INTERIOR: INSIDE GOTHAM'S POLICE DEPARTMENT PRISON CEL - NIGHT

We dissolve to the next scene, where Dottie was back to her human self. As she is wearing her personal polkadot pink dress, and have her clown makeup on. But she was in Gotham's Police Department, and behind bars, cause was sitting down for her blame, and all the excitement that she had been through, when she was a pink polkadot Woman-Cat. As we hear the silly music combined of The Penguin's theme from the Original Batman series.

Then the Jailor calls out for Dottie, as he open the gate from offscreen.

Jailor: (Offscreen) Dottie Cobblepot, your uncle is here, to pick you up!

Then when the gate was open, we pan upward to revealed Dottie Cobblepot's Uncle, a old man with a cane, with hands that had three figures, he had white hair, a pointed noise, a tobacco cigarette, which he doesn't smoke, and one Old England Monocle on his right one, it was Oswald Cobblepot, also know as The Penguin. As he start shouting at Dottie, so furious.

Uncle Oswald: (To Dottie) Dottie!!! I never realize that you were a big pink pussycat and flown far away from Gotham!!! *Quack!

As Human Dottie got up from her seat, she walks over to Oswald and kept apologizing to him so shamefully.

Dottie: (To Uncle Oswald) Sorry, Uncle Oswald.

Uncle Oswald: Then, from your survival, you begin to help the enemy, instead of hurting them, for your crimes! *Quack!

Dottie: Yes, Uncle Oswald (As she step out of the gate.)

Uncle Oswald: And for that, you didn't even repay him when you saw him, like I wanted to, if I wasn't retired for this!!! (Then he use his cane to smack Dottie's Bottom. And she got hurt.)

Dottie: (In Pain) Ow! Hey!

Then Uncle Oswald order Dottie to walk out the hallway.

Uncle Oswald: (To Dottie) Now, get out and march right out of the hall with me, young lady! *Quack!

Dottie: (As she begin walking with her uncle so shamefully.) Ok, Uncle Oswald.

Soon in the another part of the hallway, we see the Jokerz gang being in bars, but there were not release, cause they change their mind about their plain. And just give up. Then during that, they even watch Dottie walking through the hallway of the prison cel. As Uncle Oswald walk right next to Dottie, and kept on Grumbling about his life when he was young and being as a super villain from the past.

Uncle Oswald: A Teen Joker! Ah! This is so much embarrassment then my old friend does, when he usually did his own crimes, when he tries to make people laugh! But now he's dead, till you and your friends came around, trying to impress him, from your humors! Why back in my day, I was usually the best crime of all crimes, until that Bat of a Man, always ruin my plots! With his sneak attack and everything! And all you do, is just ride around with your bike, and act very crazy, like my wild cheetah! *Quack

Dottie: (To her uncle) Look, I'm sorry, Ok!!! I didn't mean to hurt you Uncle! Cause, I was kidnap by a woman dress as a cat, then turn me into a freak cat, and have my chance to join forces with Batman and his friends to get off this ratchet island!!! Since I'm back with the gang, our plan for the Dance is ruined, thanks to Batman and that darn cat, And that's my life for being a Jokerz! So wanna you want me to do, dress up a tuxedo and be like you?!

Then Dottie's Jokerz Friends all laugh in the cel, to heard Dottie's Hilarious Joke.

J-Man: (To Dottie) Oh, that's a good one, dot! (As he laughs with Tyako too.)

Then Uncle Oswald pulls Dottie's left ear, and drag her out the door of the hallway.

Uncle Oswald: (To Dottie) Enough joking, young lady! You're Grounded!

Dottie: (To Herself) Ah, This Cat be happening to me.
