FJ: Why can't we be together!? I have loved you for years!

DJ: Your just a little girl you wouldn't understand.

FJ: What you mean I wouldn't understand? Why can't we just be together? I would do anything.

DJ: You should just give up on me. Now leave before I tell the guards to come and do it.

FJ: Fine!*turns into a fox*

He didn't see her after that.

*End of flashback*

Donghua Dijun POV:

I was sitting by the pond fishing until Lian Song came up to me. I turned my head slightly to look at him.

DJ: Do you need something?

LS: No, however I was wondering if you were coming to my father's birthday banquet today.

DJ: I don't know.

LS: You don't know? Ah... Are you not going because there will be a bunch a beauties trying to win your favor? Especially Ji Heng and Zhihe? How are you so popular with the ladies, spill your secret.

DJ: If I do it wouldn't be a secret. Also you shouldn't try to flatter other ladies if you have a thing with Cheng Yu.

LS: Forget it. So are you coming are not?

DJ: You will know if I show up there.

LS: Always so secretive.

Then Si Ming showed up.

DJ: Have you found her yet?

SM: I did not. But Yan Chiwu is here again.

LS: Again? Is he still trying to challenge you for that Ji Heng? You aren't even together why does he still bother? And are you still trying to search for Bai Feng Jiu?

DJ: I don't care. I am going for a walk. Throw him out if he keeps it up.

I got up to start walking. I heard Lian Song yell while I was walking away.

LS: You never answered my question about Bai Feng Jiu!

I was walking to go see the scenery of flowers. The flower petals falling was one of the most relaxing things to watch at the nine heavens. Everything was just mostly just boring gossip that most likely wasn't even true. While walking someone ran into me.

???: Sorry I didn't look where I was going.

Wait that voice sounds very familiar. I looked down at the small figure who ran into me. She lifted her head up and my eyes went wide

Bai Feng Jiu's POV:

What bad luck. Why did I have to run into him right when I came back? Why couldn't it be a week from now? I would just walk away without saying anything but his rank is higher than mine.

FJ: Bai Feng Jiu of Qing Qiu greets Donghua Dijun.

I saw his hand get closer to my face as if he was going to touch it. I quickly backed away so his hand wouldn't touch me.

FJ: Please keep your hands to your self, it is inappropriate for you to try and touch me as we are not together in any sort of way.

He looked shock but it quickly changed back into the poker face he always wear. He looked at me up and down and noticed my wings. He looked at them for a minute then broke the silence.

DJ: Where have you been for the past 20,000 years? And what about the wings? They don't look fake.

FJ: I have been going through my heavenly trial. After my heavenly trial ended I started cultivating, training, and studying. As for my wings I got them right after I ascended to a high goddess. I hope it answers you questions, Your Majesty. Now if you would please excuse me I'm gonna take my seat before the banquet starts.*bows and leaves*

I walked right past him and started walking to the banquet. While walking there I see some weird man yelling at some guards. He must not be from around here. When I get to where the banquet was being held a maid came up and greeted me.

Maid: High Goddess let me show you to your seat.

FJ: Alright

She walked me to my seet and i was sitting under my family. I sat down and luckily my parents said that they would ask the maids to make some more room for me. If they didn't my wings would be knocking everything over. I saw Cheng Yu and Si Ming enter when they saw me their eyes went wide. I waved and the maid showing them there seats walked up to the 2 seats beside me.

Maid: Please sit.

They quickly sat beside me and I felt them staring holes into me.

CY: Hey where were you for the past 20,000 years. Si Ming and I have been searching for you like crazy! I also noticed those giant wings on your back how did you get them.

FJ: I was going through my heavenly trial. I got my wings right after my heavenly trial.

SM: You were going through your heavenly trial for that long?

FJ: No. After that I started cultivating, training, and studying.

CY: Hey quit acting so serious.

FJ: I will try.

SM: Oh it's starting. Do you have a gift for the the Heavenly Lord little princess.

FJ: Yes why would I arrive to a banquet without a gift.

No One's POV:

Donghua had just showed up a little after the banquet started. Everybody was now handing out their gifts to the Heavenly Lord. It was Zhihe's turn, at first she was surprised to see Bai Feng Jiu back. She had never really like Feng Jiu because of how close she was to Dijun so she was happy when she disappeared. Now that she was back she was angry.

ZH: Grandfather my gift is a painting, it was painted by your favorite painter. It was said he retired from painting so I did everything to get you a painting personally made just for you.

HL: Thank you Zhihe. I shall admire your gift. Go and sit back down.

ZH: Yes

As she walking over she smirked at Bai Feng Jiu. She thought that there was no way that she could beat this. But boy was she heavily wrong. Feng Jiu got up and walked in the middle of a banquet.

FJ: *bows* Heavenly Lord.

HL: Rise, I heard from your grandfather that you have returned today. I'm glad that you could make it. I'm also excited to see what gift you have for me.

FJ: *rises* I have a very rare gift for you and also a very useful one.

The Heavenly Lord nods at her so she can continue. A box appeared in her hands, she opened it and it revealed a ring.

Everyone gasped. They had only seen that in paintings.

FJ: This is the snake ring, as most of you know there is only 2 of these in the entire planet and I have both of them. Since I obviously don't need both I decided to give one to the Heavenly Lord. This ring creates an indestructible force field around its owner when they are attacked, when they are no longer in danger it disappears. Also once the owner puts this ring on it will not come of unless the owner wants it to.

HL: How am I supposed to believe that it is the real deal. It could be a fake.

FJ: Allow me to demonstrate. Si Ming can you help me out.

SM: Ah...uh Sure.

FJ: *puts ring on his finger* I will now throw an attack at him. Anyone feel free to join if you want to.

When Feng Jiu and 12 other deities started to throw attacks the eyes glowed and put up a force field. One of the guards that was attacking decided to speak up.

Guard: Heavenly Lord I thing she is telling the truth. We have attacked it so much but it isn't budging.

FJ: Everyone can stop.*they all stopped and went back to their seats* As you see when they stopped attacking the force field disappeared. Now for the final test. He hasn't told it to come off so I will have guard come and try to take it off.

A guard came up and tried to pull the ring off of his finger. The ring didn't budge a bit. Feng Jiu told him to stop and go back which he did.

FJ: As you can see it didn't come off. Si Ming tell it to come off.

SM: C-come off.

The ring slide off of his finger and onto Feng Jiu's hand. She put it back into the box and walked up to the Heavenly Lord and gave it to him.

HL: I didn't expect you to give me such treasure. You will always be welcomed to the nine heavens.

FJ: Thank You

Feng Jiu went and sat back down leaving an angry Zhihe. Her, Cheng Yu, and Si Ming talked during the rest of the banquet.
