First Kiss

I didn't have a creative title for this one.

Riddler: Edward liked to test out some of his new puzzles on you before showing them off to Batman or the general public. Of course, you didn't have to deal with any dangerous consequences for failing, just a simple box or list of riddles he wanted to try before putting to good use. He believes you a genius just like himself, so he doesn't stress about you getting stuck (if you do, he's still happy to help you out. As said before, he can be a showoff, especially when it's in front of you). Whenever you solved one of the contraptions or riddles, Edward would usually treat you to a reward. These could range from pulling you into a long cuddle session to taking you out to eat. But this time, Eddie had something different on his mind.

You hummed in thought while turning the tiny puzzle cube in your hands, overlooking the device for what you were missing. Edward stood next to you, staring at you with pure infatuation while rocking back and forth on the balls of his feet.

"Ah-ha!" Edward clapped as you figured the cube out, the device opening up. There was nothing inside just yet due to its intended purpose being for Batman.

"Brilliant as ever, Angel!" Edward praised as you looked up to him with a sly smirk.

"What's my prize this time, Eddie?" Edward paused for a moment, pretending to ponder on the question before placing a gloved hand on your chin, tilting your head up to meet his. Without any words, Edward leaned forward to connect your lips. Edward was good at many things, and apparently that included kissing. The kiss wasn't too long, just enough to leave you wanting more. But Eddie, being the tease he is, pulled back with a grin.

"How about that, my dear?" He questioned, laughing a bit at you being left speechless. "I must be an amazing kisser! Not that I had any doubts."

Scarecrow: You were always the one to make the first move when it came to showing affection. You always initiated cuddle sessions, you were the one who started with the pet names, and so on. So, it was reasonable for Jonathan to assume that you would be the one to purpose your first kiss. To his surprise, and major disappointment, you haven't once talked about the subject yet, remaining comfortable with the level of affection you currently showed him (mostly because you assumed he needed more time to warm up to the idea). At first, the subject didn't bother Jonathan. Until the days began to drag on and the idea never left his head, fogging up his mind to the point of messing with his work. Why did he care so much about this anyway?! For a good while, Jonathan was too nervous and prideful to admit to you just what he desired, at best trying to drop hints and praying you would pick up on them. Obviously, that didn't happen.

One day, Jonathan got fed up with his wandering mind and pushed himself to do something about it. Dragging himself from his lab, Jon found you lounging on the couch, watching your favorite show. You gave him a quick glance and smile to acknowledge his presence before focusing back on the tv. Jonathan took a deep breath and shuffled over to the couch, taking a seat a few feet from you, pretending to take interest in the show, thinking over how to approach this situation. Should he just go for it? Every few minutes or so, Jonathan shuffle closer to you, his hands fidgeting a little as he tried to make a move before backtracking. You're no dummy and immediately picked up on his odd behavior but chose to wait and see if he would speak up about it, until you were basically right next to each other. Jonathan once again repeated his routine, but before he could fully shy away, you turned to stare right at him.

"You need something, Jon?" You asked innocently. Jonathan blinked a few times before clearing his throat and deciding to take this opportunity for what it was.

"Would you mind if I kissed you?" Now it was your turn to be surprised.

"O-Oh, sure! Go ahead!" You replied, feeling the heat rush to your face.

It was pretty obvious that Jonathan had never kissed anyone before, the whole thing being a tad awkward. Not that you really cared; if anything, you expected him to be inexperienced. The kiss was longer than you expected from Jonathan, with him only pulling away after the need for air became apparent. Before you could comment on the kiss, however, Jonathan stood up with a quick but low "thank you" before fleeing back to his lab.

"What- Jon?!" He's just a little overwhelmed. Give him a day and he'll ask you for another.

Mad Hatter: While the Batman was busy dealing with one of the Joker's schemes to bomb the city, Jervis and a few other rogues took advantage of the chaos to pull off some heists. For once in Jervis's life, everything went off without hitch. Jervis got away with bags full of priceless jewels from one of Gotham's many jewelries, holding a particular necklace that he believed you would fancy while his mind-controlled henchmen carried the rest back to his hideout (which he now had since it would be compromising to your business if he continued to hang around). He rushed over to your house and couldn't help but rock in excitement as you unlocked the door for him. Even with the quickest look, you could tell he was practically beaming with pride. You greeted Jervis in your usual manner, stepping aside for him to enter, which he did. He displayed the lovely gift to you, offering to put it on you. The necklace was a shining gold/silver with (f/c) gems lining the chain, collecting near the end to give the whole thing a burst of color. It looked beyond expensive, and you could easily guess how Jervis managed to fetch you such an item, not that you cared to scold him about it. You knew what you were getting into when you agreed to be his.

"Just as I imagined!" Jervis exclaimed while pointing out how it matched you perfectly, which you had to agree with. You smiled and turned to him, throwing your arms around neck. You gave him no time to react before leaning in to give him a swift kiss to show your appreciation.

"I love it." You affirmed verbally, holding back a laugh at the pure astonished look in his eyes, checks dusted a soft pink.

"My apologies. I-I didn't expect you to be so forward, my dear." Jervis stuttered out, breaking through his shock. Maybe he should gift you things more often if this is his reward.

