A/N: implying of drug use, Missing person, minor travelling alone

Time skip (by a few months): Evvy had school today and it was Spencer's first day back at work so it would be a crazy day. Evvy woke up and got dressed into a black and white skirt, a white shirt and a black headband. Spencer dressed into a shirt, pants, belt, tie and waistcoat what he regularly wears to work. Spencer was in the kitchen before Evvy and he was rushing around grabbing his shoes, coat and bag. He said "Evvy hurry up we are going to be late and that wouldn't be a good first impression for your first day at school." Evvy put on her shoes, coat and grabbed her bag, they rushed out the door and locked it. Evvy was going to a new school closer to the BAU. They hoped onto the subway. Once they arrived at their stop they got off and headed to a bakery, they both got pastries for breakfast. They headed out and Spencer dropped Evvy off and gave her a kiss of good luck. Then he continued on his way to work he arrived on time and sat down at his desk. When JJ came over and congratulated him for coming back to work, she got him into the conference room. Everyone was waiting and scared the hell out of him. They were all so happy he was back and so was he. 

At Evvy's new school: Evvy was getting changed since she had physical education. Evvy had already made one friend her name was Gracie, she was in all the same classes as Evvy. They were talking as getting changed when Gracie said "Hey Evvy whats that scar on your side?" She took a deep breath and replied "I had surgery a month or so back." she nodded and continued talking. Evvy loved having a friend, no a best friend. Evvy continued on with her day, did all her classes. It was the end of the day and Evvy was walking out of school, Gracie caught up with her and said "Hey Evvy which way do you live?" Evvy replied with "I'm going to my dads work, I have to get a subway to go home." Gracie replied "Oh okay which way?" Evvy pointed to her right and gracie said "Me too! Do you wanna walk together?" Evvy nodded. They headed on their way, walking and laughing the whole way there. They reached Gracie's house and they said there goodbyes and parted, Evvy continued on her way. She put her headphones in her ears and kept walking with no texts from her dad saying he was out of town she knew she was going to the BAU. 

Once she reached there she got a visitors pass and continued. She got in the elevator and got up to the BAU, walked through the doors and she was in the office space. She walked over to her dads desk and sat down at her dads desk, she grabbed out her homework and started on it. It had been about an hour so she walked up to Hotch's office and knocked on the door. No one replied so she knocked again, and there waas a reply so she opened the door and walked in. Hotch said "Hi Evelyn, are you looking for your dad?" Evvy replied "It's Evvy and yes do you know where he is?" Hotch replied "Well your dad is out at local police station it's in state don't worry but its closer to the crime scene than here." Evvy replied "Okay, I'll call Maddie. Thanks uncle Hotch." He stood up and hugged her. She went back down too her dads desk and called Maddie she said she would be there in ten minutes. So she got her coat back on and packed up her bag, she ran back up to Hotch's office hugged him said goodbye and waited outside. Maddie texted back saying she would be a bit late so start walking to the subway Evvy was confused on why the subway station when maddie texted saying 'My car broke down this morning, so we are getting the subway home.' Evvy put her headphones in and walked towards the subway which was just before her school. She walked passed Gracie's house, and kept walking she arrived at the subway station and went inside. Maddie arrived 5 minutes later and off they went to Evvy's home. Evvy read books and watched tv. 

She sat at home waiting for her dad to arrive home but he didn't it was 9 pm and Maddie had to get home to her family. So Evvy texted her dad and he said he would be home soon, so Maddie left. It was turning 10 pm and he hadn't arrived home, she texted again no reply, she called no reply. She ended up calling Hotch, she said "Hey Uncle Hotch it's Evvy do you know where my dad is?" Hotch said "Yeah he said he was on his way home an hour ago. Why?" Evvy said "It doesn't matter he is probably just on the subway you know there no signal." Evvy got changed into a track suit and grabbed her bag, coat, shoes, hat and gloves. She walked to the subway and waited for thirty minutes. Spencer was a no show, so she waitied for the next subway train in the direction of the BAU. She got on it and when to the BAU, no Spencer. She walked up the steps to Hotch's office and knocked. He said "Come in." She opened the door and walked in, she said "Uncle Hotch, my dad never came home I'm worried." He said "Oh Evvy come here." Evvy walked over and he put her on his knee and hugged her tight. 

