Watching the autumn night notoriously overlap the summer day before dusk, the girl with flawless (h/c) strands of hair tied in a majestic bun gently caresses the frills of her bleached white wedding dress, then staring at the opaque silver window as the withered moon above shine gracefully with its kind rays of light as the glitters on her eyeshadows are crying out loud, so loud that everything around the bride seems to lose hope.

She then stared at the foggy mirror, gazing at the details on her face: her flesh is as slightly white as the living dead, her hair and eyelashes are as silky as the feathers of a raven, her lips is as crimson as blood, her neckline is as bony as a dead goldfish. Suddenly, the door opened and two tall figures silently walked towards the female. "Darling, I know you can do it. He is lucky to have you and you two are made for each other." The daughter's mother said as she patted her shoulder, calming her nerves. "For heaven sake's, what are you talking about??!" The father grunted with an irritated huff. "She's such a disgrace, why would the guy be impressed with our daughter when she looks like this and she's always has...her head in the clouds," he took his wife's hands off of her and let her face both of her toxic parents. "I can't believe how idiotic you are (L/N) (Y/N). You know he's a rich man that carries his pride and wealth along with him and he's delivering his shared fate to you. I won't let you make someone like a fool if I were you." Tears escape from her eyelids and down to her rosy cheeks, the pigment from the blush and eyeliner begins to melt, creating dull veins on her facial appearance.

"Whatever, you will never make him proud. If you think you're doing the right decisions for us, you are wrong!" The parents leave without any hesitation, leaving the bride to become a damsel in distress. She left her seat and go down stairs to meet her groom, then his figure pierces his presence in the darkness: his hair are brushed and polished all the way back to his scalp, his intimidating eyes and smirk glared at the innocent girl, making her feel the tension and the uncomfortable desire to marry a pure woman like her.

"Please stop following me, I do not know you that well. I can hardly form a bond or friendship with you just because our parents both agree to arrange this marriage, this doesn't mean the two of us are worthy of being together."

The groom nodded as the (Y/N) made her way to the gloomy forest, crying in frustration and passing the withered trees, branches pointing at every directions and the wind is howling in the grey atmosphere. The girl sat on the stone, relieved to see the mansion covered with sad fogs and autumn leaves. The girl sighed, holding the silver engagement ring on her right hand, losing its sparkles and happiness in the remnant.

"Well, I think this is the end of our relationship, but I know a guardian angel that I have met ever since I was a kid."

She stepped into one of the graveyards and silently propose to the imaginary friend, who is nowhere to be seen.

"I wish you were real, your smile brightens my doll heart, light up with joy. Take me to somewhere where the 'happily ever after' trope exists. You complete me and I mean it, I mean it. Please let this moment become reality. Will you marry me?"

She put the ring into one of the twigs near the gaveyard and left the stone.

Suddenly, an earthquake occurs and the mountain begins to shiver violently. The girl's heart begins to race, not knowing when to escape and find somewhere safe and sound. She left the stone and cracks begin to crawl onto the soil and towards the bottom of her feet and the gravestone, then a hand forcefully grab her one leg while the girl shrieked in horror.

The hand use a grotesque force to pull itself onto your the surface of the Earth and out comes a mysterious figure standing in front of the bride. The fog faded into thin air and standing in front of her is a somewhat handsome young man with a white suit covered with black and gold accents, however his flesh is greyish beige but fair skinned, his eyes are red but one of them has a permanent scar on its eyelid and his cheek. His fingers exposed his skeletal bones and finally with his purplish lips with a bloody slanted scar beside it, he acceptably yet angelic murmured,

"I do."

With a swift of wind, he pounces towards the bride and lean for a kiss, everything went black.

Few minutes later, the girl woke up to find herself on a fancy king-sized bedroom filled with emerald moss from the puddles of sewage water out of the rusty maroon pipes; the lanterns are rose-shaped ceramic art, each of them are blooming cracks and are loosely painted in red. The bride's eyes are half-closed and the room is gloomier than the peak of the mountain she was in previously, the bride's visions increasingly lightens up by a familiar voice ringing her eardrum again, echoing openly and willingly made its way to the bride.

"Y/N, Y/N, Y/N!"

With a blink of an eye, the same exact man with a distorted groom suit has appeared next to me with the same pattern of scars, with the same smile he gave me when we first met on the hill above.

"Babe, you're awake. You know how much I'm concerned that you wouldn't wake up forever, if you're feeling much better, we can start the wedding ceremony immediately. After that, we can go to our first honeymoon trip."

