Aston" Charlie I'm telling you I am better at backflips than you"

Charlie" No way are you better, we have been over this, I am so better than you"

Aston" Just because you went on tour with Diversity doesn't mean you are better at dancing than me, I have been dancing since I was 5"

Charlie" Yeah well I have been dancing since I was 4"

Aston" You have not"

Charlie" Okay, maybe not but I'm still better than you"

Kimberly walks in and sits down by Ashley.

Kim" What is going on?"

Ashley*lays back* I'm just watching Charlie and Aston being competitive again"

Kim" What is it this time?"

Ashley" They are seeing who is better at doing backflips"

Kim" Oh not again didn't we already have this other day"

Ashley*nods* I think we did"

Both Kim and Ashley both watch as Charlie and Aston keeping flipping backwards.

Ashley" You know I am surprised they are not dizzy"

Kim" I would be"

Davina stands having a coffee while she watches all the acts and judges just chilling before another round of auditions. She then looks up and sees Dec come into the dome.

Davina" Hey Dec"

Dec" Hey Davina, come to see my daughter, is she about?"

Davina" I think they are in there"*points to another part*

Dec" Thanks"

Davina" You are welcome"

Dec ventures inside and looks to see Charlie's fellow judges Ashley and Kimberly laughing and Aston pinning Charlie on the floor. He strides over and looks over the both of them.

Charlie" Dad!"

Aston" If you are saying that because you know I have beaten you I am not falling for it"

Charlie" No I'm really not, he is staring right at me"

Ashley comes over and takes Aston's wrist.

Ashley" Hey man, why don't we go somewhere else that's not here"

Aston*spots Dec* Oh, yeah, okay"

Both men rush over to the otherside of the tent. Dec pulls his daughter up from the floor.

Charlie" Dad what are you doing here?'

Dec" Well I just thought I would come see my only daughter and tell her howe proud I am of her"

Charlie" Aww dad"*hugs him*

Dec" So why was Aston MerryGold, from Boyband JLS pinning you down"

Charlie" Oh yeah, that"

Kim" They were being competitive again"

Dec" About what this time?'

Kim" Who can do better backflips, you know she gets her competitiveness from you Dec"

Dec" I know, we are both bad, family game nights are a nightmare"

Charlie" Yeah Aunt Moira really didn't have to throw the pieces"

Dec" Us Donnelly's can get very competitive, very competitive"

Dec" So who is the best backflipper?"

Charlie" Me obviously"

Dec*kisses her forehead* That's my girl, do you mind if I steal her for a couple of minutes"

Kim" Sure, we have got thirty minutes then we need to get back on"

So Dec and Charlie walked out of the tent and started walking around the field.

Dec" So how is it without Adam this year, I can see you don't have much of a problem"

Charlie" I do miss Adam, we all miss Adam, though it's nice to have competitions with Aston and Ashley, I think Kim thinks we are all mad, though it's nice to have a girl there to talk with as well"

Dec" And Davina"

Charlie" Well Davina is the best, she helped me prank Ashley and Aston the other day, I think Kim might be the only normal one"

Dec*smiles* Oh well who wants to be normal, it's boring"

Charlie" Yeah, my life definitely isn't boring"

Dec" I am so proud of you Charlie, presenting, acting, dancing, judging, I can't believe you judge sometimes, it must be hard though mustn't it"

Charlie" Yeah it can be but people do know what they sign up for, with the kids we try to have a laugh and joke with them put them at ease, though some of them don't need they are so sassy"

Dec" Really?"

Charlie" Yeah, we had this 8 year old girl come on and she was so sassy, the moves she was flaunting and her attitude was like don't mess with me"

Dec*chuckles*

Charlie" What?"

Dec" It sounds like you, that's exactly how you were, from the minute you could walk and talk, you were so sassy"

Charlie" Really?"

Dec" Yeah, I just knew you was going to be on television"

Charlie" I never knew that"

They approached a bench and sat down.

Dec" I mean I suppose I should of seen it, you remember that time you judged on Pop Idol when Simon was absent, I mean we had the other judges but you knew what you was talking about"

Charlie" Oh yeah, I remember that, that was fun, I don't really find judging that hard"

Dec" Really, I don't think I could do it, just the looks on the faces when they get a red star, how many have you given?"

Charlie" Red stars, I don't know but I swear there has been more gold, well I would hope there is more gold than red"

Dec" Charlie, I have been seeing someone"

Charlie" Ali?"

Dec" Wait you know?"

Charlie*nods* Yeah"

Dec" How long have you known"

Charlie" Since last Christmas, Simon's Christmas Party I saw you two together a lot, I mean I know she is your manager but I just knew you liked her"

Dec" And what do you think?"

Charlie" I am happy, really happy for you"

Dec" Oh Charlie, thank you, I was worried"

Charlie" Why?"

Dec" Because of your mother"

Charlie" What the mother who left me and hasn't even tried to contact me even though this year will be my 21st Birthday, so what I don't care about her"

Dec" Charlie"

Charlie*leans on Dec* Do you think she thinks about me when she sees me on the telly?"

Dec" I reckon she does"

Charlie" I love you dad, so lucky to have you"

Dec" I love you too"

Charlie*looks at her phone* Whoa I better get back to the dome or the producer will be coming after me"

Dec*nods* I know the feeling"

Charlie*chuckles* Oh and dad?"

Dec" Yeah"

Charlie" I really, like Ali, she has been more of a mum to me than Claire

Dec" Awww, Charlie"

Charlie then heads back to the tent for more auditions.
