I can't sleep so I wrote this. It's almost eleven at night and I ate a lot of food today so yeah! That has nothing to do with the one shot but I'm bored so let's get started!

"(Y/N)!" Gon shouted, running around the woods. "(Y/N)! WHERE ARE YOU!" He called. I tried my best not to laugh. 

What were we doing? Well I'm so glad you asked! What? You didn't? Well too bad because I'm gonna tell you anyway!

You see, Killua, Gon and I made a bet. "Who ever finds (y/n) in the woods gets to go on a date with her." Killua said as I was cleaning off the table. I sat the dishes in the sink and came back into the room, and smacked him. 

"Don't I get a say in this?!" I shouted.

They both smiled at each other and replied with, "nope!"

I rolled my eyes and said, "fine, it's not like you're gonna find me."

"Oh really, is that so." Killua challenged. 

"Yep." I replied, we started glaring at each other. We were both very competitive but we knew that we were just playing around.

Gon laughed, "okay so when is this gonna happen? The next boat leaves in three days after all."

"I think it's gonna rain the day after tomorrow so..." I trailed off, looking the all the dirty dishes in the sink.

"You need to go clean?" Killua asked.

"Yeah tell me what day you guys figure out." I answered, rushing over to the sink, grabbing my sponge and dish soap. 

Once I was done, and laid the dishes out to dry they shouted, "we have a day!"

I laughed and walked back into the room that they were at. "Tomorrow?" I asked.

"Yeah we both knew that already so we just talked about what would do if we took you out on a date." Killua responded.

"Anyway I think we should go to sleep, we have a lot of running around to do tomorrow after all." Gon suggested. Killua and I both nodded, heading into our separate rooms.

Gona and Killua stayed in the same room while I was in the one across from them.

"Good night." I said before closing the door. "Good night!" They called.

Now that you're up to speed let's get back to the present day.

I was hiding in the highest tree in the woods. The boys told me to hid somewhere among the trees, so I did. I don't think that they know that I'm really good at hiding. After all I had to do this for a few years of my life.

I think that this was Killua's way to get Gon and I together. Which was really smart. He knew that we could never ask each other out.

Gon was now right below the tree that I was sitting in. I think he saw my shoe since he started climbing it. Once he reached the top he smiled at me, "there you are! Geez you must come here a lot!"

"Well ready to go? I don't think you want to waste anymore day light, right?" I said and stood up. He nodded and took my hand, "yeah."

He held my hand the whole time we were walking. We arrived at the market square. It was filled with shops and the smell of fish. The coast wasn't that far away from where we are at. As we walked around, some people started to stare at us.

"Oh look it's Gon and (y/n)!" One small child said to their sister. The sister looked at her twin sister, "aw! Maybe they finally got together! I was rooting for them!" One of the twins said. "Really? I was thinking that Killua and (y/n) would go out but hey I like (you ship name) too!"

Gon and I blushed, looking down at the ground. "Hey, what do you want to do?" He asked. "Wanna get some food?" I asked. He nodded, "yeah! Where do you want to go?" He replied, looking up at me. There was still some pink on his face just was there was some on my face.

I smiled, "sweet stop?" I asked, there had to be a sparkle in my eyes when I said that. He grinned, "okay lets go!" He said, stand started running. He was still holding my hand.

We ran down the street, people started to stare at us even more. We got a few, "young love" and "aw look how cute they are" from that both people that knew us and from those who didn't. 

When we arrived at the shop, the waiter recognized us. Mostly because this was Killua's favorite sweet shop and we would come with him some times. He didn't say anything about us being together just a 'hello' and we ordered.

We talked about a lot of random topics. "I'm just saying he says the funniest thing when he gets mad." Gon said and I was still laughing. "But he really pulled out a chicken when he was watching the video?" I asked, Gon nodded laughing with me. "Yeah and then he just dropped it!"

Our food came shortly after that and I took a picture of my food. "I'm gonna send this to Killua, wonder what he's gonna say." I told Gon. He smiled, "take one of mine too, I wan to see what he says." I nodded and sent him the text.

After we finished our food I got response. "Killua said, 'I can't believe you guys went there without me!!!!!! You better bring me back some!!!!!' Do you think we should?" He shook his head, "there closed now. We spent  too much time looking for you." He replied, pointing the the window. The sun was going down.

"We better hurry home then." I said, Gon took my hand again.

After we paid, we started running back down through the market. Laughing as I almost ran into a fish stand. Once we were on the dirt road back home, I started singing. Gon always said how much he loved me singing and I was in a good mood.

"Splash down in the silver screen into a deep dramatic seen." I started off. Gon joined me to my surprise. "I swim through the theater or maybe I'm just a dreamer."

I smiled, "I didn't know you liked to sing?" He chuckled, "I don't but I thought that I would join you." 

We sang a bunch of different songs and started to dance around like idiots. That is until Gon tripped over a rock. I bursted out laughing, "are you okay?" I said laughing. That is until he pulled me down with him. 

"I am now." He said with a smile. We laid in the grass for a while, until the sun was all the way down. The stars came out. "Thank you for today. It was a lot of fun." I said softly. "Me too, we should do it again sometime." He replied, looking over at me. I kissed his cheek and sat up. "Come on, we need to get going." 

I stood up and pulled me up off the ground. "So how about when we leave Whale Island I can take you out on another date?" He asked, "but I will be upgraded to boyfriend." 

I laughed at how much of a dork he was, "yes you can be upgraded as long as I am too."

A somewhat cute and weird one shot for you all. I haven't done Gon and a while and I want to start HXH again so yeah.
