I Hate You

I hate you
Your pompous swagger
Your chin held high
Your straightened shoulders

I'd love to hurt you
To see the pain reflected in your icy stare
Lips twisted into a grimace
Sweat descending into the dip of your neck

I hate the constant smirk you wear
Your tongue that pokes through your cheeks in frustration
The clench of your jaw in anger

I'd love to see my hand print
Adorning your cheek instead
Traced in flaming red

I hate you and your graceful mannerisms
Your bolstering self-confidence
Your endless ego

I'd love to see you fall
So far down the hole
That the only thing holding you up
Is my grip on that immaculate tie around your neck

I hate your sarcastic wit
Your cruel and derisive laugh
Your imperturbable countenance

But most of all
I hate your lingering gaze
Your percipience of all matters regarding me
And how I absolutely and irrefutably love it
