Okay can I just say that Boruto looks super cute in those clothes, does anyone else agree with me? So for some reason, I don't have a beach one shot. Today that is all going to change.

This one shot is combined with a request!

"So where are you off today?" Hinata, Boruto's mother asked her son as he was running around the house.

"We're going to the beach today!" He cheered as he finally finished packing.

"And who is 'we'?" His father, Naruto, asked him while giving his daughter a piggy back ride.

"(Y/n), Sarada and Mitsuki. You remember them right? We all saved up enough money to go today." Boruto explained, "Shikadai and Inojin said they couldn't come and Chō-Chō is out of town."

Hinata and Naruto smiled at their son, "okay just be safe." Hinata said, "and please don't get hurt."

"Yeah we don't want (Y/n) to drag you back here, again." Naruto chuckled, sitting his daughter down to give her older brother a hug.

"Have fun~" She sang, "oh! Can you bring me back a seashell?"

Boruto nods, pulling her in for a sibling hug, "yes of course. We'll find you the best seashell there."

The siblings let go so the parents could ask the son more questions. "What time will you be back?" Naruto asks, "are you taking the train?"

"We will be taking the last train but don't worry I will have my phone. I'll call you once I get on the train when we are coming back." He said and then his phone started ringing. He looks at it to find (Y/n) calling.

"Who is it?" Himawari asked.

"It's (Y/n)..." Boruto mumbled.

"Then answer it." Naruto said, "see if she's okay."

Boruto answers, "hey what's up?" He asked (Y/n).

"Where are you at? The train leaves in ten minutes." She asks in a calm voice.

"What!?" He shouts, looking at the clock on the wall.

"Yeah so where are you? We can stall for you but only for a but-"

"I haven't even left yet!" He shouts, "bye guys!" With that Boruto runs out the door, his family shaking their heads.

"Sometimes I wonder if he spent too much time with Shikamaru when he was younger." Naruto chuckled, wrapping one arm around his wife.

She laughs, "I think he will learn how to manage his time after he moves out."

Her husband groans, "don't speak of such things. He's only sixteen after all."

"And yet you still give Himawari piggy back rides." Hinata says, "she'll be going out with her friends one of these days."

"Yeah!" Himawari cheered, "I hope Boruto makes it on time..."

"Don't worry about it," Naruto said and ruffled his daughters hair. "(Y/n) always finds a way to make things work." He smiles, knowing that Boruto has made a wonderful friend that will stay with him for life.

Boruto sprits to the train station, knocking over everything in his path. Which has only been traffic cones so far. Apparently they were updating parts of the side walks, an odd thing to see in Shibuya. Usually they will just leave the sidewalks be unless they are completely washed away.

He jumps down the stairs, some how landing on his feet, only to run back up them. "This is the subway!" He shouts in frustration.

Meanwhile at the train station, the train to the beach now pulled up to the station. "Okay Sarada," (Y/n) started to say, gaining her attention. "You and I have to look like we don't know what we are doing and ask on of the workers, okay?"

"And how do we do that? What about Mitsuki?" Sarada asked.

"Mitsuki can go find a place to sit, as close to us as possible. You and I will approach one of the workers and ask them to explain which train is which." (Y/n) explained with a smile, "ready...."

"Wait but-" Mitsuki tried to say but (Y/n) cut him off.

"Go!" Sarada was dragged onto the train by (Y/n) and Mitsuki was following them.

As soon as a worker was in sight, (Y/n) set her plan into action. "Just follow my lead." She whispered to Sarada, who sighed in response.

"Excuse me!" (Y/n) called to one of the workers, who looked up from what they were looking at. "Hi! We're new to the city, could you please us how to get to Shinjuku?"

Now the worker seemed like an important person based on his uniform. The one they were wearing is different from all the other employees. It was pure luck that the girls ran into a very important person.

"And also, how does the system work?" Sarada added. "We're not from the city..." She mumbles the last part, not sounding very confident.

While the employe was working with Sarada and (Y/n), Mitsuki pulls out his phone and calls Boruto.

"Where are you at? The girls are stalling..." Mitsuki says.

"I'm almost there!" Boruto shouts, "if this line would hurry up then I would be there already!"

The employe walks off and the girls sit down with Mitsuki. "We stalled him as long as we could." Sarada said, "where is that idiot?"

"I'm running to the train!" Boruto shouts, "almost there!"

(Y/n) takes the phone out of Mitsuki's hand. "Hurry! The doors are about to close!" She goes over to the doors.

"I see you!" Boruto shouts into the phone, and jumps down the stairs.

(Y/n) hangs up the phone and tosses it to Mitsuki. She holds out her hand, "come on!"

Boruto grabs her hand and is pulled onto the train just as the doors close. They fall down onto the floor.

"What is this? Some kind of cliché anime?" Sarada sighs, "way to be dramatic."

(Y/n) got an idea and starts tickling him. "W-what are you d-doing?!" Boruto laughs, rolling off of her.

"Getting you off of me without shoving you off, duh." She laughs. Boruto and (Y/n) stand up, the other passengers look at us like we had four heads. "Hi!" (Y/n) said, "how is everyone?" No one responded, Boruto and (Y/n) sat with Sarada and Mitsuki.

"Soooooo what's the plan when we get to the beach?" Boruto asked.

Everyone looked at each other, "guess we didn't think that far ahead huh?" Sarada sighed.

"We'll figure it out as we go." Mitsuki smiled.

"How about we get changed and then get some watermelon?" (Y/n) suggested.

The others nodded, "sounds good to me." Mitsuki said.

