Two days later

Isaac is walking down the hallway to his room to rest up his strength. He really wants to get out of here and go to hi family, to let them know he's alive and back. But he knows he can't. Dr. Hill won't let him. And he said he can't risk that the villains knowing he is Red Eye. He sighs as he enters his room. He sits down on his bed, and looks at his suit. The suit is the real reason he has been brought back to life. He then turns on the TV, and Vicki Vale is on the News. 

Vicki on TV: This is Vicki Vale, reporting live at the Gotham train station. Commissioner Gordon, along the mayor are electing the new train for the station. The mayor has informed us that the train will be operation well, and is safe for passengers. 

Isaac frowns at this. He has a feeling that something will happen to this train. As Vicki continues talks, the camera spots Commissioner Gordon, Bruce Wayne, and to his delight, Barbara. She's in a wheelchair, but still as beautiful as ever. They all walk to the train to get on it with the mayor and his family. 

Vicki on TV: Looks like Commissioner Gordon, his daughter, along with Billionaire Bruce Wayne are joining the mayor and his family on the train's first run with the other passengers. And something tells me that they're gonna have a great time on it. 

Isaac shakes his head, and turns off the TV. He then turns on a CD player, and plays his music on it. Meanwhile, at the Gotham train station, everyone boards the new train. The doors close as everyone inside sit down. The train driver then begins to start up the train, but as he does, something comes out of the vents. Some kind of gas. As everyone unknowable breaths it, everyone starts to begin panic, and breath heavily as the train takes off. Then the driver screams as he sees spiders all over him. He accidentally pushes the lever, making the train go faster. Vicki and her cameraman see this.

Vicki Vale: Wait. Something's going on. The train is going fast. 

Inside, the passengers all go crazy as they begin to see terrible and horrible things. Bruce sees this, and he knows who's behind this.

Bruce: Crane.

Barbara heard him, and frowns, knowing that Scarecrow is at it again. She tries to ignore the gas as it tries to scare her. Just then, she sees someone she really hates. The Joker. He laughs as he and Harley Quinn are looking at her with grins. 

Harley Quinn: You lost someone, little girl?

They both turn around to go to the next car, and they're dragging someone by the legs. Barbara gasps in horror as she sees they're both dragging Issac. Isaac is panicking as he tries to break free. 

Isaac: (Screaming) Barbara, help me! Help! 

Barbara: Isaac! No! 

She tries to run, but falls on the floor. She remembers she can't run anymore. She looks to see them dragging Isaac away as he continues screaming. 

Barbara: No! Isaac! Isaac!

Gordon: Barbara, stop! Stop! What is it?

Barbara: Daddy, Joker and Harley has Isaac! I need to save him!

Bruce: Barbara, Issac wasn't there. Neither was Joker and Harley. It's Crane. He's using fear gas in here. 

Barbara looks at him. She knows he's right. She can see the people in the train all crying and screaming in fear. Meanwhile, Isaac is listening to his music. And he suddenly sees that Dr. Hill is trying to contact him. He turns off his music, and answers. 

Isaac: What is it, Dr. Hill?

Kenan on monitor: Isaac, we got trouble. The new Gotham train has been hijacked. We just scanned the train, and there's a super villain on board. You need to get on board, and take down the threat. 

Isaac suddenly gets concerned. He knows that Barbara and her father is on board the train. He nods at the doctor. And he gets his suit on. He runs out of the room to get outside. As he gets outside, he uses his suit's powers to help him run faster. He runs through the city until he makes it to the train track. He looks around, and spots the train. He sees it's going faster, meaning the hijacker has something to do with it. He runs again, and jumps high. He lands on the train. 

Isaac: (Talks on radio) Dr. Hill, I've made it on the train. I'm on the back of it.  

Kenan: Good. Now work your way to the front. You must regain control of the train, and save the passengers on board. And take down the threat. 

