Archer: We've hit 1000 views that's just... wow. So to try and say thanks I'm going to be taking requests from everyone so message me and we'll talk about your idea and we'll see what I can do. Speaking of that I actually had someone message me already so be sure to check that out when it comes out.
Anyway concerning the last chapter I'll be doing that occasionally to give your character more backstory so I hope that's okay. Also I'm starting to decide on the harem so here's the list so far.

Ruby. She's adorable.

Yang or Blake. Maybe.

Neo. Maybe after Vol 3.

Pyrrha. I hope you can save her.

The reason I have chosen who I've chosen right now is because I want to make this a longer running book and these choices would help with keeping it more canonical. But without further ado enjoy.

General POV
The 8 teens ran across the Beacon cliff bridge but Ruby kept looking behind them having an internal debate to go back.

Ruby: I know he said he'd be fine but he saved my life and now I'm abandoning him that's not what a huntress does!

Ruby was about to tell everyone she was going to go back and help you when the screech of a Nevermore made them all turn around. They spotted a Nevermore with blood soaked claws but before anyone could say anything they heard trees being knocked down and saw the Death Stalker similarly covered in blood creep out from the forest.

Jaune: But if their here...

Yang: That means...

Ruby: (Y/N)...

Everyone took a moment of silence before they heard the screech again snapping them out of their mourning.

Ruby: Alright Jaune, Nora, Ren, Pyrrha, you 4 jump down and go deal with the Death Stalker. Us 4 will deal with the Nevermore.

Everyone nodded and JNPR jumped down to the ruined bridge readying their weapons. The Nevermore screeched once more and aimed at RWBY.

[Archer: Am I lazy for doing this? I don't think so as it was basically the exact same fight when I tried writing it out.]

Ozpin: The four of you retrieved the black bishop pieces the four of you will work together as CRDL led by Cardin Winchester.

They all got off stage and JNPR got up.

Ozpin: Jaune Arc, Lie Ren, Pyrrha Nikos, Nora Valkireye, the four of you retrieved the gold rook pieces [They are clearly gold Ozpin!] the four of you shall work together as team JNPR led by Jaune Arc, congratulations young man.

Pyrrha hits Jaune in the arm in celebration but he falls to the floor causing everyone to laugh. They soon get off and RWBY walks up.

Ozpin: and finally Blake Belladonna, Ruby Rose, Weiss Schnee and Yang Xiao Long the four of you retrieved the gold knight pieces and from now on you will work together as team RWBY led by Ruby Rose.

Before they could get off stage the doors to the hall flew open and a black king piece landed on the stage. Everyone moved out of the giving the stage a direct line of sight to the door.

(Y/N): I'm not late am I?

[Jack: What a surprise...

Archer: Would you rather I ended the story?

Jack: No sir sorry sir.]

Your POV
You, team RWBY and team JNPR were all in Ozpins office as you awaited verdict for if you were in Beacon or not.

(Y/N): Wait so you all thought I died did you have no confidence in me?

Nearly all of them looked away sheepishly except Ruby.

Ruby: Well um we kinda saw the Nevermore and Death Stalker covered in blood and we just assumed I guess.

(Y/N): Well thanks.

Yang: So what happened anyway?

Weiss: Exactly how could someone fight of a Nevermore and a Death Stalker, cover them in blood and then walk away with no injuries it's simply impossible.

(Y/N): Maybe for you ice queen but some of us have skill.

This caused everyone to either laugh or snigger except Weiss who was now glaring at you.

(Y/N): And if you must know my semblance heals me very quickly.

That was the lie you had told anyone who asked it was easier than explaining it.

Pyrrha: But how would that work with your Aura?

That was something you'd never thought of and apparently neither had anyone you met.

(Y/N): Uhhhh-

You were saved by Ozpin walking in with Glynda who looked ashamed and annoyed.

Ozpin: Tell him what we discussed.

Glynda: Well it seems there was an error-

Ozpin: Glynda.

Glynda: I'm sorry (Y/N) but I made two errors today one was assuming your death and the other was in... counting.

This confused everyone but Ozpin.

Glynda: One was your presumed death and the other well it seems that 3 people left the platform and I failed to take notice so when all possible pairs were made and you didn't find one the system put you down as a failure as well as the 3 students that left.

(Y/N): Well What does that mean?

Ozpin: It means (Y/N) (L/N) you found the black king piece hence forth you shall be on your own team. Welcome to Beacon young man.

Ruby: Let's have a celebration at my dorm!

This made everyone but you run off towards the dorms.

(Y/N): Speaking of dorms where's my scroll?