"Wait a minute, 'babe'??! Why are you calling me that and who are you??!" The girl moved backwards, frightened on how the boy's methods of swooning and viewing her.

"Ummm...don't you remember? I'm (c/o/y/c), your husband. We're engaged, see?" The mysterious groom said and show her ring.

"Wait what??!—" the girl was shocked at the fact that the wedding ring has been transferred to the zombie-like creature's fingers, his bones exposed and no flesh are presented.

"Don't ask me why I got that! For some reason, I can't get this off me. Is this a blessing between me and you from God??! Dammnnnn~" the vigorous monster squealed energetically as sparkles twinkled in his eyes, giving life to his character.

"No, no! There has to be a mistake somewhere, you and I can't be married. You're a corpse and I'm a human, why would you like to marry a person that wasn't the same race and a monstrous appearance like you?" Y/N asked as she trembled in fear while snatching her extensions of remaining fabrics from her gown to herself, scooping the 'puffiness' of the dress into one snowball.

She jumped off the bed, pushed the groom out of her way, so she can remove her high heels and have a chance of exiting the bedroom.

"Hey! What's your problem??! Don't you love me?" (C/o/y/c) confusingly asked and still frustrated with her actions.

Y/N didn't answer but run continuously and not looking back, leaving the groom reached out his arm to call her to stop but she is gone. The bride made its way to the isolated hallway, but eveytime she move forward and every step she takes, she can hear the boy's voice echoing in the room.

"Y/N, where are you?"

"Don't leave me, I need you!"

"Help me, don't leave me alone!"

Y/N tried to neglect it, surprisingly the more he speaks, the more she can hear his whines and wails as if he really is seeking from help. All of these words are just hallucinations, she thought to herself, but this is not the case. The voice grew louder and sharper until she reached the end of the empty aisle, screaming in pain aggressively.

"What do you want from me? There's nothing special about me, I'm a coward and a girl whose head are in the clouds, daydreaming fantasies and careless about everything. Which part of me draws your eyes, your attention, you broken soul??!" The girl yelled pitifully as tears starting to form on her eyelids, her makeup coming off  is worsening.

She looses her balance but was caught with the same speed of the swift wind, she opened her eyes and (c/o/y/c) is now carrying her in a bridal style, delicately holding her waist and her fragile legs due to her silver high heels aching her ankles.

The boy seemed concern at first, but his mouth curved into a warm smile, leading the girl's face to have a tint of rosy blushes, as red as rubies. When she come back to her senses, she pushed him once again, falling hard on the ground.

"Just why am I not perfect for you, Y/N?!" (C/o/y/c) wailed as started to cry in front of his bride, tears are mourning at her rejection, dreadful quotes formed at every drop. "You already dead! You deserve someone better than me, too bad you can't have or take care me for eternity! Get away from me, you creep!" She screamed as she run away as if she is slowly disappearing into thin air in front of the (c/o/y/c)'s visions, who is kneeling hopelessly, tears infinitely left his eyelids even more than before, leaving him with an instant heartbreak.

Moments passed, Y/N reached the end of the church, entering the aisle of the non-luminous hall. The girl sat on one of the stairs near the stage, took off her high heels and rest her hand on both of her legs. The unstoppable sniffing from her miserable cries and her memories about snapping at the groom was still ringing in her mind, the girl's burst into tears for a second time, even louder than last time. Suddenly, her long lasting weeping has been cut off by a shadow enveloped her flawless features (as the boy proclaimed), she looked up and stared at the groom, desperately kneeling in front of her and muttered.

"I know you still hate me, but I came here just to share my background story about me." The boy sighed without a malicious and sad voice. (Y/N) looked away and avoid his (e/c) eyes, but (c/o/y/c) caressed her cheeks and let her face his gorgeous globes once again, now glistening under the full moon.

"You don't have to listen to my story, but just saying it out loud makes my heart feel much better after that." he said peacefully while the moon is covered in dull clouds and not fully hugging him with its gentle moonlight.

"Well, I guess I will start the introduction. Back then, I was a naïve person. I met a girl in a city who is a kind and beautiful young lady: she came from a normal family, but I suppose my parents are not happy to meet her because I come from  a rich family. The girl obviously get so upset after their disapproval, but we promised that we will meet each other on the mountain peak to have a 'secret' marriage together without our family's witnessing the ceremony." He mentioned as he put his hand onto Y/N's, trembling but at the same time playfully clenching her miniature palms.

