing and I feel helpless. I can't imagine how she feels. I can't let myself go, I have to find her. I'll do anything to find her.

"Adonis, maybe you should get some rest. It's 1:19 AM," Nico says. "Why should I rest? Kiera's still out there," I say. "You have allies coming today. The best thing to do right now is sleep. If anything do it for Kiera, she needs someone level-headed to help her. You can't do that when you're like this," Nico says calmly. I sigh defeatedly. He's right.

I get up from my desk and Nico follows me out. He follows me to my car and sends me off. I'm driven home by security and I enter collapsing on my bed once I make it. The house is empty without my family. I couldn't risk losing them as well though.

Kiera:

I wake up groggily. Slowly opening and closing my eyes as I get my bearings. I'm still in the same room as before. I look at the white paneling hoping to find a clock but there isn't one. I try to move my fingers and they do sending tingles up my arm. I do the same with my other arm and get the same results. I start to move my wrists, toes, feet, and eventually my arms. I manage to lift myself up into a sitting position ignoring a slight pain near my chest.

I reach over and sloppily manage to pour myself a glass of water. I manage to move the cup to my lips and greedily drink it all. I try to move my legs but that still doesn't work. I decide to press the call button and wait for a nurse to arrive. A lady walks in a minute later and says "Do you need anything mam, I'm surprised you're up." Should I not be? "Why am I here?" I ask.

"You had an accident. You were walking from a piercing studio and got shot, you're lucky the bullet didn't reach your heart," She said. My eyes widened in shock. I look down at my chest and try to see the wound. "Don't stress yourself out to much sweetheart, you're in great hands here," she says. "Where is "here"?" I ask. "Clarence hospital," she says sweetly. She picks up a bag of fluids and switches it with an empty bag attaching it to a tube connected to my hand. "What is that?" I ask. "It's just some extra vitamins, don't worry about it," she says.

"Why do I need that?" I ask. "Well, you have to keep the baby healthy," she says. "What?" I yell earning a shush from her. "You weren't aware that you're pregnant?" she asks. "No, how far along am I? Is it hurt in any way? Do you know where my boyfriend is? I have to tell him. I ask all at once. "Ok first off calm down, stress isn't safe for the baby. You're 2 weeks along, your baby is doing just fine we haven't detected anything abnormal. Your boyfriend was actually just here, he left you those flowers," she answers all my questions. I look over and see there are flowers on my side table. It has a card attached and I reach for it.

Seeing me struggle the nurse hands it to me. "Kiera, I know you'll be healthy soon. You're so strong and our baby will be strong too. I won't be around for a while, there's something I have to do before I can see you again. I love you." Signed Adonis. I finish reading the note with tears in my eyes. He loves me. "Are you ok?" The nurse asks. "Yes," I respond wiping a tear off my face. I don't want to cry in front of someone. I'm just so happy right now. And scared. And sad. I hope I can see Adonis soon.

She leaves not long after and I'm left alone again. I hear a faint click and start to feel drowsy again. That's weird I think before I drift off to sleep.