Isaac nods, and walks carefully on the train as it gains more speed. As he walks, he can hear the people inside the train screaming, and crying. He looks ahead, and ducks down from a light pole. He sighs, and walks faster. After a few moments, he makes it to the front of the train. He walks to the window. He looks inside, and sees the driver. He's all tied up, and someone else is driving the train. He glares as he sees who it is. It's Johnathan Crane, AKA Scarecrow. Scarecrow is laughing as he's enjoying the screams from the passengers. 

Scarecrow: This is going according to plan. Now in the daytime, Batman won't be able to stop me now. This train will be the express of fear. 

Isaac smirks from his helmet. He then slams his fist on the window, shattering the glass, and getting inside. Scarecrow looks.

Scarecrow: WHAT?!

Isaac: Hi, Scarecrow. I'm Red Eye. 

Scarecrow: How...how is the gas not affecting you?

Isaac: (Chuckles) You fool. Your fear gas may affect people, but not me. My suit protects me from anything, including your gas. Now, prepare to feel my fear of pain. 

He walks towards him. Scarecrow hisses as he glares at him. He gets his needles ready to inject them into Isaac's chest. As he gets closer, Scarecrow lunges at him, trying to stab him in the chest with the needles. Isaac grabs his arm, and smirks as he turns the needles around, facing Scarecrow. Scarecrow sees this, and panics. He tries to hold his arm back, but Isaac is too strong. He injects the needles in Scarecrow's neck, injecting the fear toxin into him. Scarecrow groans as he feels it. 

Isaac: What's the matter? Getting scared?

He lets him go, and Scarecrow starts to shake, and whimper. He looks around, and he looks at Isaac. In his eyes, he sees a massive figure with an huge red eye, glaring at him. He screams in terror as he looks at him. Isaac then punches him in the face, knocking him out. 

Isaac: Too easy. 

Train driver: (Looks at him) My gosh, you're him. Red Eye.

Isaac: That's right. 

He walks to the driver, and unties him. He had to find a way to get rid of the fear gas in the train. He then remembers the anti formula he keeps on his belt, just in case he ever runs into Scarecrow. He then sprays it into the train air system, so it can spread all around inside the train. He looks through the window of the door, and sees that the formula is working. Everyone in the train begins to calm down, realizing that it was all illusions. Suddenly, he sees Bruce Wayne coming, checking on the passengers along with Commissioner Gordon. Isaac then ties up Scarecrow, and leaves his calling card on him. He nods, and climbs out of the window. The driver watches him leave as Commissioner Gordon comes in. He sees Scarecrow out cold and tied up. He looks at the driver as Bruce comes into the room with him. 

Gordon: What happened? 

Driver: (Sighs) I was about to start the train, but then he came in here, and tied me up. Scarecrow. Gosh, I was so afraid. 

Bruce: But what happened here? Did you do this? 

Driver: No. He did. Red Eye. He came into the train, and knocked out Scarecrow with one punch. He couldn't even get the needles into Red Eye. 

Bruce and Gordon looks at each other, and at Scarecrow. Then, they see a CD player on him. Bruce plays it, and Backstreet Boys' song, "Everybody" plays. Bruce frowns at this. This is the third time that Red Eye used this kind of music as his calling card. He looks around to see where he went. He sees the window open, he figures he went that way. 

Gordon: Gosh, this is the third time this guy has stopped a villain. What do you think, Bruce?

Bruce: I don't know. I just hope he's not a new villain who just wants to be seen as a hero. You'd better get this to Batman, and see if he can figure out about Red Eye. 

Gordon: Got it. Thank you, Bruce. But now, I need to go check on my daughter. 

Gordon walks out of the room to go check on Barbara. With Barbara, she is still sitting on her chair, thinking about what just happened to her. She couldn't believe that Scarecrow made her remember what happened to Isaac. Gordon comes back, and hugs her to comfort her. She hugs him back as she cries a little. As she cries, Isaac watches from a rooftop. His heart hurts as he sees her crying. He really wants to go in there, and hug her. But he knows he can't. He sighs sadly, and walks away from the scene.