Penguin: It wasn't uncommon for you to help out around the lounge, especially after closing. Not matter how many times Oswald assured you that you didn't need to lend a hand, he hired staff for a reason, you always insisted. That brings you to where you were now, sweeping the floor while swaying gently to a song still playing from the loudspeakers. Oswald finished up his paperwork earlier than expected and decided to join you, pulling you away from the mundane chore to dance with him (very reminiscent of what you usually pull on him). The staff gave you both your space to dance away in your own world, absolutely consumed by one another as you spun and laughed with each other. Near the tail end of the song, you playfully moved to dip Oswald, catching his hat before it could fall, earning a chuckle from him. You laughed along with him before leaning down to capture his lips, earning a gasp before he slowly relaxed into the feeling. When you pulled away, you helped him back to his feet and placed his hat back on his head, placing another kiss to his cheek before going back to sweeping.

(A/N: Sorry this one's shorter than the others. My brain short circuited on this one ngl)

Two-Face: Harvey tends to fall into depressive episodes from time to time, something he would never expose to anyone but you out of fear of appearing weak. You could hardly blame him, considering all the man's been through. He was still trying desperately to get used to having half his body scared in such a way, something you were unsure he would ever get fully used to. Not to mention how often he and Harv argued on, still searching for some common ground outside of the coin they both trusted. It was a rough road, but one you were prepared to travel down. Each time Harvey would voice his insecurities about your relationship, going on about his appearance and his criminal reputation or how you were "too good for him", you were there to shut all of that down and reassure to both of them that you were very much here to stay. Today's episode appeared much more troublesome, however. Harvey ceased his ranting after your usual comforts and cuddles, but you could tell just by his expression that he was still deeply bothered by these thoughts. The way he hid the scarred side of his body from you, always having you stick to his "normal" side while cuddling. It hurt to see him so worried about something you could care less about (in terms of appearance anyway. Of course, you worried about if he was in pain or anything of that sort. Wounds like that leave plenty of trauma both physically and mentally).

You admit, you were desperate to find a new way to prove your love for him, faults and all. The first things that popped into your head was a kiss, so that's what you went with, gently grasping the sides of his face and pulling him to you, making sure your lips weren't leaning more to one side or the other. At first, he didn't kiss back, still registering what was happening. That behavior didn't last for long with Harvey melting into the affection with a relieved smile. You eventually had to part from one another, taking in deep breaths before Harvey's smile turned to a smirk, pulling you in for a much rougher kiss. Clearly, Harv didn't appreciate being "left out".

Harley Quinn: You had to leave town for family related reasons. It would only be a few weeks at most, you explained, but Harley was devastated nonetheless. Not only could she not attend due to the matter being personal, but she had to stay behind to care for the hyenas. While your family respected your decisions, it would take them a while to warm up to your choice in women and pets (that is, once you gain the courage to introduce Harley to them. Let's save that for a future scenario). Harley insisted on helping you pack and stuffing your bags into your car, giving you one last death grip of a hug before you had to leave. You promised to call her every day, and you stuck true to that promise, but it wasn't the same. Harley was used to having you by her side. Everything just felt so dull now. She returned to her crimes sprees while you were away, desperate for some kind of fun, even recruiting Poison Ivy to liven things up. It only helped a bit. On the upside (if you want to call it that) Harley made sure to steal plenty of things she knew you would like, keeping them as presents for when you returned. On that oh so special day, she woke up early to bake you the largest cake you had ever seen in person. As for when you actually arrived, Harley was there to greet you at your door, tackling you into a hug the second she spotted you. You could hardly speak over Harley kissing every inch of your face, rambling on about how boring it had been without you and how she missed you oh so much. The last kiss she planted was on your lips, this one lasting longer than the others, but still relatively short.

Poison Ivy: You were both disguised to infiltrate a party filled with Gotham's elite. Pamela was after one man in particular who happened to own a car manufacturing company. You could connect the dots on why he was on Ivy's "hit" list. To make a long story short, the party was one of the most boring events, which shocked you considering rich people were supposed to be eccentric or whatever. What's the point of having all that money if you do nothing with it but throw meaningless bore fests? Anyway, Pamela was swift to work her magic and strutted up to the man, pulling him into a kiss after a bit of flirting. Although you understood that she was only kissing him to hypnotize him, there was still a ping in your heart at the action. Ivy in all her confident nature had yet to kiss you, and this only reminded you of that fact. It was a silly thing to get upset over and you knew it, but emotions were going to emotion whether you liked it or not. It took only mere seconds for Ivy's spell to work wonders on the businessman, his eyes growing hazy as she ordered him to follow her.

"Alright, we can go now Rose- Hm?" Pamela cut herself off with a quiet hum before asking what was wrong. Of course, she could tell you were bothered. You initially tried to brush it off and simply leave the party, walking over to the exit with Pamela and the man not far behind. Pamela wouldn't take nothing for an answer but was smart enough to figure out the issue on her own, glancing over to the man before back at you with a side smirk.

"Oh~ I see." She said, snaking an arm around your shoulder and pulling you to her. You were about to argue with her about how you were not in fact jealous, but she cut you short with a passionate kiss, after wiping off her lipstick from before. Wouldn't want to hypnotize you by accident.

"Better?" She asked after pulling away. Unable to find your voice, you simply nodded as she pulled you along, leading you back to her car with the businessman following at a distance.
