Bakugou and Midoriya were just staring awkwardly at each other not knowing what to do, especially Bakugou who was turning more and more red by the second.

He coughed and looked away, he'd rather not talk about something as embarrassing as this. Midoriya stood still as a statue, ready to be attacked or yelled at but instead, Bakugou just started to walk away which Midoriya found even more scary.

Midoriya looked at Bakugou's back that was getting smaller and smaller by each step Bakugou took while Midoriya stood still not knowing what to do, it was like any other time. He would try to catch up with Bakugou but Bakugou would always be out of his reach, like now.

"Oi, what are you waiting for? I gotta take you home!"

Midoriya looked at Bakugou with wide-eyes surprised to see Bakugou actually looking at him with his face a bit pink (Which Midoriya didn't understand why) and his back turned. 

He didn't move and just stared at Bakugou feeling confused and something else that he couldn't quite put his finger on, Bakugou was starting to get annoyed by Midoriya's stare and called out again with a more annoyed and impatient tone.

Midoriya jolted forward at Bakugou's shout with no hesitation and slowly started to walk up to Bakugou's back. Bakugou rolled his eyes and started to continue walking, not sparing Midoriya a glance.

The two walked along the streets not saying a word to each other but it was oddly harmonious, it wasn't as awkward as Bakugou thought it would be but then again, he did put that event at the back of his head and probably forgot about it now. Midoriya though, he was feeling pretty happy and pleased.

This was the first time that Bakugou actually waited for him to catch up ever since they were kids, it gave him a little bit of hope that he could once again become good friends with Bakugou and support each other in their path to becoming heroes.

Plus, lately, Bakugou has been more tame and less...violent. 

Midoriya was starting to feel giddy and jumpy at the thought of becoming proper friends once more with Bakugou, and Bakugou felt goosebumps forming at his arm though he didn't know why.

Finally, the two finally arrived at Midoriya's home. 

What Bakugou didn't expect though, was that his mother...was there...

"Katsuki! I didn't know you'd walk Izuku home!" Mitsuki gasped while standing at the entrance with a confused looked. If Bakugou was gonna walk anyone home she thought it'd be Bakugou's 'boyfriend' Todoroki or something. Plus, she thought that Midoriya and Bakugou weren't friends anymore for...Bakugou's behavior, but just because Bakugou isn't friends with Midoriya anymore, that doesn't mean that she still can't be friends with Inko.

Bakugou stood there in shock and his mouth agape, "What are you looking at me like that for? Come in! Inko will be very happy to see you again!" Mitsuki said and grabbed Midoriya and Bakugou's wrists, dragging them inside.

Inko yelped in surprise after seeing a blank looking Bakugou sitting down at a dining table chair and her son (Midoriya) sitting next to him smiling shyly at her while waving his hand at her. Mitsuki laughed at Inko's reaction.

Mitsuki softly dragged Inko to the dining table and made her sit down next to her at the opposite side of their sons.

"So, when did the two of you even talk again? I knew you two were classmates but I didn't think you'd be in good terms!" Mitsuki asked fully intending on getting as much information she needs as a mother, she is rather a bit suspicious that Bakugou would walk Midoriya home instead of his 'boyfriend'.

Bakugou didn't respond and just looked like he was a fish out of water while staring blankly at nothing, Midoriya was waiting for Bakugou to respond but it didn't seem like he would respond anytime, so Midoriya, decided to take control from here on.

"Well, Umm...Me and Kaachan have been...um...sparring! Yeah, sparring, with each other for practice at school!" Midoriya 'lied', but sometimes they do spar but it's because of school work, not in their own terms, so it's sorta a half-lie.

Inko and Mitsuki beamed at the information, they thought that Bakugou and Midoriya would never reconcile again. They both knew that the reason why Bakugou and Midoriya fell apart was because of Bakugou's bullying with Midoriya. That even caused a big problem with Inko and Mitsuki's relationship! But, in the end, they still set aside what Bakugou did and met up.

 "That is wonderful!" Inko cheered, she stood up from the chair rather clumsily and walked to the kitchen to grab the curry she was making for dinner, "Let's all eat together tonight!" She suggested happily, at the smell of curry, Bakugou perked up finally paying attention to what was happening.

Bakugou could care less about Midoriya who was sitting next to him, he just wanted to eat curry, now that he thought about it, it's been a LONG time since he ate Inko's curry.

Mitsuki was eating happily and chatting with all of them making the mood very pleasant to be in, but Bakugou wasn't as responsive and just kept on eating and most of the time ignoring every attempt made by Mitsuki to get him talking.

"Oh, umm, Kaachan, there's some rice on your li-" Midoriya subtly removed the rice away from Bakugou's lips with his thumb and realized too late on what he just did could have been a death trigger, "I-I'm sorry! Just continue eating!" Midoriya apologized hastily while moving away a bit from Bakugou.

Bakugou just sat there with his face slowly turning more and more red and being still as a statue which went unnoticed by Inko and Mitsuki. He hadn't noticed before, but Midoriya was becoming more and more...annoying? No...that's not right...Bakugou can't seem to place just what it is about Midoriya that was bothering him.

He shook his head deciding that it wasn't worth his time and went back to eating his curry, but in a much more slower and careful way. Meanwhile, Midoriya glanced secretly at Bakugou feeling complicated emotions, 'Can Kaachan be this cute...?' he asked himself in his mind, at that thought, his face went beet red.

"Anyway, this was a fun night! Me and Katsuki will probably visit together again later on!" Mitsuki said while Bakugou was being locked by her arm around the neck, "Bye Mitsuki! See you later!" Inko said back.

Mitsuki and Bakugou walked away heading home, "You know, I didn't realize this before, but do you have other friends instead of just Izuku?" Mistuki asked, she has always assumed that others would always be beside by Bakugou's aside, but thinking again, Bakugou isn't really best, friend material...

Bakugou stiffened up, he didn't know how to respond, he's not sure if Kirishima and the others are his friends...he always thought of them as some people that he'll use as a stepping stone in his path as a hero, but it must have been because that they've been clinging around him for a long time...he had started to care for them...

Though he'd never admit that! But back to the question! What should he answer...?

A. "Yeah, I guess..."

B. "Midoriya's not my friend!"

C. "Umm..."
