I woke up the next morning to Faye shaking me
"Y/n wake up! Get up!"
"Woah Faye chill! What's up?"
"Your brother took a ton of shit and ran!"
"What? What did he take?"
"Ton of drugs."
"Shit! I'm going to kill him!"
"Ash is pissed."
"At me?"
"Sort of."
"Oh no, I need to talk to him"

I got up and ran to the living room to where Ash was, he was walking back and forth with his hands on his head.
"Ash I'm sorry, I didn't know"
"Y/n I don't want to hear it! You made me trust him and now look what happened! Do you know how much money we lost?"
"I said I'm sorry!"
"That isn't good enough!"
"It's not my fault."
"But in a way it is!"

I started tearing up, I don't normally cry easily, but I couldn't stand him shouting at me.
He must have noticed my eyes getting glossy because his face suddenly fell.
"No don't cry, I'm sorry"
"No. You're not."
"I am! Please come here!"
"No, just leave me alone."

He walked up to me and tried to hug me but I backed away to the door.
"Don't come near me."
"Please ma, I'm sorry."

I ran up to him and held onto him tight, he held me close and put his head on mine, planting a light kiss on my head.
"I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to lose my temper"
"No I'm sorry. I shouldn't have brought him here, he knew about you killing our dad. I should've known he'd do something like that."

We stood there for a minute in silence until we heard Faye getting a phone call, we looked over at her and watched as she spoke to someone.

After she hung up I let go of Ash and walked over to her,
"Everything okay?"
"Yeah fine, are you still going to Lexi's play with Fez later?"
"Yeah, unless you want to come too Ash?"
"Nah I'm good"
"I was just checking because Custer said he's coming over and I know you don't like him"
"Oh okay, does Fez know?"
"Well if Custer told me I'm guessing he would have told Fez too, I'll go check"

She walked out of the room. Me and Ash looked over at each other,
"There's something going on, she's not usually like that."
"When Custer comes over we have to try and see if there's anything going on."
"Okay I'm going to get ready."

I walked over to my room and picked out an outfit before texting Lexi.

I got changed and straightened my hair before walking back to the kitchen

Outfit:

Fez was sat at the table eating cereal,
"Hey Fez"
"Yo, you spoke to Lexi?"
"Yeah I was just texting her, she has her last rehearsal for the play right now"
"Is that what you're wearing?"
"Yeah why?"
"I think I might wear a suit"
"Yes do it! She'll love it!"
"You sure?"
"Of course! I've known her since I was like 7"
"Ight but if she doesn't like it"
"She will! I promise!"

I walked over to Ash,
"I'm going home to see Maddy, I'll be back about 2 hours before I leave for the play"
"Okay ma, let me know if you want me to pick you up or anything"
"I will don't worry"

I kissed him quickly on the cheek before going out the door and getting in the car. I decided to call Maddy to let her know that I was going to be coming home.

Oh okay! by the way your brother showed up at the door at like 5 in the morning.
Really? Well he took a ton of drugs from Fezco and Ash and ran so I need to speak with him when I get back, don't tell him I'm coming.
Don't worry I won't. Just hurry up and get back I don't want a ton of drugs in the house what if the police come?
Chill Maddy. It takes me like 5 minutes to drive there.
Okay well I've got to go, Cassie's calling

End of phone call.

I drove home thinking about how I'm going to tell Maddy about Cassie. I needed to tell her before the play because if not she might get mad at some of the parts in it.

I drove home and opened the front door, I saw Jay sat on the couch watching tv.
"Why Jay?"
"What are you doing here?"
"I was looking for you. Why would you do that? I let you stay with me and you ruin it?"
"I needed to."
"Why? What made you 'need to' Jay?"
"I need to make my own money."
"So you take other peoples? You're going to come with me right now with that suitcase and apologise. And give everything back."
"Fine."
"Now go and get the suitcase."

He walked out of the room. I made sure to follow him to make sure that he wouldn't run away.
He grabbed the suitcase and I made sure everything was inside before taking him out to the car. I shouted up the stairs to Maddy
"IM JUST TAKING JAY SOMEWHERE, ILL BE BACK SOON"
"Okay! Can you get me some candy on the way back please?"
"Yeah, Theres something I need to tell you"

I got into the car with the suitcase beside me and started driving to the house.
"Jay I don't think you understand what you could've done."
"What do you mean?"
"You could have made me have to choose between you and Ash."
"But you would've chosen me."
I stayed silent
"Right?"
"Honestly I don't know at this point. You could have ruined my relationship, it's like you don't want me to be happy."
"No I want to protect you, you're my only family now. I don't want to lose you."
"So instead of you losing me you want me to lose everyone else? You sound so selfish"
"Maybe I am! That's the way I've been brought up! I don't know anything else but sticking with your family and doing anything for them."
"I can't forgive you right now. Let's just go inside so you can apologise."

We got out of the car, I was holding the suitcase and Jay was walking in front of me, Ash opened the door and put a gun to jay's head.
"The fuck are you doing here?"
"She made me"
He stepped aside so Ash could see me.
"I got these"
I passed him the suitcase and he immediately began looking through it.
"I don't know if everything's in there but I made sure to get it as soon as I found him."
"Thanks ma, everything's in here. I'll go get Fez, hold this and make sure he doesn't move"
"I will."

He walked out of the room so I was left alone with Jay again, then there was another knock at the door.
"FAYE! Can you come get the door?"
"Yeah one second!"

She ran in a minute later and opened the door, Custer was outside. He walked straight in staring at me and Jay the whole time.

Ash walked back in
"You can let him go, Fez says it's fine."
"Alright. Go."
"Fine I'm going, but don't expect me to be there for you when you don't have anyone else."

He walked out of the door
"I'm going to Fez"

I walked to Fez and saw that he was ready in his suit.
"She's going to love it"
"You think I look handsome?"
"Yes Fez you look very handsome, she's going to be so happy when she sees you"
He smiled and we walked back in to everyone else, I saw Custer whispering something to Faye but I couldn't see Ash anywhere. I decided to go and check if I could find him.
"Im going to find Ash"

Fez nodded and I walked away, I saw Ash grab something and start walking towards me.
"What is that?"
"Nothing ma don't worry"
"No Ash I'm being serious, what is it?"
"I think Custer is up to something, he put something in that plant when he came in"

He pointed at a plant on the shelf then showed me the knife that he was holding.
"Are you sure you want to do this Ash?"
"Yeah. Promise you won't do anything stupid?"
"Me? Don't you do anything stupid"