Hotch started calling around first was Rossi. Hotch said "Hello David. Have you seen Reid?" Rossi responded "Not since I left. Why?" Hotch replied "He never made it home, Evvy's here with me." Rossi said "He left just before me he couldn't wait to make it home to Evvy, but he had a rough first day back." Hotch said "Yeah, I know he had a bad day but Evvy came here by herself on the subway because Reid was really late home. She was really worried, she's feel asleep on the couch. I just have a bad feeling but if you see him or here anything from him please call." Rossi said "Yeah sure. Bye Aaron." Hotch said "Bye David."  

Next Hotch called JJ "Hey Hotch." "Hello JJ. I know it's late but have you seen Reid." "No why?" "He never got home to Evelyn tonight. She's here with me." "Oh no! Do you think he has been kidnapped again? Do you want me to come pick up Evvy." "No JJ we are alright she already asleep. I don't know what to think about Reid." "Okay Hotch I will try calling him goodbye." "Okay JJ if you hear anything from him call me please. Goodbye." That's when he hung up.

Next was Morgan. "Morgan have you heard from Reid?" "Hi Hotch I haven't heard from the kid since I left earlier." "Okay if you hear from him call me please." "Hotch I will but whats going on?" "He never made it home tonight." there was a minute of silence "He didn't?" "No he didn't." "I will call you if I hear from him I promise how's Evelyn?" "Evvys asleep on the couch in my office." "Bye Hotch." "Bye Morgan." 

Next he called Garcia. "Hey Garcia." "Hello Sir." "Have you heard from Reid?" "No I have not heard from the genius tonight I didn't even see him leave." "Okay Garcia thank you." "Sir, why are you calling about Reid at this hour?" "He never made it home to Evelyn tonight Garcia." "Wait what? I'll try and track his phone hang on." "No need Garcia already tried the Tech on nights. He couldn't find him." "Have you met me sir best in my field." "Sir the tech was right it says his phones at the office." "okay Garcia. thank you. If you hear from him please call. goodbye Garcia. and before you ask Evvy's alright." "Thank god Evvy's alright, I will call you if I hear from him. goodbye sir."

Next was Blake . "Hello Blake have you heard from Reid? He never made it home to his daughter tonight." "Hello Hotch, I haven't spoken to him since he left he flew out the office though. I thought he was just happy to go home to Evelyn." "Yes we all did. If you hear from him just call me please." "Yes sure Hotch goodbye." "Goodbye Blake." 

There was one person left to call nobody had heard from him for years but he Spencer better than anyone. Jason Gideon. Nobody had his number and everyone remembered when he left. Spencer's face the next day as he came in it was like all the light in his life had faded. Gideon was the first person to ever believe in him fully. Gideon loved him like he was his child. He told Hotch that Gideon was the first t find out about Evelyn, that he helped him with her and everything. Hotch had to talk to Gideon at least. He knew the only person how would possibly have his number would be his biological son, Steven. Hotch had his number in case anything happened to Gideon. 

"Hello Steven this is Aaron Hotchner." "Yes I know who it is Hotch." "Do you possibly have your fathers number? It's an emergency." "I may have my fathers number, but what type of emergency? A death, Injury? What?" "I know you remember Spencer Reid, your father introduced you to him. Well he didn't make it home tonight and nobody has heard from him since he left the office." "Of course I remember Spencer. How do you know he didn't make it home maybe he was just a little late?" "Steven he has a child who got the subway and walked from the house to the BAU. She's only eight." "Okay Hotch, his number is +1 765 7342947." "Thank you Steven. have a nice night." "Your welcome Hotch you too." 

Hotch rang the number. Someone answered it "Hello who is this?" "Is this Jason Gideon?" "Maybe who is asking?" "Aaron Hotchner." "No this is not Jason Gideon." "Is this his phone?" "Possibly." "Well could you pass on a message?" "sure." "Hey It's Aaron, Jason I know you're there but it is pretty urgent the kid is missing the case we just closed hit him hard. And I'm worried about he might of Tobias H'd. Please call me back I'm terrified that he's some where he shouldn't be." the person on the other end hung the phone up. Hotch was hoping his message would be passed on.

Where is he? Is he alright? What happened? Wheres Spencer?
