The next morning, it's a beautiful morning in Gotham City. In her apartment, Barbara is getting up from her bed. She struggles a bit as she crawls to her wheelchair, but she makes it to it. She sighs, and sits up straight on her chair. She rolls to the bathroom to take a bath. An hour later, she's fully clean, and rolls to her kitchen to make breakfast. As she rolls there, she turns on the radio. And on the radio is a news report. 

Vicki Vale on radio: This is Vicki Vale, reporting live at the Gotham Police Department. Today is a perfect day for all the people in Gotham and around the world. For last night, thanks to the new hero, Red Eye, Poe Slater, the war-criminal has finally been caught. He was brought to the station last night. And the reason we know it was Red Eye is because he left one of his calling cards on him. In other news, the warehouse that Slater was in has been found by the police. Slater's men were wounded, and have been hospitalized overnight.  

Barbara's heart skip a beat after hearing all of that. Poe Slater, the man that Isaac was trying to nail before his death was finally caught and brought to justice by Red Eye. She smiles, and looks at a picture on her table. It's a picture of her and Isaac together. She smiles more, knowing that his mission to bring in Slater is complete. She then goes to her secret room to check out the monitors. Meanwhile, at the batcave, Bruce Wayne is sitting at his computer, watching the news on it. It's talking about Red Eye taking down Slater and his men. Luckily none of the men died. And Slater suffered a great pain, but he'll live. He frowns as he looks at the news. Red Eye really handled it well, without killing anyone. 

Bruce: So, looks like Red Eye took down Poe Slater, along with his brother and men. 

Alfred: (Comes up behind him) Yes, sir. The news is going off about that. I think you should find him, and ask him to join your league. Maybe that way, he'll see you as an ally. 

Bruce: Maybe, but I'm still worried about what's going to happen him afterwards. He might turn on the innocent people next after he's done with all the villains in Gotham. Sorry. But it's just my guts telling me to watch him. 

Alfred: I know, sir. But I'm simply saying that you should give him a chance. 

Bruce: We'll see. 

He looks at the monitor, and types on it, to look up more about the sightings of Red Eye, and also looking up the calling cards that he left behind. Meanwhile, to where Isaac is at, he's sitting down on his bed, looking outside. He's listening to the radio, and smirking as he hears about his work last night. He's glad that Slater is being put to justice. For his best friend can now rest. He then starts thinking about going after Joker and Harley Quinn next. But he has no leads on them yet. He walks to his computer, and turns it on. He types on it, and looks up any leads or clues on them. 

Isaac: Alright, come on. There has to be some leads of where they're at. Maybe tonight, I should go to their old hideouts, and see if I can find any clues there. There's got to be a way. 

As he works, he sees a picture on the computer. It's him and Barbara together. He hacked into his old account, and download his old photos. He smiles, knowing that he's one step closer to finally bringing himself out of the dark and reveal himself back to the world. He just hopes that Barbara will be happy to see him again. But he knows he's gonna get his butt kicked by her. For he does deserve it. He gets an idea of sending her messages. Luckily, she won't be able to track his hacked system. Back at her apartment, Barbara is on her monitor, watching the videos of Red Eye's events. She's really impressed at his fighting moves. Just then, she sees that she got a new message on her computer. She checks it out. She sees it's a music video message. She frowns as she looks at it. She clicks on it, and to her shock, it's another Backstreet Boys music video, "As long as you love me". She listens to it. She looks at who sent it to her, but it says it's unknown. 

Barbara: Who sent this to me?

She continues listening to the music. As she does, she suddenly feels someone hugging her from behind. 

Voice: As long as you love me, Barbara, I will always love you. For I will never leave you alone.

She gasps, as she recongizes Isaac's voice. She turns around, but no one is there. She figures that it was her imagnation again. But she suddenly gets a strange, but familiar feeling. The music continues playing, and she feels so loved, as she imagnines Isaac singing to her. She smiles softly, and closes her eyes. She continues listening to the music as she's sitting on her seat. Where Isaac is, he smiles, seeing that his message has been sent. He cracks his knuckles and leans back. He looks outside, knowing his time as Red Eye has just begun. Gotham City has a new hero on her hands now, along with Batman and his allies.  

Here's the nineth chapter of Batman: Super Soldier. Looks like the other heroes got winded of Isaac's work on Poe Slater. They'll be meeting him soon. And it looks like Isaac has sent his beloved a message. How will she react of seeing him alive once again? And will Isaac find Joker and bring him back into justice again?
