Karma X Kuudere! Fem! Reader (Assassination Classroom) {New Kid} [Re-written]

Five years ago today, October 15th, I published the first part of this series. This one shot will cover all three parts. It will also be a showcase of how much I've grown as a writer.

And as a person.

Hope you enjoy.

SPOILERS FOR THE ENDING OF ASSASSINATION CLASSROOM

"So you're finally adding another kid to the class?" Karasuma sighed, "do you really think she'll be able to handle this assignment? She can barley corporate with professional adults."

"Look Karasuma we have to do all that we can. Our goal is to save the world no matter what."

"But sir-"

"Those eyes say everything." Karasuma's employer cut him off, "she already goes to that same school. Perhaps this is destiny."

"Or a result of being picked on for too long." He scoffed, "then again no matter what I say to you nothing will change your mind."

"It would be wise to watch that tongue, Karasuma." He's employer said sharply making him give in. "The girl will transfer tomorrow. Tell the other teachers before the day is over."

Karasuma bowed his head, "yes sir." And exited the room.

"Peach's kid goes here?!" Jelavić, most commonly known as professor bitch, exclaims. "And you never decided to tell me!?" She yells at Karasuma.

"Her daughter is nothing like her. Peach knew what it meant to lead a double life, she wasn't cold hearted until she was on the job." He explained pinching the bridge of his nose.

Korosensei lets out his signature laugh, "I see so they're sending in another assassin. This'll be interesting, even though I've never heard of this 'Peach' before."

"Peach isn't her actual name idiot." Jelavić swings an anti-sensei knife at him. "No one knows her real one, not even her employers." He only laughs at her failed attempts.

Karasuma ignores them, "(Y/n) is her daughter who will transfer to this class tomorrow. But don't treat her any different from the other students." He exits the faculty room.

----

As (Y/n) walks up the hill to the E-class building, she reads the letter her old teacher gave to her as she tried to enter the main campus building;

'Dear (Full Name), because of your behavior over the past two years at this school you will be transferred to E-class as of today. Making death threats to other students and teachers will not be tolerated. This is your last warning.'

She balls up the letter in frustration and shoves it into her schoolbag. It was all rumors spread by the other kids. Her mother trained her to kill another person, just incase something ever happened to her while on a job.

She wasn't the friendly type either, often having a gloomy looking facial expression. Also known as 'resting bitch face' paired with 'killer eyes.' These factors made it easy for the other students to think she would kill someone. And not in self defense, quickly made her an outsider.

When she arrived at the old school building, Karasuma was waiting at the front. "Hello." He greeted in his naturally serious voice. "I'm Mr. Karasuma your physical education teacher."

"(Full Name), it's nice to meet you." She replied with the same serious tone he talked in. Her mother does the same thing, Karasuma thought.

"This will be a rushed explanation but," he takes out an anti-sensei knife and hands it to her. "All students in this class have been given an assignment to kill their teacher. If he isn't kill by graduation the whole world will be destroyed."

(Y/n) messes with the knife, thinking it's weird how a rubber like knife could actual do some damage. "So the teacher isn't human then?"

"Something like that." He is once again surprised by the lack of shock and facial expressions. "A red head should already inside, your desk is next to his, a gun should be on top of it. I'll explain more after school."

She nods and walks past him. Karasuma didn't know whether to be worried or relieved. On one hand it was good she didn't have a bad reaction or refused to transfer classes. At the same time having no reaction, for a normal student, to all that information is never a good thing. Even for the daughter of an assassin.

Taking a deep breath, trying to fix a softer expression but failed and let it rest, (Y/n) slides open the door. The first thing she sees is dyed light green hair and that person turning around with a smile on her face. She was standing in front of a boy with blue hair. "Hello!" The girl greets, "you must be transferring here."

"That's right." (Y/n) replied and closed the door, stepping into the room a little more.

"They never do tell us when someone else is moving in." The blue haired boy sighs, "I'm Nagisa and this is Kayano." He gestures to the girl in front of him before turning his attention to another student with red hair sitting at the very back. "That's Karma."

Karma waves, not looking up from his phone. "Nice to meet you."

"It's nice to meet you too, I'm (Y/n)."

"Did they fill you in about..." Kayano trails off after seeing the anti-sensei knife in her hand.

(Y/n) follows her eyes, understanding what she was asking. "Yes Mr. Karasuma did. He said the target wasn't exactly human."

Nagisa and Kayano were surprised she used the word 'target' to describe their teacher. Brushing it off, Nagisa opens his small note pad and starts sharing the information he's gathered. "There was one time where Korosensei whiningly drank poison another student made. That was pretty weird."

Karma watches as the three talk about past assassination attempts, he could almost see the gears turning in (Y/n)'s head. Concluding that she must thinking about a plan for her own attempt.

More students started coming in, most of them not introducing themselves. It was too early in the morning for another transfer student. (Y/n) takes a seat, examining the gun on her desk.

"What are those gears thinking?" Karma teases.

"How many rounds?" She asks referring to the gun.

