Chapter Three: New Movies

"Guess what movie I just saw Ellie?" She replies, seeing Nova enter the room, very excited. "Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle! Isn't that cool?!" Ellie agrees. "How was it? That question triggers the details of Nova's liking for Dwayne's movie...

"It was AWESOME! It wasn't just him either Ellie. There was also Kevin Hart and Jack Black. Amazing combination! I love how they partner Keven and Dwayne. Just like how they worked together in Central Intelligence, hilarious yet so awesome. And oh my god, Jack Black did excellent in having a girl's personality. Jack plays a game character of the cell phone girl and WOW! Ellie reacts to Nova's description of Jack's acting. "I sometimes wonder if he's gay or something." She dislikes her best friend's response. "Ellie. Don't say such things. It is true that a few actors and actresses confessed they're gay when the same-sex marriage law became legalized but still... you shouldn't judge them based on their acting." Her friend apologizes, seeing how offended Nova is becoming until the apology immediately wipes that negativity away. "You intend to watch any of his next new movies?" 

"You know how it is with me, Ellie. Not only the movie-moods encourage me to watch the same movies for weeks, even months straight. Its also based on the choices I make and the amount of my allowance is Ellie. If I did have the money, I would see every movie that has ever been released and is playing right now."

Ellie corrects her, "Not true Nova. You can't handle every horror film that's made. Like Saw and Nightmare on Elm Street." She reacts to those names, covering her ears. "NO! DON'T MENTION THOSE!" Ellie smiles. "Sorry Nova, but I got you. You shouldn't exaggerate." Nova gets up to set up the TV for one of the newest movies she has received from the store. "I know Ellie. I can't help it. I really, really love movies."

"What movie did you get this time?"

"Central Intelligence... along with some replacements. Wanna watch Central Intelligence first or Scooby-Doo?" Ellie chuckles. "Only depends on Nova. Will you be able to stay quiet through Scooby-Doo without acting their lines or will you be able to control your laughing through Central Intelligence?" Nova shrugs her shoulders. "Probably not. It's not a horror film..."
