It was a summer morning for young Annemarie Perez. A special morning. She had been awoken by her mother shaking her softly. "Annemarie, wake up querida." Anne's mother spoke as Anne's eyes fluttered open.

Anne smiled hoping out of her bed. She gets dressed in a Flowery long Skirt with a White Blouse. Anne began running to her door. She opened the door running downstairs where there was a huge crowd. "Hi Anne" a familiar voice spoke to Anne.

"Oh, Hi Señorita Pepa," Anne said nervously "Don't be nervous, Miel how about you and Camilo go play before your ceremony". Pepa said as she looked over at Camilo sitting alone on the last step of the staircase.

"Hi" Anne spoke quietly as Camilo looked up "Hi, Annemarie," Camilo says happily "wanna go play in the garden," Anne said with a huge smile "Sure," Camilo says holding his hand out with Anne accepting it.

They both run outside to Anne's mother's garden."This is beautiful" Camilo says in amusement "I know right" Anne says giggling.

5 minutes later

"Annemarie!!, Camilo!!" Anne's mother called out "here!" The two youngsters get up and run off to Anne's mother.

"Ah, there you two are, it's time, come, come" Anne's mother picks the 2 up and takes them inside placing Anne behind the curtain and taking Camilo to his family. Anne's abuela begins the speech. Abuela Perez finishes the speech as the curtains that were once closed were now open.

Annemarie begins walking to her newfound door as she looked at Camilo who was smiling.

Anne placed her hand on the flower with Abuela, promising to use her powers for good and to serve the community. She reaches for the glowing doorknob. She grips the doorknob and a big yellow flash flashes as everyone covers their eyes.

Everyone's thoughts filled Anne's head. She then looked at her Abuela 'oh no por favor' her Abuela thought as Anne giggled "I can hear everyone's thoughts" Anne sighed. "We have a new gift" Abuela Perez exclaimed as everyone clapped and cheered.

"Vamos,vamos, regalo de Dios"Her abuela motioned her in her new room. As Anne walked into her room had a lot of books on the shelf, and her bed was floating and looked like a book, Anne's thoughts were interrupted by books flying towards her and sweeping her off her feet taking her to Camilo and dropping her right in front of him god she's beautiful' he thought as Anne giggled "thank you!!"

"Anne, Miel, Vamos" Anne's mother exclaimed "I have to go but promise that when we turn Ummm...I don't know maybe 15, we'll meet again pinky promise!" Anne says holding out her tiny pinky. "Pinky promise!" They both say as they cling their fingers together.