"Oh! I promised Himawari I would bring her back some seashells so I may sneak off for a bit-" Boruto was cut off by Sarada shaking her head. "We'll all help out."

"Yeah we can make a competition out of it." (Y/n) said, "like the biggest one, the smallest, and the won the looks the prettiest."

"And what do you get when you win?" Mitsuki asked.

"The joy of making a little girl happy." She replied, "and the loser will buy the winners a drink from the vending machine."

"Loser?" Sarada asked, "how many winners will there be?"

"Well let's say that three of us win one category, then there'll be one loser. Just like if one person wins two categories and one person wins the other, there'll be two losers. Does that make sense?"

They nod and talk about random topics for the rest of the train ride.

As soon as they train stopped, the group raced out and over to the changing area.

"You know, it's really convenient how the train can just drop us off right at the beach!" Sarada shouts, still sprinting to the changing area.

"Yeah no kidding!" (Y/n) replies.

The girls change and meet up with the guys who found a spot near the ocean. "Jeez what took you guys so long!" Boruto shouted.

"Long line, we had to wait our turn." Sarada replied, "anyway why don't we go get that watermelon?"

"Yeah!" (Y/n) cheered, "hey wait where's Mitsuki?"

Boruto looks around, "he was just here a moment ago..."

Mitsuki noticed a person selling water guns when the group stepped off the train. He decided to break his usual "clam and collected" persona. After he got changed, he bought two while Boruto wasn't looking in order to prank the group.

Mitsuki came up behind the girls, having his finger to his lip. He gave Boruto a look that said "shhhhh don't say anything." Boruto gave him a look back, "dude this is going to be awesome."

Mitsuki fires the water gun in Boruto's face. The girls turn around, (Y/n) takes the other gun from Mitsuki's hand. "This is going to be so much fun!" She fires the gun at Boruto as well.

"Hey! That's not fair!" He shouts, blocking his face so the water doesn't get in his eyes. "Where did you gets those anyway!"

"At a shop." Mitsuki replied, "oh and there's a food stand right next to it where we can get some watermelon."

(Y/n) nods in reply, closing in on Boruto. "Truce! Truce!" He shouts. She nods to Mitsuki and he asks, "why should we?"

"I'll buy everyone watermelon!"

The two look over at each other again and nod. "Sounds good to me." They both put down their water guns and Sarada sighs. "Not that that's over with, what now?"

"How about Boruto go buys us watermelon while we can look for seashells? I know that we already made the competition but I was thinking, while Mitsuki and I were completing destroying Boruto," they high five just to make Boruto mad.

"You guys didn't-"

"I was thinking that we need a judge, and who knows Boruto's little sister better than Boruto." (Y/n) ignored Boruto.

"Huh, why didn't we think of that before?" Sarada said, not really looking for an answer.

"Plus it would give Boruto a change to get his revenge on (Y/n) and I." Mitsuki added and Boruto pouts.

"Fine, we can do that." Boruto says, "I'll go buy the watermelon...."

Mitsuki and (Y/n) made sure to fill the water guns back up and have them on hand just incase. 

In the end, the group ate so much watermelon and Sadara soon won the seashell competition. 

"Yep, saw that coming." Sadara said, "thanks for the watermelon Boruto." She smiled.

"So (Y/n) and I will buy you guys both dinner on the way back." Mitsuki said as none of them need a drink.

"Yeah but please don't order too much, I still need to pay bills next month." (Y/n) sighs, seeing Boruto reach behind him.

She grabs her water gun and they both spray each other at the same time. Sadara jumps back, "watch the towels guys!"

"Hold!" Mitsuki stood up, "stop spraying!"

They both stop, "let Sadara and I move the towels and our bags, then you guys can go back to your water war."

Boruto and (Y/n) nod stand up, still holding each other at water gun point.

Mitsuki and Sarada moved everything out of the way, "you may now continue." Sarada said and the water war start again.

After Boruto and (Y/n) were drenched in water, the group began to run up and down the beach. Swimming contest were held, who can splash who the most contest and they played volley ball until they couldn't breath.

"Wow," Boruto started as he was sitting down on volleyball "court", "the suns going down fast."

"Well let's have some Sea Salt Ice Cream before we call it a day." (Y/n) replied, handing everyone a cone of ice cream.

The group moved down to the ocean again and sat down to where the waves washes over their legs.

"Got to say, this was a very fun day. Thank you, (Y/n)." Sarada says.

"Yes, thank you (Y/n) for convincing me to come." Mitsuki added.

Boruto and (Y/n) kissed, "thanks for dragging everyone out here."

"Aww you're welcome love." She smiled while Sarada was gagging.

"I think I'm going to be sick." Mitsuki was acting like he was dying too.

Boruto kissed (Y/n) on the cheek and they both fell to the ground. Mitsuki mocked the sound of a heart rate going flat. "Beep, beep.........beeeeeeeeeeep."

The couple chuckled, "come guys we better get going." (Y/n) said, grabbing the water gun and spraying them both in the face. After they covered their eyes of course.

Mitsuki and Sarada run away but mostly went away to give the couple privacy.

"For real though, thank you for today. I think we all needed a day to get away from everything." Boruto.

"Will you stop being sappy." (Y/n) chuckled, and kissed his cheek. "We better get going before those two see us kissing again and fake die again."

Boruto laughed, "race ya back to the train!"

"You're on!" She shouts after him.

I had to end it before I got too carried away again. I really really really wanted to add soooooooooooooooooooo many more details but I had to get this posted. Knowing me I'll probably do another beach one shot with a different anime (actual that's not a bad idea...)

By the way, I did well on my exams. Studying your ass off pays off kids.
