Charlie was standing with Stephen they were getting ready for Ant vs Dec.

Stephen" Are you excited for Ant Vs Dec?"

Charlie" I am always excited for Ant Vs Dec"

Stephen" I take it you are not going to dress up, you never do"

Charlie" I'm just not a dressing up person I'll leave that to you, what is your costume this week"

Stephen then goes to the wardrobe and pulls out his costume, it is a basketball players body suit with a six pack. He then shows the stilts he is going to stand on.

Charlie" Oh yeah, this can't go wrong at all"

Stephen" Look I practised it a lot and I only nearly fell over twice"

Charlie" I know I was there, you are crazy Stephen"

Stephen" I know but's that why you love me right"

Charlie" Of course"

Both kiss each other.

Stephen" So what are you wearing?"

Charlie" Most likely a basketball uniform like dad and Ant"

Stephen" You know I'm not sure I have ever seen you wear a dress"

Charlie" And you might not, I'm not the sort of girl, who wears dresses, it doesn't feel right"

Stephen" That's okay"

Charlie" That's another reason I like Ant Vs Dec I can wear what I want"

Stephen*smiles*

Ant" Okay welcome back to your Saturday Night Takeaway and it's time for.....

The drum noises sound.

Stephen and Charlie" Ant Vs Dec!"

Ant" Ladies and Gentlemen, Stephen Mulhern and Charlie Donnelly"

Stephen stands on some stilts wearing a basketball suit with a six pack, Charlie who hates heights is dressed in basketball uniform but is on the floor trying to hold Stephen. Stephen also holds a basketball and pretends to be spinning it, he then holds it sideways and chucks it out of shot. Ant,Dec and Charlie start chuckling as well as the audience. Ant stands with a shirt on that reads Mcpartlin Magpies and Dec stands with a shirt that reads Donnelly Dunkers

Charlie" Why don't I focus on the talking and you can focus on standing"

Ant" Stephen not talking that will be a first"

Dec" He can't go five minutes without talking"

Charlie" Now we did a virtual poll earlier to see who the viewers thought might win and 51% said Dad"

Dec" Ooo, I like the sound of that"

Charlie" Now after playing hide and seek and footy putty we decided that we would be more serious and that is why..."

The audience chuckles.

Charlie" Hang on you are ahead of me here, now you will both take it in turns to stand on the revolving platform and see how many basketballs you an get in the basket while you answer questions, okay so dad you are first you want to hop on the platform"

Dec" Sure"

Dec hops up on the platform and grabs a basket ball from the trolley.

Charlie" Okay so Stephen controls the platform so I wouldn't wind him up, so I'll ask the questions first, ready dad"

Dec" I'm ready, go for it"

Charlie" Karen Brady is Lord Sugar's right hand woman but what football team is she Vice Chairman of, West Ham, Norwich City or Aston Villa, oh he nearly got that in, he is going to go with West Ham, he has to get it in though to get the point"

Dec continues to chuck the ball trying very hard to get it into the basket and failing.

Charlie" He has to get this in before we can move on, can he do it, come on dad!"

Dec smiles and then tosses the ball and gets it in.

Ant, Stephen and Charlie" Yes!"

Charlie" Okay team GB won gold at the 2012 olympics but who directed the opening ceremony, was it Christopher Nolan, Danny Boyle or Sam Mendes, oh he has gone for B straight away, he has just got to get it in to score the points"

Dec keeps tossing the balls which is very hard when you are on a rotating platform and every time he keeps missing, he starts getting very annoyed with himself.

Charlie" This isn't going very well, oh dad, bounced out the basket nothing worse than that"

Stephen" I'll tell you the only way you are going to win this, is with a stepladder Dec"

Dec*smiles* Shut up Stephen"

Dec continues to try and chuck the balls in still failing to do so. Then he chucks it again not even looking to see if it goes in as it's wasting time, the ball spins a bit before it finally goes in.

Charlie" The Kansas City Chiefs won the 2020 Super Bowl but who headlined the main show was it Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera, Lady Gaga and Pink or Jennifer Lopez and Shakira"

De" When was this?"

Charlie" 2020"

The buzzer then sounds.

Charlie" Okay, you are out of time dad, and he would of gone for B, which would have been wrong since it is C, okay let's see what you got"

Dec stays on the podium now taller than Ant.

Charlie" Okay so you got 2 points"

Dec" That was a disaster"

Dec hops down off the podium and takes a breather next to his daughter who is smiling at him.

Dec" What are you smiling about?"

Charlie" Just want you to beat Ant"

Dec" That's my girl"

The audience's reaction is a mixture of laughter and awww's.

Ant" Donnellys honestly"

Stephen" Okay, Ant"

Ant" Yes Stephen!"