"As many as you can fit really." He shows her the clip of his gun, "but I wouldn't go over fifteen."

She nods and checks to see how many hers has already loaded, twelve bullets was already loaded.

Karma seems to be more intrigued, "come up with a plan already?"

(Y/n) wonders why the boy was interested in her. Surely is wasn't because of her looks or winning personality. When she saw the devilish look in his eyes she understood. This boy is bored out of his mind and wants to stir up some chaos. Might as well use him, she thought.

"Something like that." She answered looking into his eyes. Saying this only peaks the boys interest more. "Would you like to be a part of it?"

"Well of course!" He laughs, "what's my part?"

"Good morning everyone!" He greets with his usual yellow face on. (Y/n) and Karma act as if they haven't discussed anything. "I'm sure you've all noticed the new transfer student. Why don't you introduce yourself?" Karasuma enters the classroom as well, nodding at the girl.

(Y/n) stands up and walks up to the blackboard, writing her name on it. "I'm (Y/n), it's nice to meet you all." She looks directly at Karma who blinks twice before turning to face Korosensei. "It's nice to meet you as well, target."

Her classmates sweat drop, a few cringed. "She doesn't actually think she's scary, does she?" Terasaka whispers to his friends.

"That's just how she is." Itona whispers back, "her expressionless face says it all."

"Nice to meet you too (Y/n) but please call me Korosensei." He shakes her hand. Karma drops the largest textbook he had in his possession, gaining the teachers attention. (Y/n) then stepped on one of his tentacles, crushing it in the process.

"Well that worked." She said bluntly as Karma started shooting at Korosensei.

"You two have teamed up already!?" He exclaims as he dodged every bullet.

Karma chuckles, "shouldn't have her sit next to me then. You know I'm always ready to jump on the chance to kill you, teach." He runs out of bullets and (Y/n) walks back to her seat.

Before she could make it Jelavić slides up the door furiously. "Didn't we talk about no shooting first thing in the morning?!" She pauses her rant when she sees (Y/n) standing in the aisle. "Oh! You must be Peach's kid!" She quickly walks over to her and gets her face really close to hers. "You even have her eyes!"

Not knowing the correct way to respond, (Y/n) nods and returns to her seat. Hoping everyone didn't catch her tensing up a bit.

"What was that all about?" Kayano whispers to Nagisa, "it's kinda creepy."

"I dunno, let's ask at lunch." He whispers back as Jelavić exits the room.

Korosensei faces now has green stripes going across it, "you'll have to try better than that if you want to kill me."

"I will." (Y/n) answers in her usually blank face and monotone voice. Nothing else eventful happened until lunch time came around.

Nagisa and Kayano moved their desks to sit with (Y/n), Karma for some reason stayed in the classroom today instead of ditching their next class.

"I want to ask you," Nagisa starts gaining the new girls attention, "what exactly was your plan this morning?"

"Testing to see if the target would move slower if one of his tentacles was missing. One that he used for movement I mean." She answers and takes a bite of her lunch.

"I guess he slowed down." Kayano says in a slightly cheerful tone, "but I think you'll need to get more than one to see. But how did you crush it in the first place?"

"You mentioned earlier that Karma cut up an anti-sensei knife and glued it to his hand, crushing the tentacle when he shook his hand. So," she crosses her left leg over her right, resting her ankle on her knee. Showing the bottom of her shoe, "I did the same thing but with the bottom of my shoe. Karma was used to distract him since stepping on some else foot is not a good way to introduce yourself."

"No shit." Karma scoffs, "not the worst plan this class has seen."

----

Karma slides the door open to spot Nagisa and Kayano already seated. He turns to go to his desk and sees (Y/n) also seated. Sighing, he sits down and leans over to see what she was doing. "What are you up to on this fine morning?"

"About to sleep." She answers looking up from her book.

The other people listening in on the conversation were surprised to hear this. "Didn't sleep last night?"

"Not a wink." She replies placing her bookmark, which was a folded up piece of paper, in her book. She tosses it into her school bag without much care.

Before she could lay her head down on the desk Karma wants to tease her a little more. "Wanna ditch with me? The teachers aren't here yet so it'll be an easy escape." A smirk she couldn't see became prominent on his lips.

"Sure." She says, grabbing her bag. "Let's go."

Karma blinks but gets up and she follows him out of the classroom.

Nagisa and Kayano look at each other, "we'll just act like we never saw anything." They agree as other students started walking in. Both of them were thinking how nice it was, they are finally becoming friends. Not just partners in crime, right?

"It's weird how well they get along." Isogai comments, "we just passed Karma and (Y/n) in the hallway." He looks over at Nagisa as if he was asking for his opinion on the matter.

"Well..." He mumbles, "Karma can gat along with just about anyone. He's just a little rough around the edges."

"A little." Kayano mutters to herself knowing full well how much of an understatement that is.

"Yeah I guess you have a point." Isogai agrees. Nagisa couldn't believed he bought that but he adds onto his sentence. "It's not like (Y/n) is easy to get along with either. She's kind of intimidating."

