-I JUST WANTED TO SAY IM SO SORRY THIS CAME OUT LATE, I HAD SOME HEALTH ISSUES SO I WASNT ABLE TO UPLOAD. IM SO SORRY-

The tension went from 10 to 100 in a matter of seconds.
I felt Patrick's arm slip behind me and land at the base of my back.
Henry has just made a joke, a very suggestive joke.
Patrick was prone to becoming possessive and protective, but this set him off more than usual.
Maybe because it was right in front of him, and by someone who was supposedly his friend, but who knows; it's Patrick.

Henry played it off as if nothing happened, ignoring the uncomfortable aura that had overcome us, continuing on the conversation. I noticed how Victor and Belchs faces shifted into an awkward grimace.

"Right, Juliet?" Henry asked.

"Um-" Patrick cut me off before I could speak a proper sentence.

"Yeah, I don't think so." He gave Henry a dark scowl, his eyes not leaving his face.

With a quick glance to Patrick, Henry didn't stop and continued to check me out-which had started the whole situation.

"I think Juliet should speak for herself." He crossed his arms and leaned against the car, which happened to be Belchs.

We were supposed to be having a friendly afternoon under the Derry bridge but no, Henry decided to be a little extra today.

I shifted in my stance, Patrick's hand gripping at my hip, slightly pulling me into him. I stared at the ground as the two continued to go at it.

"What i say goes," Patrick spat at Henry.

Henry took his gaze to the boy next to me, returning the hard stare into his eyes. It didn't do much but make Patrick even more angry.

"She's mine." His voice deepened to a husky growl.

Henry didn't respond, his jaw clenched as he heard this.

I looked from Henry and Patrick's face; Henry having the look of someone who was about to snap, Patrick's once of slight amusement, I think he knew was winning this.

A few seconds went by before Henry gave an annoyed shake of his head before sauntering off farther down the lake side, turning near one of the support beams, disappearing from our sight
Once he was out of view, Patrick swung his arm over my shoulder, it leaving my waist and hugging me protectively.
