"A secret hunting ground?"
Emma said, her expression becoming serious.

"Tell me. Is this a farm too?
Are the poachers-"
I said.

"You two really are different from the other kids.
You know about them... and the farms."
They said.

"This isn't a farm. This is private property. A garden belonging to an aristocrat named Lord Bayon.

All of us, including me, you, the other kids... are allowed to live here to be hunted,"
They explained.

"It's a secret from the farms. A secret playground,"
They said.

"Who are the other kids?"
I asked.

"Normal newbies. Brought in once a month to replenish those who've been eaten."
they answered.

"From where?"
Emma asked.

"Mostly from the farms. Using some special privilege, they're able to get stock of living children."
"What do you mean, the others don't know?"

"They don't know anything. Even about the monsters.
They are born and raised in a happy facility. They think they're going to a happier place, but they get abducted and end up being chased by monsters. That's probably how they see it,"
they explained. Yeah... sounds like what we thought at Grace Field, well, most of it.

"Anyway, this area is dangerous too.
We should go hide. And there's someone I want you to meet,"
they said, looking at both of us.

I nodded slightly, but then we heard a scream.
Emma went full speed towards it.
"Emma!"
I exclaimed, following after her.

"Hey!"
The person called out.

Emma got there before me, since I had lost her for a second.
I saw her, and I looked over to what she was looking at.

Some demons cornering up some kids.

"Three..."
A boy ran past us.
"Two..."

Emma grabbed an axe.
"Run!!"
She then shouted, throwing the axe at one of the demons.

And then, we all ran away.
I took a deep breath.

I looked at the five and sighed.
{ So AO8-63 is Goldy Pond! A secret hunting ground for demons.
The poachers Yuugo was fearing... were the demons who hunt here.
They're different from the beast-like, wild demons.
They understand our language, they're smart.
They're human shaped, wearing masks, with culture and advanced citizenship.
Just like the demons who ruled the humans at the farm.
Intellectual demons... Yuugo must've lost all his friends here. }

I looked around once more and chuckled.
{ I need to get in contact with Ray... }

Ughhh the chapters are so short and I have no oneshot ideas...
