INTERIOR: THE BATCAVE - AFTERNOON

We cut to the next scene in the Bat Cave, Bruce Wayne was researching something on his computer, while Terry gave back without Completing a mission, as he took off the Batsuit, and place it in his back as he rush towards to Bruce.

Terry: Why do you have to embarrass me like that? When I almost had him! And almost couldn't get more of the details!

Bruce: That is not of your concern Terry, because I have many details, that you might what to know.

Terry: Like what for instance?

Bruce: This example. (As he show some slideshow and galleries of Catwoman's Identity, of Selina Kyle.) The original Catwoman's Secret evidence was none other then Selina Kyle. A certain friend of mine.

Terry: Selina Kyle was Catwoman.

Bruce: Yes. She was, of course she always a thief, a shame, and a trickster. And does have feelings for me, when I was Batman.

Terry: Well, what happen to her?

Then dramatic music appears, the Bruce Wayne got up and explain more to Terry McGinnis.

Bruce: Just Before I quit my life as Batman, Selina quit her life as Catwoman. She stole one thing, and then return in a Generosity way. And now, you do the same with me. Give me the Batsuit, because your done.

Terry: (He was shocked) What!?!

Bruce: You heard me, your done as Batman for a while and I wouldn't give any facts about Catwoman, or my past with her.

Terry: But I need this suit, and I need this job to help you! To protect Gotham from certain danger! And why do you think I wanna quit now, just because we'll about to know the secret identity of this new Catwoman?

Bruce: (He answered) Because you a reveal your identity to a woman.

Terry: (Gasps) Dana. You really know why, when I was with her protecting her from the Jokerz!

Bruce: Yes, and now you must give the suit to me, because Batman can not reveal himself to anyone. And you Terry broke the rule.

Terry: But, Dana finally knows me. She knows my job, and my life to help you. And she is making a promise, to never tell anyone.

Bruce: Like when Batman woe a damsel in distress, to his passion of desires? Yes. And that make me in pain, cause you ruined it.

Terry: I didn't ruined this moment, I woe Dana, because now she understand me, and she will keep the promise. That is why, it's true love!

Bruce: Almost like I did, when I was young like you. I too have a true love of my own! (He shock and notice something from the past, then he explain Terry the painful truth.) I guess you notice my week spot all along. That explain why I became Batman.

Terry: Then why would you, why isn't you lost your true love in the first place?

Bruce: When my parents die, I met this woman of my dream before catwoman. She has red hair, and she very sensitive, like your girlfriend Dana. Only you and your girlfriend's hairs are both black. Then when I was suppose to get married to her, I give her a ring to remind her, that's when I saw bats, flying over to me and my girlfriend. Then when I drop off to her father's, I discover the cave where the Bats live. Then the worst part came to me.

Terry: What worst part?

Bruce: She gave me back her ring, and left me a note saying, "Left with dad. Too young. Need time. And Forget about Me." She broke my heart, and I became heartless, and became Batman that I know of today. For that Batman must have the courage to fight, and must be alone with no love in his soul. And you must do the same thing Terry, if you want this job, you will forget her for the rest of your life.

Terry: But Dana and I, are meant for each other. I don't want to forget her! And I don't what to break a promise. Beside I'm not like you, when you lost your love and became Batman as you know it!

Bruce: Well, things couldn't be better, if you haven't cross my territory, and know my bat cave and stole my suit in the first place, you could happy with Dana. Hanging out, dancing and talking about your future. But your your job as Batman is important, then breaking a lady's heart. So you have a choice Terry, you want to do it my way, or Dana's way?

Then Terry Realizes that he cannot take this moment anymore, then he answer very rude to him about his life with Dana Tan.

Terry: I can not let Dana be in danger for nothing, even if I am Batman, I always walk out on her, dumped her, and break up with her! And break her heart! Well, Dana really needs me, more then you. Beside Batman is walking alone. (Then he ran out of the Bat cave, and said one more thing to Bruce.) And I'm keeping the Batsuit! Without your help!

Then Terry left the bat cave, and Bruce Wayne was all alone. Then he walk back to the computer, and sit down and pull out his cell phone, and still thinking about Terry, if he change his mind.

Bruce: (To Himself) He'll be back.

INTERIOR: THE LIVING ROOM OF WAYNE MANOR - AFTERNOON

Then we cut to the next scene, where Ace the Dog is in the living room, he is sitting on the sofa, and he watching a black and white cartoon with Porky Pig and Daffy in You Ought to be in Pictures, where Porky quit his business and Daffy felt glad.

Daffy: (Voiceover) Did you quit? Did you quit?

Porky: (Voiceover) Yeah I quit.

Daffy: (Voiceover) That's swell. That's swell. That's swell. Now, you go...

And during that scene, Terry McGinnis left the Bat Cave by entering this secret clockwork, he walks in the living room, and he begins to say goodbye to Ace.

Terry: Well so long, old boy. You take care Mr. Wayne now, cause I'm through. For now on, Batman is flying by himself, with no strings attached.

Then Terry left Wayne Manor, and Terry was gone. And Ace was all alone still watching that cartoon.

Daffy: Oh Boy. Now is my chance.

Then the scene turn into a black out.
