Reader's POV

"She has no face,"
Norman muttered.

"The Queen revived herself..."
I muttered.

That is... the Queen, right?

"Ah, pure joy,"
she said.

"All of them together. Right in front of me when I wake up.
The four highest grade from Grace Field Plant 3.
How joyful,"
she said.

I grit my teeth, stepping in front of them protectively.

"Just like he said... you were all alive.
I forgive you. For the attack on our Capital... on my subjects... and on myself.
The children from Lambda and the escapees from Grace Field... will return to me.
All of you... I shall... devour."
she said as she grabbed Zazie.

My eyes widened and I took out my gun as quick as possible.
"Zazie!"
Norman shouted.

Zazie had cut her in half.
She quickly was put together again and she had her hand at his neck.

He flew over to us.
Norman and I ran over to him, our eyes wide in worry.

"Zazie!!"
Norman shouted.

"Is he okay?"
I asked in panic, Norman held his face in his hands.

"BWAHAHAHAHAHA!"
the queen laughed.

Emma aimed at the Queen, Ray and I also did.

"You'll shoot me? 63194. 81194. 62194."
she said.

She suddenly started to change figure or something, I didn't know what it was.

I stayed my distance from Ray, Emma, and Norman.

What is this...?
I... I can't move.

Suddenly she was in front of me.
I tried to put a brave face.

Move.
Move.
...please.

Her hand was right at my face, about to curl around it.
"Good girl,"
she said softly.

Please.

"Y/n!!"
Norman shouted.

Suddenly, she moved away from me, well she was shot at.

I turned, catching my breaths.

"Sonju!"
"Mujika!!"

I'm so... so glad I pressed it.

"Sorry it took this long,"
Sonju said.

"Are you all okay? Any injuries?"
Mujika asked as she came over to us.

"You saved us,"
Ray stated.

"Thanks!"
Emma said.

"The town is mostly okay. The citizens should be able to take care of the rest."
Mujika told us.

"I told Don and Gilda about an escape route. Don't worry. They'll be out of the capital in no time,"
Sonju said.

I nodded and let out a sigh of relief.
"Thank you..."
I muttered.

"Now for this one.
She's finally become a monster, both inside and out.
Y/n, Emma, Ray, she's hopeless. You won't be able to achieve peace, let alone negotiate."
Sonju told us.

"The Five Regent houses are all dead, I see."
Mujika said softly.

"I'm surprised to see you... Sonju.
I never would have imagined you'd take the side of humans. A curious turn of events.
Very well. I can get rid of the evil-blooded and recapture the escapees all at once. It's my lucky day,"
she said.

"Yeah. We came to finish this here too,"
Sonju said.

"Let's end this,"
Mujika stated.

"I'm going to kill you here today, your Majesty,"
Sonju said, pointing his weapon at her.

"Kill? You? Will kill me?"
she scoffed.

"A true fool you are, younger brother,"
she said.

My eyes widened in surprised.
