Batman was at the docks alone because Wonder Woman had matters back at Paradise Island. He heard an explosion in the sea as he was watching the waves crash. Batman got in his black boat and drove to the fire. He saw a teenaged girl wearing a Superman costume, a very realistic Superman costume. The costume has the iconic S shield and a blue top. She wore a red dress to cover her legs and a red cape. The costume was very similar to Superman's costume. The girl started flying up. Her eyes also turned glowing red. She was Kryptonian!

Batman jumped out of the boat as she pointed her beams at it. As soon as Batman jumped he shot his grappling gun at her legs, tangling them. The girl flew off trying to lose Batman. She ripped her legs apart and Batman fell into the ocean.

He got a breathing mouthpiece out and stuck it in his mouth. As Batman breathed, bubbles flew to the surface. Batman swam to the bottom of the sea. In the sandy ground, he saw tons of Kryptonite and a golden ship. He picked some of the Kryptonite up and put them in his buckles on his belt.

He scanned a piece of Kryptonite with a Kryptonian scanner he found back at Metropolis. It was definitely Kryptonite alright. Batman then scanned the golden ship to confirm any suspicions. The ship came from Krypton. This meant that the girl really was Kryptonian and Superman wasn't alone.
