After the betrayal and Izuku getting off due to the king of New England. Afterwards Izuku met Momo there and they both agreed to be King and Queen. Ever since they have been crowned King and Queen it was time for the death of Izuku back in Japan but mostly it's not really Izuku as they have a fake one. Right now everyone at Ua heard about it as Tenya smiled wickedly that Izuku is dying but what he didn't know is that Simo saw it and questioned him.

Saiko: honey why are you smiling wickedly

Tenya:*sigh* there's no point of holding it any longer *smiles at her* I framed him just to have you and now your my bitch until the day you die.

As everyone wide eyed that Tenya openly said it as they all now feel guilty after a year of not knowing that Tenya was behind it all. They are now crying that Izuku is gonna die as Tenya was overjoyed that Izuku is gonna die.

Tenya: I don't see why you guys are crying he had it coming he wouldn't have crossed paths with me.

Aizawa: shut up villain due to you now we can't even get back out problem child.

Tenya: remember you said it yourself you wish he would've died a long time ago and here we are his time has come.

As they continued watching the news they watched Izuku get shot with multiple rounds as Saiko cried the most as she allowed it to happen. Soon saiko left crying as Tenya tried to go after her but he was caught by Aizawa as everyone jumped him killing him nearly. Now due to Izuku being falsely accused for something he didn't do word got out that Ua allowed it to happen and that they were the ones who allowed the death of Izuku. Inko cried that Ua  allowed this to happen and so her trust for hero's has diminished rather greatly soon after she decided to pack her stuff along with Eri and Kota due to the both of them being Izuku adopted kids. Just as she was about to leave she got a knock from the door and she was hella pissed that if she saw was hero's she was gonna raise hell in front of the kids but what she saw was royal guards. They told her that she is gonna be moved to New England due to the Longs orders. Inko oblige and soon when she got there she learned that Izuku has been in New England this whole time along with Momo as both of the kids ran and hugged him telling him how much they missed him during the year that he been gone from. After their reunion a few years has gone by as everyone just now hearing that Great Britain has a new leader as they all left to go see who was the new king. When they got there they were escorted by the guards as they saw Izuku as they were confused as to how he was there and should be in the grave and soon saiko spoke up.

Saiko: Izu weren't you suppose to be in the grave then be here?

Izuku: no we faked my death so that you people can leave me alone and besides where's your husband?

As saiko looks down in shame that she betrayed him for her ex fiancé due to his jealousy.

Izuku: I'm guessing that's he's dead right well that's what he get and before you even ask no I already have my Queen.

Right on cue Momo came as she is having her fifth child after having a pair of twins.  As Saiko saw that it hurt her the most as she couldn't take it anymore but she knew that she shoto herself in the foot. Everyone has asked for Izuku to come back but he denied it due to his role everyone has left with their heads down as Saiko on the other hand decided to become a nun as she doesn't want no memory of what she done in Japan any longer so she stayed in New England.
