Keigo helped you out of the car and both of you walked towards the entrance. His hand was entangled with yours which kept you grounded.

As you both approached the guards, he pulled out his hero license to show them. They ticked him off the list and then opened the door for both of you too walk inside.

As you looked into the hall you realised it really was packed.

Heroes filled every corner of the room. Most you recognised as recent heroes but others where older.

There was a bar towards the right, two stair cases leading downstairs towards the back and a massive chandelier hanging from the middle of the room.

"Holy crap kei"

"I know right! Isn't this great"
He definitely was more thrilled than you.

"I wouldn't say great"

"Just hold onto me okay?"

You nodded and then he led you through the crowds.

Most people recognised hawks and said they're hellos as he made it towards the bar.

Finally once you both managed to squeeze through all the heroes you got there.

Sitting at the bar seats was number five hero miruko, number 9 Eraserhead and present mic.

"Heyo everyone, glad you could all make it!"

"Great you showed up! Was starting to think you wouldn't show"
Mirko said punching his arm

"Ow Rumi!"

"Okay so you must be (y/n)?"
Asked mirko
"And well if you're not (y/n), then birdie i and I must have a serious chat about cheating"
She said extending her strong arm out to you which you took.

"Yeah I'm (y/n) don't need to punch him yet"
You chuckled.
"Nice to know birdies talking about me though"
You said with a smile as you let go and turned to face hawks.

"Are you kidding? You're all he talks about!"
Mic yelled

"Hizashi, you're yelling again"

He shook your hand

"It's greaaat to meet you (y/n). I'm Hizashi, this is Rumi and of course Shota"
He said introducing everyone

"It's great to meet you all, keigo talks about you all"
You said.

Good job for not embarrassing yourself yet. You thought.

"Woah first name basis? Birdie usually doesn't give that sort of information out willingly"
Said Rumi

"Ah well he actually didn't give it willingly, we were having dinner and he accidentally let it slip"
You said.

"Yea I'm really not good at keeping my mouth shut. Now to change the subject, how about we go mingle?"

You leant over to hawks and whispered
"Mingling does not sound fun kei"

"Trust me I can do all the talking. Your doing great angel"

You nodded and followed keigo, Rumi, Shota and Hazashi around the venue.

First was of course, endeavour.
"Hey endeavour how's your night going?"
Asked hawks.

"Miserable now that you're here hawks. Who's this"
He said pointing to you.

Hawks was about to introduce you before you beat him to it.

"I'm (l/n) (y/n) sir. Nice to meet you."

"(L/n) I feel like I know you"

"Uh yeah I actually used to be a doctor"
You replied while trying not to laugh"

"Ah well we got to get going"
Hawks said as he pushed you away from endeavour.

"He nearly figured out you pretended to be my doctor (y/n)! You blackmailed the number one hero angel he can't figure it out!"

You just laughed as he lead you to the next person who was Kamui Woods.

"Hey there kamui. How you going."

"I'm alright hawks. How are you. Haven't seen you in a while."

"Yea I'm great.I know, you must of been busy recently. Also I wanted you to meet someone. Shinji this is (y/n)"

"It's nice to meet you Kamui"

"You too dear. Wow your beautiful."

"Thankyou sir"

"Jeez sir is so formal, how bout I buy you a drink huh?"

"Ah well actually we've got to get going. More people to meet ya know haha"
And he dragged you away.

"God that guys a creep."
He said.

You both spent the next 2 hours talking with hawks' colleagues and friends. By far your favourite was Aizawa. He seemed to have the same mindset on these types of parties as you. Plus you loved speaking to him about his students who he swore he hated but it was obvious he didn't.

Currently it was 11:43pm and at least half of the people who attended the party earlier had left. Most likely to return home to family or because they had work tomorrow.

The middle of the before crowded hall was empty which left a great spot for dancing.

You sat at the bar with a glass of punch next to Rumi while hawks, mic and Aizawa all stood in the middle dancing. Obviously all of them had alcohol in their systems.

You had gotten to know Rumi a lot better. She was definitely determined about her hero work, very goal oriented. She was also very funny and friendly. You two got on well together.

You informed her on what your job was and your interests and was now on the topic of how you and keigo met.

"So he was just unconscious covered in blood and you just brought him in your apartment?!"
She asked shocked.

"Mhmm kinda stupid now I think about it"
You giggled woke taking another sip of your punch.

You had made sure to stay away from alcohol tonight. Keigo said that he would be too but you had the suspicion he would break that promise.

"I told him that he had to buy me a Lamborghini in return though"

"Oh my god and did he?"

"No not yet I'm still waiting"

"Jeez you guys are adorable honestly. And I see why he talked about you so much"

"It's kinda weird to think he was telling people about me, I'm really nothing special."
You replied.

"Are you kidding?! Your such a talented designer your absolutely hilarious. I mean I've known you for a couple hours and I'm already platonically I love with you"

You both laughed but were interrupted but keigo stumbling towards you two.

"Angel wanna come dance?"

"No thanks, I'm not a dancer"
You replied and laughed a little at his demeanour. He wasn't drunk, just tipsy. He stood a little crooked and with a wide grin on his face.

"Aw cmon angel it'll be fun I swear pleaseeeee"
He begged.

You scoffed before placing down your drink and walking over to him.

"If you excuse me Rumi I have a child to care for"
You said before he dragged you to the dance floor.

Almost in time a slow, steady song began playing. Made you wonder if he staged this.

More couples were dancing on the floor which made you feel less anxious about not being the only one.

He pulled you by your hand in the middle of the dance floor.

Keigo stood in front of you unable to decide we're to place his hands.

You scoffed again and moved his hands. One was placed on your waist while the other grasped your hand and yours sat on his shoulder.

"Better?"
You asked.

"I thought you said you weren't a dancer?"
He smiled.

"Yea I lied."

The music picked up and you both swayed back and forth for a while.

The music was a change from the original rave music that was playing earler. It was all quite romantic you had to admit. The music, lighting. The moment

"So are you having fun on our little
date date'?"
He asked.

"Yeah, I'd say i am kei"
His smile softened.

"I love it when you call me that angel"
And before you could reply he leaned in a kissed you.

You didn't mind the slight taste of alcohol in his mouth, this kiss was amazing. It felt like everything had been building up to this moment, to this kiss.

Once you both pulled away you noticed his eyes were still closed.

"You know I might have to call you kei more often then"
You replied with a smirk.

"Please do"
