Ant" So for our first stop on our Journey we are going to see our mams, to chat about time when we were little and about the documentary"

Dec" I'm off to see my mam and I've also got Charlie with me"

Charlie" Hey!"*waves at the camera*

Dec" She wanted to go see Grandma"

Charlie" How could I miss that"

They pull up at Dec's mam's house and both Donnelly's hop out dragging their suitcases.

Dec" See you later"

Charlie" Bye Ant"*waves*

Ant" Bye Donnelly's see you later"

The car drives off down the road and Dec and Charlie make their way up the path Dec opening the door and shuts it behind him.

Dec" Hello"

Anne" Hello"

-Camera follows them into the kitchen-

Charlie" Grandma"*hugs her*

Anne" Well it's always nice to see my granddaughter"*kisses her head*

Dec" What are you cooking mam"

Anne" I am cooking some quiches because I know you and Charlie love quiches"

Charlie and Dec" Aww yeah"

Anne*pulls the quiches out of the oven*

Dec" Look at that, they look amazing"

Charlie" They smell amazing"*looks at camera* Grandma makes the best quiches"

Anne*hugs her* Thanks love"

-Christine's house-

Ant*looking in the fridge* You got any biscuits mam?"

Christine" Well they are not going to be in the fridge are they?"

Ant" No"

Christine" There you go I'll get them for you"

Ant" Thanks Mam"

Anne" How long are you both staying?"

Dec" Couple of days, mainly for the weekend, because me and Ant are filming this documentary"

Anne" Oh I'm not in am I"

Dec*eating quiche" No you are not in it, we are not filming you at all"

Charlie*giggles*eating quiche We were going to do it"

Dec" But we thought we better not"

Anne" That's good because you know I don't like being on camera"

Dec" It's a shame because you are very good at it, it's all very natural"

Ant's mum shows how she made blinds to go over her microwave because she couldn't find doors to fit.

Ant" You made the blinds mam"

Christine" Yes Anthony I made the blinds"

Ant" I'm just saying they are good, show us"

Christine*walks over* Well I couldn't find doors to fit the cupboard so I made some blinds"*rolls it up*

Ant" And there's the microwave"

-Ant to camera-

Ant" It's weird because Dec is over there with his family and I'm with mine and we are so used to doing things together plus Dec has his mum, Charlie, all his brothers and sisters and then they have lots of kids so he has nieces and nephews and just our family is just a bit smaller than that, it's still nice of course"

-Donnelly Clan Looking at photos-

Anne" Oh look at this one"*hands Dec the photo*

Dec" Awww, I remember this moment so much, just the feeling of being a dad for the first time, holding Clare's hand and she squeezed the living daylights out of it, then after a lot of screaming Charlie was born" *looks at her* hands her the photo*

Charlie" Awww, look at me I'm so tiny"

Dec" Yeah that moment you grabbed my finger, I felt so proud, so happy that I was a dad"

Charlie" Were you nervous raising me alone?"

Dec" Of course I was but we have such a huge connection of friends and family I felt so blessed, sometimes I didn't think I deserved it"*tries not to cry*

Everyone goes awww Dec.

Anne*pats her son's hand* Oh Deccy"

Charlie*hugs her dad* Aww"

Dec*wipes his eyes* Oh dear, I'm off already"

Patricia*holds a photo* Oh look there is you with dad acting your lines with him"

Dec" Oh dad, bless him, do miss him soo much"

Moyra" We all do so much"

Charlie" Dad, you are tiny"

Dec" Yeah I know"

Charlie" Nothing has changed"

Dec" Shut up you"*smiles* tickles her side*

Charlie" No, no"

-All giggle-

They pull out more photos and Charlie and Dec's tongue stick out while they are concentrating.

Moyra" I don't think you two could be any more alike"

-Dec and Charlie look up-

Dec" What?"

Moyra" You two always stick your tongues out when you are concentrating"

Charlie*smiles* We've been told that so many times"

Anne" It's cute it is"

Moyra" Oh yeah it is"

-Charlie to camera-

Cameraman" What do you think of this journey your dad and his best mate are taking?"

Charlie" I think it's definitely going to be a adventure I mean Dad has been worried about it for a while, I think he is excited but nervous excited you know, I mean it's going to be amazing for them to just find out more about where we all come from and who we are related to"

Cameraman" Do you wish you were going along?"

Charlie" A little bit but you have to remember it's their journey not mine"

-Ant to Camera-

Ant" I'm more excited I must admit, I think he is excited but he is more nervous I think"

-Dec to camera-

Dec" I don't know if I'm ready"

-Off Camera-

Anne" Well this is nice to see my granddaughter sometimes I don't even see you for ages"

Charlie" Yeah sorry about that Grandma work always keeps me busy"

Anne" Who is that lad you are always working with?"

Charlie" Oh Stephen"

Anne" Yeah thats him, he looks after you doesn't he"

Charlie" He does, he always looks after me when we do shows"

Anne" What's that one you do with him after BGT?"

Charlie*sits on the bed* BGMT"

Anne" Oh yes I did watch that it's all very mad isn't it"

Charlie" Yeah it is, it's mainly just for us to chill back and have a laugh and for the contestants as well"

Anne" Who comes up with most of the ideas?"

Charlie" It's mainly Stephen but I do contribute sometimes, I think half the time I just go along with it"

Anne" Well I love watching on whatever you are on"

Charlie*smiles* Thanks Grandma"

Anne" Do you remember all the times you used to spend with me and granddad around here"

Charlie*nods* Yeah all those times I used to play with all my toys on the floor"

Anne" Oh I remember that train set you had that you played all the time"

Charlie" Oh yeah my Harry Potter train set that granddad got me that was a proper good train set as well"

Anne" I think it's probably in the loft somewhere"

Dec walks in.

Dec" Hello you two, mum"

Anne" Yes love"

Dec" Moyra wants to speak to you"

Anne" Okay thanks love"

She leaves and Dec sits on the bed and Charlie puts her arms around him.

Charlie" It's okay to be nervous dad"

Dec*smiles* I know, I'm excited as well it's just a bundle of nerves as well"

Charlie*nods* It will be okay dad, you might find things you never knew about our family"

Dec" I know, I'm excited about that, there is just the prospect of hearing something I don't want to hear"

Charlie" Well that's okay, you probably will but that's all part of the journey right?"

Dec" Yeah, look at you comforting me and reassuring me, I've brought you up so well"

Charlie*leans on Dec* I love you dad"

Dec" I love you"

As Charlie snuggles into bed Dec sits by her.

Dec" Are you sure you don't want to come downstairs with us"

Charlie" No it's okay I have a really bad headache"

Dec" Okay, feel better, I'll see you in the morning"*kisses her head*

Dec makes his way downstairs and Anne looks up he walks in.

Anne" Is she okay?"

Dec" She says she has a very bad headache"

Anne" Aww, poor love"
