Overhaul scoffed as he looked down at the two pro heroes fallen before him, his footsteps grew closer to them as they tried their hardest to stand back up and fight. He stopped in front of them, his eyes switching between the two as he decided which one to kill first.

He grabbed the front of (best friend name)'s hero costume lifting the unconscious pro hero into the air.

"W-Wait! please!" Chisaki froze as he heard a very familiar voice call through his ears. His head turned watching as the other pro shakily brought themselves to their knees.

"P-Please, just k-kill me instead." They begged, lifting their head to show their face. Chisaki froze as multiple memories ran through his head.

"You?" He whispered, dropping (bf/n) as he made his way over to Y/n. He lifted them up to their feet, watching as they immediately fell back to their knees. He squatted down to their level lifting their chin as he squinted.

"We're leaving." He hissed, standing back up, the other Hassakai members picked them up leaving as sirens grew closer.

Y/n sighed as they looked down at the bracelet on their wrist. They fiddled with the small fake ruby, the rust completely covering the silver casing. They rested their head on the wall scanning the room.

They were sitting on a quite comfortable bed in what looked like a hotel room, the door was locked, and they were too weak to try and break it.

"Chisaki! Chisaki! Look at this cool rock I found!" Y/n called to the young boy, watching as he turned around, he stared down at the slightly mossy rock.

"What's it's name?"

"I don't know! Why don't you name it?"

"I like the name Y/n."

"That's my name silly! Pick something else!"

"But I like Y/n... fine, how about Aihiko."

"Yeah! I like it!"

Y/n sighed as they looked over at the window, looking down at the bracelet again.

"I want to escape but I need to make things right." They hissed at themselves, they got up, shakily turning on the TV.

PRO HERO SUNBEAM MISSING

EARLIER TODAY PRO HEROES SUNBEAM AND (BF/H/N) WERE ATTACKED DOWNTOWN, (BF/H/N) LEFT IN CRITICAL CONDITION AND SUBEAM MISSING AND PRESUMED DEAD

Y/n bit their lip trying to fight back the tears threatening to spill. They turned off the TV angry at their impeccable timing.

They walked back over to the window, listening for the sounds of footsteps in the hall.

The window overlooked a small forest, that slowly faded into a small lake, almost like a safe house?

They flinched as a bird flew past, its beak opening as it squawked at another bird. Y/n smiled, their smile fading as images of those dreadful masks flashed through their memory.

Y/n winced, as a sharp pain shot through their leg. They quickly limped over to the bed sitting down as the pain grew. An alarm went off, causing y/n to squint as the loud sound started them.

A nurse opened the door, staying emotionless and silent as they wrapped an ice pack around y/n's leg, handing them a small pain reliever pill.

"Thank you." Y/n said to them, causing their eyebrows to furrow. They left without a word, causing Y/n to sigh again.

They looked up at the door as it opened again.

Their eyed widened as Chisaki walked in, his mask replaced by a smaller black one.

"Kai-" y/n started, being cut off.

"Don't... don't call me that." He hissed back.

"Okay...." they shyly gave in, watching as Overhaul kneeled down to be at eye level.

"You're sick you know that?"

"I know you hate quirks..."

"I want to keep you, your the one thing left from my childhood that I enjoy, so, might as well." He stayed, his gaze lifting from the ground to their eyes.

"Y/n, I'm going to cure you, and in return, your going to help me."

"With what?"

"My daughter."
