The masters were out as all of the girls were in the room together as they watched them arrive and they cheered.

"Let's do a good job." The Male vocal master told everyone.

All the girls were very excited.

Then Jin Goo walked out. "Where the girls great stories start. Girls Planet 999. Today we're finally starting with the second mission, Combination Mission."

He took a second before he continued. "For this mission, their first cells have gotten disbanded, and the girls have been divided into new teams. In order to show their strengths, they have chosen a position that they feel most confident about, among vocals, dance, or rap positions. Thus they will be showing off their skills on song arranging, choreography making, rap writing and stage producing."

Honestly every girls was scared about what they were going to be showing the masters.

"Today's performances are to take place specially with a live band." Jin Goo revealed to the dance teams, as their vocals were all pre recorded.

And the Planet Band all cheered out as the camera showed them.

"That's the way to go, we need live music." The male vocal master said as all of the masters showed excitement about the live band.

"The winning teams will earn a benefit of 270,000 points" Jin Goo said, getting all the girls excited about the thoughts of winning.

Jin Goo continued a few seconds later. "There are six teams of three members. Three teams of six members. And two teams of nine members. A total of 11 teams will perform."

Tiffany was the first member of the Masters to speak up. "Since they must show their strengths during this mission, I'll look forward to seeing their originality in their performances."

Sunmi speaking up next about the performances. "They're performing in new teams this time. So I'll focus on how they express their strengths and how they pull off the performance."

Jin Goo now continuing. "For today's Combination Mission, we have invited a special master. It's Rap Master Woo Won Jae."

All of the girls cheering for him with the masters, even with them being in two different rooms.

"Woo Won Jae!" Tiffany chanted a few times.

"Let's do a good job." Woo Won Jae told all of the girls, getting them excited for their performance, but nervous for rap teams as he was the Rap master. "I'm happy to be here today. Since I'm a rap master, I'll do my best to evaluate everyone."

"What a sexy voice." Princess heard Xing Qiao say, making her cackle loudly from her seat.

"Girls Planet 999's second mission. Combination Mission, begins now!" Jin Goo announced as the girls got nervous for who was up first.

"The first ones to perform are the groups of three member teams." Jin Goo announced. This was obvious to the girls as they had cleared out quite a few people from the room, as they were soon to be performing. And they had been moved to a new place.

"I'm not sure how to introduce this song." Jin Goo told the girls. "With the original singer here in front of me." Ok this was 'We Are'.

"This song received a lot of love with it's sensual lyrics and beats and aced all music charts." Jin Goo told them all, including the original singer. "'We Are' by Woo Won Jae." Jin goo announced.

Princess laughed as she watched the three member group walk on, honestly with so much swagger. And it was just a bit funny to watch.

"Please introduce yourself." Jin Goo asked of the three girls.

"When I say 'We', you say 'Are'. We!" All of the girls started.

"Are!" The masters all called back to them.

"We!" All of the girls continued, getting the masters excited for this.

"Are!" The masters all called back to them.

"Hello, We are Nocturnal Sentiments." The three girls told all of the masters.

Watching their performance, Princess loved the before part with Wen Zhe. She loved her opening part with it. And then watching Bo Ra, she thought she wouldn't be as good of a rapper as she is, she has only seen her sing.

They all just had so much fun, which included singing, and it made Princess know how much they wanted this for themselves. And how much they had worked on it, even if she knew that she wanted to beat them in the competition.

"The next group who will be performing is a group of nine." Jin Goo told the masters.

"The first performance of the group of nine  is 'Ice Cream' by BLACKPINK and Selena Gomez." Jin Goo told all of the girls.

The girls were all on stage ready to perform.

Watching their performance, Princess loved the before part with Guinn Myah and Huening Bahiyyih. She loved her opening part with it.

She was just grooving so much through the dance.

When it got to Da Yeon's solo part, she just had so much fun watching. And then with the other rap parts she was cheering for Ikema Ruan.

She was cheering loudly and wondering how much would change if she did choose the group.

