A man with an obsession with fire. Lynns is an expert with incendiary devices. When he creates fires he often burns himself. He does not seek medical treatment for these injuries. He seems to have enjoyment out the pain. He even went as far as burning his entire body. This incident has caused him to have respiratory problems as well and a body full of burn marks. He is equipped with a fly suit and an incendiary flamethrower. If he ever decides to quit he's going out in a blaze of glory.
