Kokomi glared at the back of your head as she watched Kusuo actually smile at you. She couldn't figure out what was special about you that had actually caught the attention of Kusuo. Wanting to know who you were, she makes her way over to the two of you.

"Kusuo! It's so nice to see you!"

She goes to greet him with a hug but Kusuo easily dodges it. You watch as she nearly falls over but catch her at the last minute

"Are you alright?"

Kokomi is about to tell you off but stops herself when she sees you. She suddenly forgets why she hated you in the first place.

"I'm alright. Thanks to you."

You give her a small smile at her thanks. You watch as Kusuo rolls his eyes and quickly introduces the two of you so Kokomi would finally leave him alone.

"(y/n), this is Kokomi. She's a classmate. Kokomi, this is (y/n). She's my sister."

"Sister? Kusuo, why didn't you tell me that you had a sister."

"That's because it's none of your...."

You hit his stomach with your elbow, effectively stopping him from continuing what he was going to say.

"Kusuo, don't be rude. She's your friend."

"Yeah, well I'll leave the two of you alone so you can catch up or whatever."

He turns around and heads towards the cafe that the two of you had been planning on trying out before Kokomi had caught up with the two of you. He expects for you to turn down Kokomi and join him but you never do. He watches as the two of you walk in the opposite direction to another cafe that Kokomi had wanted to show you.

You surprisingly had a good time with Kokomi. She wasn't like anything that Kusuo had described her to be.

"I'm glad that you bumped into us. I had fun today."

"Yeah? Maybe we can go out on a date next time? I would love to take you to this restaurant that just opened up."

"I would love that."

Kokomi smiles and gives you a tight hug before she walks inside her home. You start to walk back to your place when you suddenly feel like you're being stared at. Looking around, you finally find said person as he glares at you from his window.

'I'm going to kill you'

He tells you before closing the blinds. Not wanting to be near him, you rush back to your place. You had no idea what you had done to warrant such reaction and you weren't planning on finding out.

"Yeah. That's just her creepy brother. If you plan on dating Kokomi, you're going to have to deal with his attempts to sabotage your relationship."

Kusuo had stayed up to wait for you to give him all the details of what happened after the two of you had left. He didn't care about what you did, he just wanted to tell you 'I told you so' after spending time with Kokomi. He wasn't expecting to hear that you had a date with her on Friday.

"If you love me, you'll help me?"

"No way. I already dealt with him once. I don't want to deal with him again."

"Kusuo, please. I really like Kokomi. I'll buy you all the coffee jelly that you want."

"Deal."

He answers right away when you mention the coffee jelly.

"Seriously? You're not going to help me because you love me."

"I'm helping you and that's all that matters."

"It's okay. I know you won't say it but I know you love me."

"You could really be annoying sometimes (y/n)."

"Yeah but you love me."

Kusuo just rolls his eyes and pushes you out of his room.

"No, I don't."

You just laugh, knowing that he didn't mean it.