Then it was the dance break and she was she loving it all. The members all seemed to be loving it as well. Like it was just so much fun for them. And it was just a large breath of fresh air.

"When we listen to this song, our shoulders start to groove right away." Jin Goo told the girls. "It makes us want to dance."

"It's No Excuses by Meghan Trainer." Jin Goo told them all, introducing the song.

"Please introduce yourself." Jin Goo asked of the three girls.

"Hi guys!" Ezaki Hikaru started.

"Hi!" Tiffany told them back with a wave.

"Look." Su Yeon told them.

"We're the Bling Cling Girls." Zi Ge told the masters, with the girls joining in at the end of it.

"Bling bling." All the girls said as they winked at the masters cutely.

Watching their performance, Princess loved the before part with the texting and the teddy throwing.

She just loved Ezaki Hikaru's sass in her lines. And just in all of it to be honest.

And she loves Su Yeon's killing part. when it happened she just cheered. And when she crawled through the members legs.

"Next up is a group of six members." Jin Goo told the girls. "I'm sure a lot of people become emotional and sentimental thinking about this song."

"It's 'Missing You' by BTOB" Jin Goo told them all and announced the song which excited some, seeing Yurina perform now as the Rank 0. "Please come up to the stage."

"Please introduce yourself." Jin Goo asked of the six girls.

"Hello." All of the girls said in unison before coming together in groups of two.

"Like a Palette." The first two girls told everyone.

"With our colourful voices." The second group of two introduced.

The final two girls finished off this. "We deliver messages."

"We're.... Drawing Sounds." All of the group told the masters together.

Watching their performance Princess she liked what they said before the song started.

And she just found it so relaxing and she sways as she listened to it and she thought it would be an autumn song with how it sounds.

She had her arms around Ji Won, and Ji Won's were around hers as they swayed from side to side listening to the song. And when they heard the high note, Princess cheered for her.

She loved listening to the song.

"Next performance." Jin Goo told the girls. "Listening to this song always reminds me of that time."

"I won't let you disappear. Trust me. It's a poetic ballad that expresses an affectionate emtion to a loved one. The soundtrack of 'Hotel Del Luna'. It's 'All About You' by Taeyeon" Jin Goo told them all. "Please come up to the stage."

Watching their performance Princess, she liked how soft Ye Young started off the performance, she wished that she was in their group but she loved her group that she was so happy without her in the group.

It was beautiful watching them, but Xing Qiao changed her voice which confused the girl as she sounded beautiful any way.

But when they same together, she loved the way they sounded.

When they slowed everything down, she just loved how basic it was but how well it was done by Ye Young and everyone when they joined in with her.

She loved listening to the song.

"Next Up." Jin Goo told the girls. "A song by the 'it' girl group."

"ITZY's 'Mafia In The Morning'." Jin Goo told them all and announced the song, which excited everyone as they love the song. "Please come up to the stage."

Princess, Mashiro, Ji Won and Ya Ning all walked on to perform. Their outfits all matching with some parts of red and black being the main colour of the outfits.

When they came out they had gained everyone's attention especially Princess as she was even taller but she held so much power in just her walk up to centre stage.

"Yeah I might jsut take a step forward, and I might look like I am the taller one here." Jin Goo told the masters making them all laugh.

"Impossible." Sunmi called down to the older man as they all laughed at his attempt to get away from the C Group girl that looked like she was ready to kill.

"Wow!" The masters telling them as they walked and Jin Goo had an impressed look on his face at their outfits which looked so cool next to each other. Princess and Mashiro having the red on them in Lena's choker and Mashiro's arm warmers.

Princess, Mashiro, Ya Ning and Ji Won all holding microphones. Even though Princess had a microphone on her already for the performance where she wouldn't have her hands free to hold it.

"Please introduce yourself." Jin Goo asked of the four girls, that were stood next to him.

"Two three." Mashiro told the girls as they got ready to introduce them selves.

"Who could it be? MAJIYAPI!" They all sang in unison, all of their first names involved in their name. "Hello!"

