I don't really know if I should add an au, so maybe I'll just make a normal male one-shot. Maybe on the nexr one-shot I'll make a merman/siren au. Idk what character but yeah. Anyways, lets get on with the one-shot

After my college years, I had a business ( a family business actually) that my family wanted to continue. It was a big ramen café with different ramen flavours that my family members came up with themselves and coffee too.

You liked your family job since you actually got to meet new people and actually got to help out

You went to Nekoma high before you were the next to own the actual café. Your father and mother would only let you come with them when you don't have school when you were younger. You have your old teammates as usual customers or friends. Like Kuroo, Kenma, Yamamoto, Lev, Daichi, Kindaichi, and Tendo. Today you have a new customer. Shinsuke Kita.

"Hello, welcome to The Family Beans, how can I hel- Shinsuke?" 'HOLY CRAP- IT'S MY HIGHSCHOOL CRUSH-'
"Hey, (M/n). Been a while"
"Y-yeah! You haven't texted me or called me after a while."
"Yeah, sorry about that. I bought a new phone and the farm needed more care than usual, but my crops are getting better now"
"Yeah! I can tell since my mom bought some rice from your farm"
"Yeah. Say, how are you?"

Well, my dear crush I've been doing just fine~

"I'm good. We've been getting double of the money than we usually get from our café"
"Ohh, that's good. Atleast you wont be broke anymore"
"Oh shut up!... How- how are..you, Kita?"
"Hmm? Oh- well, I've been doing okay"

You had little chats with your highschool crush, your such a simp until today. You're legit talking your crush.

"Oh! Here the milky way"
"Why does your mother call this 'milky way' by the way?"
"I don't know either. Next, she might be naming our ramen, cakes, and coffee the whole galaxy"
"Hahaha"

As you heard his laugh, your heart skipped a beat. It beated faster than usual. You're falling even harder for this angelic man. He was and is the pretties man you've seen in your whole entire life. The way his eyes glow and it makes the stars look like they don't even shine as bright enough. His skin looking so soft and tender to the touch. And his silky hair going with the flow of the air when he walked in the café.

"(M/n)?"
"AH!- Oh, sorry Kita. Did I zone out?"
"Yeah, sorta"
"Oh, sorry"
"No need to be"
"Hehehe.." 'THAT WAS A LITTLE EMBARRASSING- I zoned out? I hope I wasn't staring directly at him..'

"(M/n)!" You hear your mother call out from behind you
"Can you help me with these box- oh? Who is this?"
"Mom, this is Shinsuke Kita. He was the captain of Inarizaki Volleyball team"
"Ohh! So he's your-"
"Shh!"
"Oh, sorry dear. Shinsuke-kun, I'm so happy you went to our café today"
"Mhm, yes, thank you ma'am. I was actually the owner of the farm you bought rice from"
"Oh! Really? Well then, I must say that your crops are growing so well! The customers love it with the bentos"
"I'm glad I helped"
"No problem! Now, (M/n). Help me with the boxes in the back!"
"Mhm, okay mom. I'll be back Kita"
"Okay"

(M/n) went to the back to help his mother with some boxes. I was left in the front drinking my coffee. His mother's milky way coffee tasted good. I looked around to see paintings. I put my coffee down for a munite and looked at the paintings. Each of the paintings have (M/n)'s signature on them. 'He didn't tell me he knew how to paint'. I looked around more and saw how clean everything actually was, despite on how many customers always come to the café.

It was all tidy and clean. Sakusa would love is here. He even checks the corners and all of them were clean.

I went back to my chair and drank my coffee again. (M/n) came back with an exhausted expression on his face like he just ran a marathon. He sat back in his position like before and started talking to me again

"So. How many were the boxes?"
"Oh my lord.. I don't even wanna tell you.."
Kita looks at the clock on the wall to see if he needed to go back to the farm again

"Well, (M/n). I need to go now. Bye!"
"Bye Kita!"

Kita left and when I got his mug to wash it, I saw a peace of paper underneath the mug. I took the mug and put it on the sink and went back to see what the peace of paper was for.

I flipped the paper and saw a number, and underneath that, it said

"So we can talk to each other again. I'll text you soon, (M/n)"

This made you happy that you can talk to Kita now without having trouble going to his farm just for a chat. "MOM! HE GAVE ME HIS NUMBER!"
"That's great, (M/n)!"

I left a note on the counter for (M/n). It had my number so we could talk to each other. So even if I'll be busy, I can talk to him through phone.

"Maybe I can even confess by doing so.. Yeah, that seems like a great idea"
