Isaac is on the rooftops, looking at the city. He scans the area, looking for any leads on Joker. He really wants to make him pay for what he has done. He sighs, and moves to another building. But little does he know, someone is tracking him. And it's Barbara. She manages to track him from her computer. In her room, she smiles, as she finally sees the mysterious Red Eye. She contacts Bruce, telling him that she found Red Eye. Back with Isaac, he is still moving on the building, trying to find leads. He cracks his neck a little as he looks at the moon. He then starts thinking about his family. 

Isaac: Mom. Dad. And my siblings. That freaking clown took away part of my life away from me, and now you all think I'm really dead. Don't worry, I'll see you all soon, along with Barbara. And when I find Joker, and his goons, I'll make them all pay for what they've done. 

He then spots the ACES chemicals in the distance. He smirks, thinking that's where the Joker and his men are hiding at. But he shakes that off. He knows Joker wouldn't go to the same place again after last time. He then thinks about something else. Like maybe...underground. He does a scan reader under Gotham. But as he does, his scanner picks up something behind him. Hr frowns, knowing who it is. He turns around, and he sees who is it. It's the Dark Knight himself, Batman. 

Isaac: Batman.

Batman: Red Eye.

Isaac: That's me. I was wondering how long it was gonna take you to find me. Now that you've found me, what do you want? 

Batman: I want to know what you plan to do. 

Isaac: You must have saw my work. I only want to help fight for the city. I'm not a bad guy. 

Batman: That remains to seem. 

Isaac: Please. If you heard what I've done to them, you should know I can do that to you too. But I'm not gonna. 'Cause I'm a nice guy. Now, I'm only gonna tell you this once. I don't want trouble, and stay out...of my way. 

Isaac turns to walk away. Batman watches him leave. He can tell that he is telling the truth. Isaac disappears out of sight. Barbara hears the whole thing on the radio. She can also tell that he's telling the truth. She listens on his voice, and she could have swore that she heard his voice before, but can't tell for some reason. She really wants to find out who he is. Back with Issac, he makes it to another building. He's happy to meet Batman again after so long. He also wants to reveal himself to him, so he can take him to Barbara. Isaac just wants to hold her in his arms again. He decides to leave something behind, just in case Batman is following him. He drops it, and walks off. Batman comes onto the rooftop, but doesn't see Isaac anywhere. He looks down, and sees that he left something for him. It's a calling card. He picks it up, and plays it. It plays, "Helpless when she smiles", by Backstreet Boys. He frowns at this. He decides to head over to Barbara's apartment to give it to her. He figures that when she hears all of these calling cards, she might think of something. 

Here's the 12th chapter of Batman: Super Soldier. Sorry it's short. In this chapter, Isaac meets Bruce again. But he doesn't know who he is. Isaac tells him what he's doing in Gotham.
