TW: Drugs/ substances. Drug use. Alcohol.

Jason Gideon. The one and only Jason Gideon is he coming back? To save the man who might as well be his son and get him back to his own daughter.

With the mysterious caller: The person wrote down the message and delivered it. Gideon pick it up and put it on the table with the rest of them. After 30 minutes his son pulled up. "Hi dad." Steven said. Gideon said "Hello Steven." Steven replied "Did you hear about Spencer, Hotch was trying to contact you." Gideon paused turned around and said "What?? What happened to Spencer." He ran over to his table and started searching through the messages he had delivered. He found it the one. He read over it twice. To check what it said and he wasn't hallucinating. He had missed Spencer and Evelyn but the first time he was going back since he left, was because Spencer was missing. He said "Steven I have to go, I need to find Spencer." Steven understood. Gideon grabbed his jacket, bag, phone and car keys and head straight for the BAU.

Once he arrived everyone was looking at him. Wondering where he had been for all those years. Evvy had been looking outta the window in Hotch's office waiting to see her grandfather. As she saw him enter the floor space, she opened the door and ran to him. He picked her up and swung her around, she had missed her grandpa. They walked up to Hotch's office. Gideon walked in with Evvy in his arms. "Hello Hotch."
"Gideon." Gideon then put Evvy down and hugged his old friend. "I've missed you but I am sorry we have to meet again under such dull circumstances." "Same here Hotch." Gideon looked at his granddaughter and picked her up. They decided to compile a list of places of were he could be and the geographical place was from the BAU to the subway, the subway to his house. While they did that Evvy was sat on Gideon's knee. She didn't want to leave her grandpa. After a while Hotch went out searching and sent out some other agents as well. While Gideon and Evvy went back to the apartment.

While they were at the apartment Gideon tidy up and put Evvy to bed. Clean the place and had a nap. The next morning, Gideon woke up and woken up Evvy. She got dressed into a grey skirt, black long sleeved top and black tights. She put on her converse and got her coat out of her wardrobe. "Evelyn don't forget your hat, gloves and scarf." "Yes grandpa." She grabbed them as well and walked down down into the kitchen. and Gideon said "Evelyn you look so beautiful."
"Thank you. Can I go looking for my dad today?"
"No Evelyn you have school. I can take you and pick you up. How does that sound?"
"Good."
"Okay come here and get some breakfast then I made pancakes." She nodded and went and sat at the table. Gideon came over moments later and put two pancakes on each plate then they sat down and enjoyed a meal.

After breakfast Evelyn made sure her bag was packed. Then she sat down and Gideon did her hair. He brushed it out and left it down. She put her coat, hat, scarf and gloves on. She grabbed her bag then she and her grandpa headed out of the door. They go into the car and drove across town to Evelyn's school.

He parked the car. They got out and her grandpa walked her to the door and he said "Is your friends here."
"My friend is walking up now. There she is." Evelyn pointed down the road. "Okay I love you so much so does your dad. I am going to find him and get him back to you okay." she nodded and said "I love you too grandpa. I will see you later." She hugged him then he kissed her on her head. She went off to find her friend. Gideon watched her for a minute or two and then left.

He went back to the car and drove to the BAU. The rest of the team was already there and in the conference room. He walked in and up to the room. When everyone realised he was back they looked shocked and excited. They all hugged him and then he sat down and said "How's finding Spencer going?"
"We have not found him just yet but checking every place. We are on high alert and Spencer is our main priority. So we are taking no other cases until we have found him." Everyone nodded then JJ said "How's Evvy?" Gideon said "She was so happy I was back but she is worried about her dad. In case he is hurt or dead but I think she is even more worried he will leave her." everyone nodded. They set out to devise a plan and starting searching. They searched all day.

At 2:30 Gideon left to pick up his granddaughter. He drove there and got there seven minutes early, he sat and waited. When the bell when he got out of the car and got to the front of the school. He waited and he spotted her. once she saw him she ran up and hugged him "Have you found my dad yet?"
"Not yet soon though I promise." she nodded "How was school?"
"Okay this school has been better than the last."
"Yeah I know your dad was keeping me updated."
"He was?"
"Of course he was. Lets go." They walked to the car and got in. Gideon drove back to the BAU.

Once they arrived, Gideon held Evvy's hand. They got in the elevator and pressed the button. The doors opened and they walked through the glass doors into the bullpen. Evvy spotted them in the conference room and pointed. Her and her grandpa walked through the bull pen up the steps and along the corridor. They opened the door to the conference room. Everyone either turned around or turned around and stood up. Evelyn felt like she was tiny, like everyone else towered over her. She was holding her grandpa's hand tightly, when JJ said "Evvy come here and give me a hug." She let go of her grandpa's hand and walked around to her auntie. They hugged and JJ put her on her knee. "Are you trying to find my dad?"
"Yes. I promise we will find him." Evelyn whispered "You have too." Evvy went and sat in Hotch's office while everyone was in and out and talking and planning. She was doing her homework and then worrying about why he left.

Where is he? Did he abandon Evvy? How could he abandon is own daughter? Will they ever find him?