"In Korean it means 'We'll steal your hearts away, Planet Guardians!'" Sakamoto Mashiro told all of the girls.

"Bang! We're MAJIYA!" All of them said in unison, Princess being the loudest on the Bang as she went deeper on her tone.

"Please look forward to our performance." Lena told the masters with her members.

As the masters all clapped for the girls.

"I see. It's the syllables of their names." The male vocal master pointed out as he listened to them.

"During the mid check up I heard you got praised for choosing the right song concept." Jin Goo pointed out to the girls.

"Yes." Mashiro simply told Jin Goo as she turned to slightly face him.

"You also refused to tell the masters what your special part was Princess but you gave them a few clues." Jin Goo also told them as their clip of the interim checkup came up on the screen as they got ready to perform.

0:00-0:16= Princess started between Fu Ya Ning and Sakamoto Mashiro

0:16-0:28= Princess didn't look up until the last and her word was 'Inhumane' which was after Mashiro's and she them looked up and she faced the camera with a blank look on her face.

Reactions:

* The girls cheering as they saw Ya Ning, Ji Won, Mashiro and Princess face the camera individually.

0:28=0:39= Princess face went up on the gunshot sound in sync with her members. Before she was seen almost animalistically snarling towards the camera as the song started. Before she went into between Sakamoto Mashiro and herself where they all leaned into as they smirked towards the camera. And Princess went to face the same direction as Fu Ya Ning.

Reactions:

* Yurina slightly flinching as she heard the gunshot.

0:39-0:49= Princess doesn't do anything during these lines she just continues to face away from the centre and towards Fu Ya Ning's direction.

Reactions:

* "That's good." Master Jang Ju Hee commenting.

0:49-0:52= Princess sings her lines before the members join in as they all follow Princess' movements for her line.

Reactions:

* Sunmi smiling at the performance as she watched them.

0:52-0:59= Princess leaned forward like Sakamoto Mashiro and Fu Ya Ning as Ji Won sang her lines. Princess joining when Ya Ning and Mashiro did so.

0:59-1:06= Princess flung her left arm up opposite Mashiro and she did the cuffs by her face as Mashiro ended her lines.

Reactions:

* As Mashiro ended her lines the girls all cheered for her.

1:06-1:12= Princess stayed seating until the last beat after Ji Won and then she stood up revealing the electric guitar. And as she stood up she crouched as she laced her hands on her knees as she fake smiled, and looked fake innocent.

Reactions:

* The masters looking shocked seeing the item that was hooked onto Princess.

1:12-1:19= Princess walked forward instead of Ji Won and she followed the girls original movements. As all of the girls leaned forward to face the tallest girl.

1:19-1:33= Princess swung her guitar around as she started to play the electric guitar in the chorus and she walked forward with the members. Princess being between Mashiro and Ya Ning.

Reactions:

* The girls all just watching with shocked faced.

* "So that's the special part." Tiffany told the group of masters.

* "They're good!" Master Baek told the group of masters as he faced them.

* The girls all cheering as Mashiro ended the part.

1:33-1:47= Princess crouched down in front of Ji Won as the girl sang her lines. And she made sure that her guitar didn't hit the ground hard. Then she did the wolf move, making two wolves in front of Ji Won as they followed the dance. And she pushed her hands down before she did two crouched steps so she was next to Ya Ning at the end of the line made.

Reactions:

* Tiffany smiling at the girls.

1:47-1:52= Ya Ning started to sing some lines. Princess moving across with her so they stood next to each other. And they did the gun moves but Princess used her guitar on the beats loudly to add to the lines.

Reactions:

* Master Baek cheering as they did the move and Princess played the guitar.

1:52-2:00= Princess continued to sing. She ended the lines in the middle as she sang as she did the fakest smile and laugh to the camera before she turned and they caught her rolling her eyes and scowling harshly, which added to the dance of her being two moods, fake and very annoyed.

Reactions:

* May laughing as she watched her best friend perform.

* All of the masters laughing at Princess' facial expressions as she rolled her eyes and did a big look of disgust.

