YOUR POV

You woke up in a dark room. You felt scared. But very curious. You walked around to find a skeleton there.

He was oozing with black goo. "Are you ok?" You asked. "Who are you?" He had blue tears around his eyesockets.

"I'm y/n, you?" You asked. "I'm... Nightmare..." "Wanna talk?"

"No leave me alone..." said nightmare. "Alright." You said as you sat a distance from him.

It was awkward silence. You felt bored. "Why am I here?" You asked.

"I'm in your dream" Said nightmare. "Oh... that makes sense" you said as you looked down.

"why did you talk to me? Shouldn't you be scared?" Nightmare asked.

"No I mean you're crying, and you looked like you weren't fine, I just wanted to help." You said.

Nightmare looked surprised. "I-I just..." nightmare turned away. He blushed.

You scooted next to him. "Why are you like this?"

"You wouldn't understand." He grunted. "I might. But I will try." You said smiling of hope.

He felt confused. Your stuck in this room. In a endless nightmare. You're not devoid of hope? He chuckled slightly.

"Y-You remind me of my brother... I hate him..."

"Why?" You asked in curiousity. "I... rather not say..." he answered while looking away.

"It's ok if you're not comfortable with it." You said nodding in understanding.

"Why aren't you giving up hope? You're stuck in this endless nightmare. Why aren't you scared? Why...are you being so... KIND to me?" He asked in anger.

"Because everyone deserves kindness. Even ones who did bad things before." You answered.

He looked shocked. "I don't know what you've been through. I don't know what you've done. But DONT ever say that no one that's never good! Can never be redeemed! That's wrong. It's what people say to me. But I don't believe in that." You said fiercely.

Nightmare sighed and chuckled. "But if I hurt you... would you fight? Or mercy?"

"Mercy... I don't wanna fight. I'm not a murderer And I'm here for you." You said.

He felt shocked. You wrapped your arms around him in a hug.

He tensed up but melt into the hug. "I just don't get it. What does that unthinking kindness come from!"

You closed your eyes and hugged him. "I will never give up faith. Even if it will never return back..." you said. (Remember this quote lyric? If you do. Then your a keen eye reader x3

Nightmare sighed. "Well what are you gonna do? You're trapped here. And you're gonna wake up. Soon." He said.

You smiled.

"I will see you again, I promise" you said.

You and him laughed together. "Well it's time for you to wake up. Goodbye Y/N."

"Bye" you said as you hugged him.

You woke up. Was that real? You sighed. Maybe it was just a Dream.

A real dream.