Stephen" Are you ready?"

Ant" Yes Stephen"

Ant gets up onto the podium now ready to shoot the ball into the basket and determined to do better than Dec.

Stephen" Ryan Reynolds is known for his acting but which football team is he apart of, is it Wrexham, Chesterfield or Woking, come on Ant, he just needs to get it in, he knows its A"

Ant like Dec is having trouble on the platform that is now being controlled by Charlie. He grabs the balls and tries to chuck them into A.

Stephen" You see this is the great thing about Ant Vs Dec you just never know what is going happen"

Ant then shoots and he scores. The audience cheer in excitement.

Stephen" Mo Farrah won gold medals but what place did he come in on I'm a Celebrity, was it third place, fourth place or fifth place, now you should be able to get this in"

Ant then chucks the ball at C and it goes in with nothing but net. The audience cheer again and Dec s face expresses a look of defeat knowing he has been beaten for this round.

Stephen" Wayne Bridge won 36 appearances for England but what girl band is his wife in, Girls aloud, The Saturdays or The Spice Girls, and he is right"

Ant confidently chucks the ball into the B net and turns around to get another one.

Stephen" What sort of crisps would you find in red walkers packets, Ready Salted, Cheese and Onion or Salt and Vinegar, and he has got it, look at that"

Ant again swooshes the ball through that net, now knowing that he has definitely won this round.

Stephen" How old is H from steps, forty two, forty four or forty six"

The buzzer then sounds and Ant stops nearly falling off the platform.

Stephen" Go on, see if you would of got it in"

Ant chucks the last ball of the round into the B basket and it doesn't go in this time.

Stephen" Well even you had got it in, it would have been wrong"

Ant chuckles at Stephen's remark and stands next to Dec and Charlie now worn out.

Stephen" This answer was forty two"

Now Ant is in the lead with a better score of four but this where it all gets interesting, see every ball that goes in that basket is worth three points, whoever has the most points at the end wins AntVsDec"

Charlie" Dad, you are the oldest out of Ant Vs Dec but which of these footballers is older, Frank Lampard, John Terry or Rio Ferdinand"

Both start chucking their balls into A pushing each other slightly, Dec dunks it in A but it is wrong, so they both try C and Ant gets that in but it's wrong meaning that B. John Terry is the answer.

Charlie" Okay, who's is going to get this in, it could be dad, come on dad!"

Stephen" It's got to be Ant right, Donnelly isn't a very good dunker"

Dec" I'll smash yer face in, in a minute Stephen"

Charlie" Who is going to get it in, come on"

Ant and Dec both competitively throw their balls failing to get any of them in and then Dec dunks his in the basket. The audience claps and cheers as Charlie quickly moves onto the next question. 

Stephen" Which of these is an anagram of the word Newcastle, is it ance swelts, cents Wales or Ant Clews.

Charlie" So the podium is going faster now, it's going so fast dad and Ant are both off the podium, now they are back on, who is going to get in first"

Charlie who now has control of the platform is making it go faster for the final few points and between shooting basketballs at the B net, Dec falls off the podium but quickly hops back on, as does Ant who also does the same. Dec succesfully gets the ball in B but it's wrong indicated by the sound of the buzzer.

Stephen" So it's either A or C"

Dec" What!"

Dec's voice goes high as he exclaims surprise because he thought it was B, both use all their strength to chuck what balls are left into the A basket. It lights up in green as Dec's ball swishes through the net it obviously the right answer .

Charlie" Come on Dad!"

Stephen" So David's nickname is Golden Balls but how many points do you get for putting a pink ball in snooker, is it A Four, five or six, this could be anyone's game, this is unbelievable"

Charlie" Phenomenal even"

The buzzer then sounds which means that is the end, both men stop trying to land balls in baskets both now completely worn out. Dec hops off the podium.

Charlie" Okay, so if we count up all the points then that means this weeks winner is dad!!!"

All the audience cheers and blue confetti falls from the ceiling.

Stephen" Well, there you go the scores for Ant Vs Dec are now two all, so Ant you know what that means, you put the medal on Dec"

Ant reluctantly puts the medal on his best mate who is grinning from ear to ear.

Stephen" Ant hand over the medal and try a big smile and words of encouragement, tell your best friend how brilliant he is at at Quasketball, he is over the moon he is"

Ant then picks up a blue ball.

Ant" What would happen if we hit your legs?"

He then proceeds to throw a ball at Stephen's legs. Charlie chuckles on her dad's shoulder.

Stephen" Come on Ant, don't mess about, I'm serious, Charlie stop him"

Charlie" No this is funny" 

Ant continues to throw the ball.

Ant" Stephen Mulhern everyone"

Dec" And my daughter!"
