Osamu Miya was married to (Y/n) for 5 years now, they adopted a kid named Korii that was 4 years old.

They loved her dearly and cared for her.

"Korii? Why are you up?..it's..2:10am.."

"Th-..thunder"

"Hmm?"

The reason why she couldn't sleep is because there was a storm. Korii didn't like thunder or lighting. So no matter the time or place, she always needed her papa

"Okay, come here. We'll go to your room so we wont wake daddy"

"Mhm.."

You then pick Korii up and brought her to her room.

She had frequent nightmares, so it actually didn't surprise you when she woke you up.

But since this nightmare wont end any sooner, you have to be there.

"So..is it because of the thunder?"

"Mhm.."

"Honey, it's okay..it wont hurt you. Be not afraid."

"I know..it's just so loud.."

"Come here"

You let Korii rest in bed. Osamu was already awake watching you comfort your child in the middle of the night because of a thunder storm.

"You know..once when I was your age, I was actually scared of..going out and meeting people. But a special someone would always come and help  me"

"Who was it?"

"It was daddy. And maybe..one day you'll find someone who will help you too"

You look at Korii as she looks back at you in awe. You were her hero, and she wanted you to know that.

"I can go to sleep now'

"Are you sure?"

"Yes! Good night papa!"

"Good night Korii"

Korii finally got to sleep and you went back to Osamu who watched you comfort your daughter.

"That was something"

"Oh shut up"

"Tell me, who is that someone you have?"

"Osamu, you know it's you.."

"Yes yes yes, sorry"

"Let's sleep..AHH"