"Before that, we didn't know each other very well and sometimes don't interact very often. That night, it was a stormy night but luckily it is not raining at that hour, I was well-prepared and just building up my confidence. Suddenly, I felt a sharp blade deeply stabbed into my right shoulder, I turned around and saw the girl's brother holding a dagger. He swung the blade back and forth. When I am starting to loose my balance, I couldn't keep on dodging his moves, leaving me with minor injuries and scars. Later on, he punched me in the eye and making me fall in a coma, it is at that moment the girl appeared before me..." (c/o/y/c) paused for a minute, unable to continue his tragedy and backstory with sorrows and regrets.

The bride then scooted closer to him and asked, "what happened next? Tell me..." the groom released her hands and continue to tell her the incident,

"That moment is when she said 'I'm sorry, I have no other choice' and I was unconscious. Once I woke up, I found myself in a cramped coffin, I couldn't get out. I tried to shove the lid aggressively but it won't work. I can hear the thunderstorms roaring out there, the rain added a massive amount of pressure on the Earth's surface. Finally, this is how I died...dying from suffocation and a shattered heart." (C/o/y/c) ended with an heartbreaking sniff from his quiet cry. The betrayal from his loved interests and the guilt of going to the location makes his hands tremble in fear.

Y/N place a hand on his shoulder, elegantly wiping his tears with her handkerchief and resting her head over his chest.  "You know, I'm sorry for what I did to you earlier. I feel kinda bad of leaving you in solitude on your own, so I think I'll stay by your side." Y/N admitted in excitement and clasped the boy's pale hands together, making him both confused and crazily blushing in front of his bride. "Marry me, (c/o/y/c)! I promise I'll make your world a happier place and I will definitely bear your future children if possible! (C/o/y/c), let us start a family together!" Y/N gave (C/o/y/c) a bright smile as unique as the sun. The boy smile back and pick up one of her high heels to put it on her feet (aha some Cinderella's references right here XD). The groom stood up and lend a hand for the bride, she reached out his wondrous warmth from his hand as the couple stood at the centre of the aisle and near the church's pulpit.

With the bewitching smile of Y/N's face, (c/o/y/c) can feel that it is the time to set him free but something is not wrong for the both of them. The groom released the hand of the bride and apologised regretfully, "I'm sorry Y/N, you don't have to play with your feelings just for me. I'm sorry for what I have done to you for the past few hours, I was way too demanding and obsessive. You and I youngsters, you have the right to learn from your seniors and your loved ones to achieve something valuable. I'm sorry if I ruined everything, you're right. You deserve someone better than me."

The girl shook her head and said, "w-why? You didn't do anything to me, you're completely fine and I'm giving you the consent to spend all my life with you."  (C/o/y/c) moved two steps backwards and had its head looking down on the floor. With a sudden gust of breeze, sparkles were sent from the moonlight and delivered down to the boy's body, the ragged wedding suit and his appearance has transformed him into his old self, just as flawless and enthusiastic like Y/N. The girl blushed madly at the boy with the majestic and royal looks as he went towards her to kiss her hand as a sign of affection.

"Y/N, thank you for showing what true love and happiness is and it has set me free to the heavens and the afterlife. Don't forget , Y/N. You have a heart of gold and you are always the kindest and precious treasure that I could cherish in my life and through eternity. Well, I shall take my leave."

The girl dashed to the boy, grasping desperately to stay with him, "(c/o/y/c) please don't leave me. I'm begging you!" The groom pulled her into a short hug, the bride's tears flowing continuously and shining like strings of pearls and diamonds.

"Don't worry I'll always be there for you!"

"When will we possibly meet?"

"Believe in me, You'll see when you go back home. Your parents and your ex-husband will be waiting for you, I've helped you erase the negative memories from you. You can start your mesmerising life over again."

The girl cried with joy as the boy's body faded from toe to his head, butterflies surrounding his figure and flew to the midnight sky. The girl is teleported back with the chiming chapel bells and the blanched petals from the white roses across the sky. With a blink of an eye, she was back to the mountain peak where the sun is climbing its way to the glowing horizon, leading a new beginning and a new day.

The girl glared at the scenery, thinking about meeting (c/o/y/c) happens once in a lifetime.

"Y/N."

A familiar voice fluttered into Y/N's ears. Y/N turned her head to face a butterfly sitting right at her shoulder, flapping cheerfully with its unique accent from its wings. The girl smiled kindly as she continues to enjoy the marble effect from the blazing sunrise.