* Sunmi cheering for the girls.

* All the the girls laughing as they saw the girl do a fake smile before she rolled her eyes and grimaced.

2:00-2:08= Mashiro started to sing her lines. Princess moving last following the dance last. Before she moved to between Mashiro and Ya Ning.

2:08-2:15= Ya Ning started to sing her lines. As she raised Princess and Ji Won's arms above Ya Ning's head, as they had their hands locked. Princess moved to the end next to Mashiro as she moved her guitar around her body, getting ready to play.

2:15-2:22= Princess played the guitar as Ji Won sang her lines and the when Ya Ning sang her lines.

Reactions:

* Guinn Myah looking shocked to the girls.

2:22-2:30= Princess started to move to between Ya Ning and Mashiro as she joined them still playing the guitar. Princess sang the second line as she started to move. And she sang the highest out of all of the girls hitting the higher part.

Reactions:

* The vocal master silently cheering them along in the high note.

2:30-2:39= Princess did nothing during this.

Reactions:

* "That's awesome." Being commented by a girl.

* They girls looking on like it was finished.

* One girl clapping thinking it was over.

* Everyone cheering as they heard Mashiro sing her line.

2:39-3:09= Princess started to play the guitar quickly before they all started to sing. And she did the general dance moves as she snag and played her guitar. She was between Mashiro and Ya Ning. Before she started to aggressively bop up and down as she played and she did a hair flip as she looked up. And she sang her line. Before she then hit another high note with Ji Won. Then she played the last notes of the guitar as she moved around Ya Ning. And she got into her final pose as she flipped her guitar around her body

Reactions:

* Some of the girls getting scared by Princess' sudden playing of the guitar, as it cued into the song continuing.

* Ye Seo just being over whelmed by the song.

* All the masters just bopping to the song

* Everyone cheering.

3:09= Princess had her left hand in the shape of a gun as she pointed it to the masters. And as the camera went to her she just glared as she brought her hand up to her head and did the gun move next her her head like how Yuna does in Loco.

"Ji Won was awesome." The female vocal master told all of the masters.

"I didn't expect that out of Princess she dominated and she played the guitar and stayed in sync with all of the girls and...." Tiffany told the group as she was just in shock.

"That was an intense and confident performance." Jin Goo told all of the girls.

"What did you think of 'MAFIA IN THE MORNING'?" Jin Goo turned to ask the masters opposite the girls.

They started off the critique with the male vocal master. "You could've lost both the performance and the voice, but you got your cake and ate it too." He told them all as he held the microphone.

All four girls breathing out a sigh of relief as they got feedback from the masters.

"Yes that was very good." The male vocal master told them all.

"I loved the theme." Tiffany quickly added. "Your creativity and story created a great performance. Well done."

"Thank you." They all told the masters as they bowed.

"It's so nice." Sunmi commented looking at the girls. "Everyone's improving."

All of the girls were hugging as they got backstage.

"I could feel that we were enjoying it." Ji Won told all of the girls.

"We totally enjoyed it." Ya Ning added to the conversation.

"We killed it and him." Princess told the girls as she smiled with them.

"Good work!" Ji Won told Mashiro as they all hugged the short girl.

"Don't cry!" Ya Ning told their leader.

"I'm happy." Mashiro told the girls in her team.

"We did very well today." Princess told the girls as they all hugged again.

"Well done us." Princess heard Ya Ning say as they all hugged Mashiro tightly.

"Princess the Masters have given in their scores." Jin Goo added to the girl.

"Princess, you were this challenge's invisible member, which meant you have to get a certain score from the masters on average for you to pass and go through to the Second Survival Announcement." Jin Goo told the tallest K Group girl next to him.

"Let's hear from the masters before everything else is revealed." Jin goo told her.

"When you had your moments it made you stand out but it also added so much to the song, adding to the revenge vibe." Master Sunmi told the young girl alone on stage.

"Your part with the guitar was amazingly done how was that originally produced?" Tiffany asked the young girl.