Okuda joins in the conversation, "I know what you mean. When we were partners for chemistry I could barley talk but she's actually really nice. Sure her way of speaking is a little formal but she's loosening up some."

Nagisa sweat drops not wanting to be involved in the conversation about his friends. Even though he agreed with what they are saying. The most intimidating thing about her is her lack of facial expressions, he thought but pushed it aside.

Their classmates all sat down as a short amount of time passed, homeroom began. "Good morning everyone!" Korosensei greeted. He intently noticed the two empty seats in the very back row. "Where might Karma and (Y/n) be at?"

The class falls silent, Nagisa speaks up before Isogai has the chance too. "They haven't shown up yet." The teacher shrugs it off and takes roll. Without making note to find them, if they are on school grounds, during his break.

The two who ditched class were hanging out near the cliff Karma tried to assassinate Korosensei at. He takes a seat at the edge, his legs dangling over. (Y/n) copies his movements.

"Care to tell why you agreed to skip class with me?" He asks.

"You heard what Bitch-Sensei said didn't you?" Karma looks confused, "she said I had my mother eyes."

"Uh yeah? Most kids have some of the same traits their parents do." He replies in a bored tone and decided to ask another question. "And why do you call teach 'target'?"

"Because that's he is, we've been instructed to kill him therefore he is a target." She explains and looks over to see his reaction. Deciding that she should come clean, "my mother is an assassin. That's why I'm in this class."

He looks unfazed by the news but is shocked on the inside. "That does make sense right down to your personality. But then again you never said anything about it before..."

"It's been two months since I transferred into this class." (Y/n) begins to explain, "I didn't want to be here. My guess is Karasuma's employer sent me here, would be easy considering I was already attending this school."

"Damn that's a weird coincidence." Karma comments.

"Truth is I don't want to be an assassin. My mother never forced me to be one at all, just taught me who to kill if someone ever comes after me. Like a person out for revenge because of someone she was sent to kill." She takes a deep breath, "I'm hoping that if I kill this target I won't ever have another one. I just want to go back to being somewhat normal, I know I'll never be completely normal but..."

He thinks about the right words to say, "did you have a previous target before Korosensei?"

She nods but doesn't speak. So he chooses his next words carefully, "I'm willing to bet there's a way to get you out of here without having to kill teach. Finding a way is the hardest part that won't up with anyone having a criminal record..."

"That's why I have to assassinate him." She speaks up, "I really don't want to kill anyone else in my life. But if I succeed in eliminating this one; I can use that money to insure it will be the last target I will ever have. Of course I'll still need a job but I can always work part time somewhere. Invest the money from this target to make it last longer."

Korosensei finds the two and processed to approach them. "I thought I might find you two together. Didn't you ever think about ditching off of school property?"

"There wasn't enough time." Karma replies, "besides we're having an important conversation here teach."

"Oh I know all about it." (Y/n) turns to face her target, Korosensei continues. "Can't say I don't blame you. Being an assassin is not for everyone. You shouldn't be forced into the position either. Your plan isn't a bad one just needs some touching up."

"What can I do besides this?" She asks with a touch of desperation in her usual monotone voice.

"I ran into your mother once before. Years before I became a teacher. She talked about what a wonderful daughter you were, how happy she was to have you in her life. She also wished for you to choose your own path whatever that may be." He place his tentacle on her head, "we can talk about getting you a part time job if that's what you want to do after you finished your schooling here."

She nods, her eyes full of hope. "Thank you." Karma looks over at her and is happy for her. Truly happy for his friend.

"Now then I expect to see you two in the classroom before the next class starts." With that Korosensei is already back the building eating a snack from the newest country he visited.

"Do you want to go back?" (Y/n) asks Karma, implying that she was going to skip the rest of the school day.

"What this?" He teases, "character development from the kuudere? That's not something you see everyday!"

"Forget it." She replies in her monotone voice, walking away from the red head who claims he's just kidding.

----

"And (Full Name)." Korosensei calls out, finishing his final roll call.

"Here." Her normal monotone voice says but the tears flowing from her eyes speak volume.

Everything else is a blur, the class blinks and they are reading the guide Korosensei left behind for them. Nagisa, Karma, Kayano and (Y/n) finds themselves in a group hug before they part ways.

"We have to keep in contact." Kayano sniffs, "no matter where we're all at. No matter what happens."

They all nod in agreement, "you guys should come visit me at work." (Y/n) says, wanting to lighten the mood but also didn't want say goodbye to her friends. "I'll give you a discount."

"We will meet again, this isn't our last goodbye." Nagisa declares, still not letting go of the group hug. It was Karma who pulled back after a few minutes, not saying anything as he waves 'see ya' to them.

"Don't want us to see your tears?" (Y/n) teases him, causing him to raise he's middle finger high into the air.

The other smiled at each other before going their separate ways.

"I'll take that as a yes." (Y/n) mutters to herself, walking out of E-class for good.
