This oneshot does not mean that Cross will be a demon from now on, he will be an angel in new oneshots bc I feel like I didn't have enough fun with him as an angel yet

The next day as Dust walks up in Crosses room at first he doesn't see anything out of the ordinary, the room is clean and the bed soft. Then he notices. The angel is sleeping next to him. But he lacks his wings with pure white feathers instead in their place are big dragon-like wings. There are two curly black horns on his skull and he gained a small tail.

 "Morning Dust." the angel- No. The demon yawns quietly and wraps an arm around him. Dust freezes slightly, did he do that? Did Cross turn into a demon because of him? 

"I ruined you.." Cross frowns and wipes something off Dust's face with his scarf, it's wet. Those are tears, Dust didn't even realize that he started crying. Cross pulls him into a hug and hushes him.

"It's not your fault I wanted to be a demon ever since I joined Nightmare."  Cross holds him until his crying turns into nothing more than quiet sniffs. 

"It's okay." Dust doesn't say anything as he continues to cling to the demon. Cross can feel Nightmares presence somewhere in the background but the deity doesn't interfere seeing as the situation is under control.