"We were thinking about different ideas for the song and Ji Won came up with the idea of me playing the guitar and I said I would only play if they agreed which we did and we worked on it from there" Princess told the group of masters in front of her.

"Well done to you. You caught us up in you and still let the girls shine when you wanted to." Princess listened to the female vocal master talking to her.

"Well we have your results here." Jin Goo told the girl.

"You need to get above 92 overall on average in their solo evaluation of you to get though to the Second Survival Announcement." Jin Goo. "So lets find out what they scored you."

The lights seemed to change a bit. "So to survive you need above a 92." Jin Goo told her.

"Overall you got...." Jin Goo told the tallest K Group member. "Look there."

Once she looked up, she waited for a few seconds as the screen changed and it showed a 95.

It felt so good hearing this from the masters and getting so high from them.

Jin Goo told them. "Well done Lena, you have survived. Do you want to say something?"

"Thank you so much. I don't think you understand how much it means hearing all of this from you. And even though it tore me down at times it has brought me back up higher. And thank you to my MAFIA IN THE MORNING team mates, as they helped me so much and they have been the best support system I could ever ask for. Thank you." Princess told all of the masters.

Once she was off stage, she jumped into her members arms. "She Survived!" They all chanted. As they all held hands and they jumped about, honestly all of them happy, that the girl had survived.

Next up was VVS.

Watching their performance Princess loved the first part where they watched some of their cute moments, all the way back to their Demo Stages.

She had fun listening to the song, even if it wasn't the best, she just loved how much they put into it, not matter the outcome of it all.

And just some small thing that just made everyone enjoy them selves.

Especially with Kotone roasting MNET for getting rid of her screen time.

Princess was cheering loudly for her no matter what loving everything.

"Combination mission, the group of six member teams." Jin Goo told the girls. Let's move onto the next performance."

"When I listen carefully to this person's music,my exhausted soul gets comforted even before I realise it. Heartrending lyrics and distinctive sentiments. Her voice itself is enough to give strength to a lot of people.It's 'My Sea' by IU" Jin Goo told them all, they knew it was 'My Sea', before it was even announced. "Please come up to the stage."

Watching their performance Princess, she just loved how the set looked.

She was really excited for the performance and worried for them as it had so many places to go wrong.

Somehow the song never had made her cry but she loved it so much,

When Jeong Ji Yoon didn't get the high note she cringed as she heard her sing as she had always done it before but she must feel terrible as she didn't do it on stage.

"It was the biggest chart climber in 2020 thanks to it's amazing performance." Jin Goo told the girls. "So what is with this dance? Master Kooyoung? Care to show us."

"Just give us your address. It's 'My House' by 2PM" Jin Goo told them all. "Please come up to the stage."

"Please introduce yourself." Jin Goo asked of the six girls.

"Hello, we are..." They all started.

"Going to show Planet Guardians....." Young Eun started off.

"How we." Kuwahara Ayana continued.

"We grow!" Ya Le said.

"We're Dream High!" All of them said together, with Ya Le getting confused on movements.

Watching their performance Princess, she loved the set of it all.

And then when they sang, she loved the deepness of their voices in the song.

She loved everything about the performance, but she was confident that MAFIA IN THE MORNING would win.

She loved listening to the song.

"This song starts with an intense Siren." Jin Goo told the girls, this was 'Salute'. "It's Salute by Little Mix. a talented British girl group with countless hit songs."

Watching their performance Princess, she just loved the fire and aesthetic.

She loved the part where they fell back, she just loved the way it was done.

She loved listening to the song.

"Up next" Jin Goo told the girls. "The singer of this song has a clear, expressive, innocent and explosive voice."

"She's a legendary singer." Jin Goo told them all. "This song is a soundtrack of the movie, 'The King and The Clown'. 'Fate' by Lee Sun Hee." Jin Goo announced

All of the girls came on the stage. She hoped they would do well.

Princess loved the dance it got her emotional as she watched them but she didn't dare cry, she just rarely cried she knew she would only cry if someone close to her had to leave.

She was proud of some of her closest friend and she hoped that they would win their group.

