Alive

A minute had passed and Bob began to grow confused, he opened his eyes and saw the three boys, standing above him.
"I'm alive...? I'M ALIVE! HA HA HA!" Bob sprung up and began dancing, all three boys staring at him out of shock
"Wait... If I am back to this moment then... it must've all been a dream!" Said Bob
"...What was all a dream sir?" the tallest boy asked, concerned for Bob.
"Oh nothing, nothing! Tell me, boy... What is your name?" Bob asked
"My name is Johnathan, and these are my brothers, Rhett, and Carter" Johnathan said. Bob began laughing and clapping his hands, unable to contain his happiness.
"Amazing boy, remarkable boy! And tell me, what day is it?" Bob asked
"Today is December 15th, sir..." Jonathan replied
"That means it is not yet the 16th! Ha ha!" Bob said, joyfully.
"Maybe you should sit down..." Johnathan suggested
"No, I am perfectly fine, actually I am more than fine! I am as merry as a school boy! Ha ha!" Bob said. He then remembered what he promised the spirit he'd do, and ran to his car. He grabbed his wallet, pulled out a check, took a pen from his pocket, and wrote the number '1,000,000' and handed it to Johnathan with a big grin on his face.
"A million?! Sir, that is way too much." Johnathan said to Bob.
"No, A million isn't enough! You boys deserve every last penny!" Bob said. The boys smiled and finally accepted the payment, and they exchanged insurance information. Bob grew happier by the minute, not only because he was still alive, but also because he finally had some good in his soul. Bob felt connected with them in a way, like he had known them for their whole lives. Bob wanted to fall on him, and cry, because he knew he was still the bad guy, he knew that he almost killed all of them, he knew that if it wasnt for the spirits, he wouldn't have lifted a finger to help them, he wouldn't have even thought about giving even one penny, but at the same time he wanted to dance, because he knew that he actually helped, for the first time he helped someone, and it felt so good.

Bob Ross then became a famous painter, donating to many charities, and constantly giving to ones in need
