Flowers have to be the most calming thing that Rin Itoshi could be near at a time like this. His mother unfortanly passed away and her favorite thing in the world was a beautiful Lily, or as some people call it a Calla. Rin was told throughout his whole life that Calla is the flower of rebirth. A rebirth of life is certainly a beautiful thing.

"May I talk to Mr. Itoshi?"

"Yes, I'll come in just a moment." Rin's father looked at his wife and said goodbye one last time.

Then the dreaded moment of Rin's mind finally realized that he will hear nothing of Calla from his mother again. He began to cry, what was truly sad was that his older brother wasn't there to see the state his mother was in. Then he saw the Calla in a beautiful purple vase.

Flowers. Callas is the symbol of rebirth.

Lily.

-A few months later-

During the week Rin Itoshi had to buy some flowers for the funeral. He entered the store and saw you near the Callas and went up to you.

"Hello, are you buying those Callas?"

"Oh, I'm just looking for a beautiful flower to give to my ill brother."

"That's unfortunate. Do you know the meaning behind flowers?"

"Some yes, some no."

"I don't think you would want Callas then."

"What do Calla's mean?"

"Rebirth."

"Oh, I guess I wouldn't want that."

"I should be taking those Callas then."

"What do you need them for?"

"A funeral."

"Oh no, I'm so sorry for your loss. I guess that Calla's were her favorite flower in the whole garden."

"Very much so."

"I have a garden of flowers. I take a great job of the garden so if you ever feel stressed come to my garden and just stay in my garden until you're calm."

"Thank you. I didn't get your name."

"Oh, it's Y/N L/N. It's a pleasure to meet you."

"Rin Itoshi. The feeling is mutual."

" That's good, call me if you ever want to talk about your mental health." You handed him a card that had your number and address to the garden. You had a name for the Garden, 'The Garden of Heiwa'. A simple translation later he figured out that your garden was called The Garden of Peace. That was correct, he went to the garden only a few hours later.

Peace, such a simple word that holds a lot of power. You had an amazing garden, there were animals that were friendly, not a single flaw. Then that's when he saw the shine dedicated to your animal, a small black cat. He looked closer before he saw the name of the cat, 'Rin', it was odd but he shared a name with your cat.

"That was my cat, Rin."

"I see, did your cat pass away a while ago?"

"A month ago, I lost him due to cancer. It was unfortunate, but I put him in his favorite spot out of the whole garden. Under that tree where the shrine is."

"I'm sorry."

"It's fine, wander around as you, please. If you want to just sit down and read, follow me." You began walking as Rin followed you. You lead him to a small greenhouse that was made into a Cafe. It had a lot of food and drinks plus some tables.

"Looks like a ghost town."

"True, I don't like many people so I don't allow anyone in."

"You allowed me."

"I don't hate you like I do everyone else."

"Impossible to hate me."

"Now I am." You both sat down at a table and began talking until it was very late and he walked home. You watched him walk away into the darkness, hoping that he would text you.

It looks like a new garden created in his head, all he has to do now is take care of the garden.