All of the team were out in front of the stage with Jin Goo in front of them, ready to announce the winner from each section. 6 member team. 3 member team. Or 9 member team.

"We now have the result of Combination Mission, the second mission of Girls Planet 999." Jin Goo told them all.

"Which teams will take the benefit?" He asked all of the teams of girls.

"Let's start with the group of three member teams." Jin Goo continued. Princess hoped it was 'Mafia In The Morning' team as it was their team.

"For Vocal position we have 'All About You', 'Mafia In The Morning', and 'My House'." Jin Goo announced to the three teams. "For Rap position we have 'VVS', and 'We Are'." He kept going listing the performances for the groups. "Lastly for Dance position we have  'No Excuses'."

"The winning three member team will divide 270,00 benefit points into three and obtain 90,000 points each." Jin Goo told all of the girls in the build up to the reveal.

"The winning team in this group..." Jin Goo started. "has such a tiny difference of 0.66 points." God that was a small difference. "Between them and the second place team."

"I'll now announce the winning team." Jin Goo told them. "they receive a score of 93.83 out of 100."

"The Winning Team is...." Jin Goo told all of the groups, as he kept teasing the groups, making them annoyed. "'Mafia In The Morning' team!"

Princess jumped and she jumped about with her team, all of them proud.

All of the girls were so happy that they had won the benefit out of the teams.

Mashiro telling the girls. "I tried not to be hopeful, but I got my hopes all high." Mashiro told them.

"I bet you did." Jin Goo told all of the girls in the team.

"Our intention was to enjoy performing on the stage. I believe that's how we got this amazing result." Mashiro continued.

"Thank you." Mashiro told the girls. As her team all sent hearts towards Mashiro.

"Next, the three teams of six." Jin Goo continued. Princess hoped it was 'Fate', as it was her best friends team and they had done so well and she could tell how hard they had worked..

"For Vocal position we have 'My Sea'." Jin Goo announced to the three teams. "For Rap and Vocal position we have 'Missing You'." He kept going listing the performances for the groups. "Lastly for Dance position we have 'Fate'."

"The winning six member team will divide 270,00 benefit points into six or seven and all of them will obtain 45,000 points each." Jin Goo told all of the girls in the build up to the reveal.

"Who is the winning team that will take the 45,000 benefit" Jin Goo started. "They received a score of 95 out of 100."

"95!" Lena heard Ye Seo comment in chock over the score given to the team.

"The Winning Team is...." Jin Goo told all of the groups. "'Fate' team!"

Princess cheered hearing her best friends team win.

"I'm so grateful to my team mates." Xiao Ting told all of the other groups. "This kind of synergy was made possible all thanks to them. Thank you, girls."

"I'll now announce the winning team of the group with nine member teams." Jin Goo continued. Princess hoped it was 'Ice Cream' everything about it was so good, and she just loved the whole thing.

"For Dance position we have 'Salute'." Jin Goo announced to the two teams.  "Lastly for Dance position we have 'Ice Cream'."

"Let me announce the result of the match between these two teams." Jin Goo told all of the girls in the build up to the reveal.

"The winning team of this group..." Jin Goo started. "has such a tiny difference of 0.33 points." God that was a small difference. "Between them and the second place team."

"The Winning Team is...." Jin Goo told all of the groups. "'Salute' Team!"

"Girls Planet 999, where the great story of the girls begin. The 55 girls with different charms teamed up to perform for Combination Mission and it's finally come to an end." Jin Goo told the groups making them clap.

"However, you shouldn't put your guard down. just because you got the benefit. It's unpredictable who will survive and drop out just through the coming voting result." Jin Goo continued, making every girl confused.

"And next week, the second Survival Announcement will take place." Jin goo continued. "Who will get to stay and and take a step closer to debuting as a Kpop Idol singer? Will we have a new TOP 10. Or will the current TOP 10 keep their place?" Jin Goo asked the girls. "It will also be revealed during the second Survival Announcement next week. The second voting of Girls Planet 999 will close at 10 am tomorrow."
