Hate you? ♡ Hwasa

To start off, the day was normal.

Everyone was going to classes and talking with their friends, nothing out of the ordinary.

Except for the part where the most popular girl in school came with her friends.

They were mean, incredibly mean.

Their names were Moonbyul, Wheein, Solar, and of course, Hwasa.

Hwasa was the nicest one out of the group.

She would always send you a smile or a quick 'hello'.

But either way, her friends were the mean ones.

They would always pick on you despite you doing absolutely nothing to them.

"Hey loser. How's it going?" Moonbyul asked rudely while slamming her hand on your locker, not letting you go anywhere.

"I don't want problems today. Please let me leave." You pleaded.

"Aw, the little girl wants to leave. How cute!" Solar said while laughing obnoxiously.

"Shouldn't we be nice to her? She seems really frightened." Hwasa said, feeling a little guilty and uncomfortable.

"You're joking right? Look at this girl. She'll never be like us. She's just a nobody that won't ever get anywhere."

"You know what, you guys can go. I'll stay here with her." Hwasa interrupted, moving Moonbyul from you.

"Okay, whatever! Don't come crawling back to us when you see that she's nothing but an absolute loser." Wheein said as the trio walked away, leaving you and Hwasa.

"I'm so sorry about them." She said, moving to stand in front of you.

"It's fine.. but I thought you hated me?"

"Hate you? How could I? How could I ever hate you? You're so amazing and kind, I couldn't ever." She said, smiling.

"That is nice to hear," You responded, smiling back.

She smiled and sighed after a few seconds.

"I'm sorry for never standing up for you, Y/n. I'm truly sorry. You're a really smart and beautiful girl, you didn't deserve any of that."

"You don't have to keep apologizing. I completely understand. Thank you."

"No I have to. It really hurt me when they would make fun of you. It made me feel so guilty and horrible. Well anyway, would you like to eat lunch together?" She asked, your heart fluttering when she did so.

"Yes. Let me just put this in my locker." You chuckled.

Soon afterwards you both walked to the cafeteria, sitting in one of the booths where you both got a tray.

You both ate in silence when you decided to speak up.

"Thank you for hanging out with me today. I really appreciate it, from the bottom of my heart."

"Today's not the only day I'll be hanging out with you, sweetie. Expect me to be everywhere that you are from now on." She said as she watched your eyes light up.

"Wow. You're truly amazing." You giggled.

"Not as amazing as you. C'mon now, let's enjoy our meal." She said as she placed her hand over yours, pink spreading across her cheeks.

This was a new beginning, and you couldn't wait to see what was in store for you.
