Explanation: Amir has the quirk Red eye. Once you glance into their eyes at least once. They activate their power to hypnotize you. They either make you hallucinate to show you horrible thoughts or have the option to control you.

The devil horns are just something in her family but it goes nice with the red eye effect when it happens.

He controls trees, rock, dirt, anything associated with the Earths surface.
