Narrator P.O.V

Dust's coughs were heard through his room while Horror and Swap were sitting on both sides of the bed "It's going to be okay Dust, just... Hang in there." Swap says, holding the hand of his good friend while Horror stared at him with a concerned look. Meanwhile outside were the rest of the bad Sanses and stars along with Sci. 'This is terrible...' Dream thought while giving Nightmare a worried stare. Nightmare was distressed. Dust had been feeling sick and was getting worse.
Sci was explaining about Dust's sickness so Nightmare was listening closely "He'd die if we don't find a cure for this... And it keeps getting worse!" Sci said. Sci doesn't know what this virus is and cannot seem to find any information about Dust's sickness. Hearing these Nightmare was panicking inside, Dream tried to keep him calm, after a few minutes, Nightmare teared up "Let's talk about this tomorrow. I still have to find more info about this." Sci prepares to leave as Cross goes up to tell Swap they were leaving. "You should tell this to Horror and Dust. They need to know." Dream says as Swap goes to them and leaves with Ink, Dream, and Sci.

Killer ran up to Dust's room to tell them about what they had heard from Dust's sickness. While Error just left the room. Nightmare went to see Dust in his room. He opened the door to see Killer and Horror hugging Dust tightly, Cross notices Nightmare and stands aside while Nightmare approaches the bed and looks at Dust's expression while the other two kept telling him that they're gonna help him. Nightmare taps Killer's shoulder and Killer looks up at Nightmare, then steps aside "Heya, Boss..." Dust says as Nightmare gets close to him "Hey Dust, how you holding up there?" Nightmare asks as Dust coughs once more "I'm feeling sh-ttier than ever, heh..." Dust says.

First day
Dust was in his room with his 3 good friends, Killer, Horror and Swap. The three kept him company while the others tried to find a cure for Dust. Nightmare checked the room from time to time, seeing Dust with a smile on his face made Nightmare happy. He entered the room and asked if they needed anything "Some water for Dust please!" Swap says and Nightmare nods and walks out to get the water.

Nightmare goes to the kitchen and grabs a pitcher of water and a glass. "Hey, uhh Night?" Nightmare looks back to see Sci and hums in response "So, how were they?" Sci asks "Oh, uh- They're doing fine, Dust needs water." Nightmare says then Sci leaves the room.

Second day
Dust was in the living room, he was coughing badly and it hasn't stopped. "Here." Nightmare gave Dust a glass of water and patted his back. Dust drank the water and stopped coughing for a while and continued to cough while Nightmare stayed beside him on the couch while Killer put in a movie (uncharted) and took a seat in between Dust's legs and Horror took a seat beside Nightmare while both Cross and Error were beside each other far from the others. The movie started.

The credits rolled and most of them were asleep and Nightmare woke up when Dust started coughing. He coughed for minutes.

Third day
Dust was coughing harder this time and Blue stayed with him while Nightmare was talking to Sci. "Sci... What is happening to Dust?" Nightmare asks while Sci panics "He's getting worse! I'm working hard and fast to find a cure for this!" Sci says looking really hard for the sickness and what cures there are for it. Nightmare let Sci take his time and left to see Dust. His coughs wouldn't stop. They gave him water again and again. This time Dust felt like puking, and nearly puked on the couch.

When Dust was finally sleeping, Nightmare stayed with him incase he wakes up and needs something. Nightmare was sitting on a chair beside the bed and reading a book.

Fourth day
Dust kept fainting and it always worried everyone that he wouldn't wake up. He still coughed and puked. Nightmare informed Sci "You should keep someone to stay with him at all costs incase he passes out again." Sci said and Nightmare nodded. Dust was on the couch, he fainted a few minutes ago. "Are any of you available to stay with Dust incase passes out?" Nightmare asks and Horror raised his hand to keep Dust company.

Horror took Dust to the garden and sat him on the swing(I just imagined they had a swing incase one or even all of them need to sit down while bonding outside) and talked about how he and a karen fought over a cupcake basket and other stuff. Nightmare was watching them from his balcony, smiling, knowing Dust was happy. Dust then collapsed and Horror panicked. Nightmare brought him and Horror inside and Dust was still fainted. Nightmare had a bad feeling about this and checked his hp. And it was dropping fast. Dust woke up "Heya, boss..." Dust says as Nightmare teared up "Dust..." Nightmare says as Killer hugs his best friend, horror joins in. Nightmare takes Dust's hand as Dust's eyes slowly closes "I love you..." Dust felt three more people hug him before everything goes numb.

Nightmare hugged Dust's now deceased body and cried loudly while the others couldn't do anything but watch as Nightmare breaks down.
