Top Ten Scariest Anime

{ATTENTION: Before I start I want to warn you that you don't have to agree in everything I said. This is based on my/ and my friends' opinion. So please don't get MAD at me if you're not satisfied with the list.}

It's not Halloween yet but I want to share my top ten scariest anime that I've watched. :)

10. Jigoku Shoujo

The sound tracks, the drama, the eeriness of the characters, the concept of the anime, all of this are the perfect recipe for a horror anime. Since this show is pretty old, many people are starting to forget the greatness of this show. Ugh, just by explaining it makes me to watch everything all over again.

9. Shiki

Hm, Shiki isn't that scary but there are some parts where you want to close your eyes and cover your ears XD Well, maybe only for me, since I'm such a scaredy-cat. So I rank this show in number 9.

8. Ghost Stories

Yeah, another old anime but as a kid, when I was watching this, it was one of the scariest thing in my life. I remember watching it in English dub and in t.v. I was like, 6 or 7 years old back then...It was really scary for me that time and even now it still make me scared a little.

7. Puella Magic Madoka Magica

I just don't know how to react in this show. I expected a cute magical show where there are cute magical girls doing cute magical things... -__- But nah...it wasn't like that. Sh*t just got real! Everything was changed, and I was pretty shock in the whole series...This is really one of the most surprising and scary anime out there.

6. Elfen Lied

Elfen Lied isn't that scary for me but I ranked it in number 6 since the gory effect of this show really made my stomach twist a little. Gore is one of the ingredients of a good horror anime. Since this anime is full of gory episodes...I think it deserves a number 6 ^^

5. Umineko no Naku Koro Ni

Number 5! Why? Because this anime made my stomach churn every time there's a gory part. I can't describe the creepiness of this show. :D Just watch it! I'm sure you'll love it.

4. Another

Come on! Another should be here! From the opening, the soundtracks, the characters, the animation, everything is creepy here! The gore made everything scary and the dolls/manequins...don't forget that DX It's really creepy!

3. Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni

The whole plot of the anime is eerie, the characters are insane, the music is creepy, the gore is there...Everything is just scary...This one really deserves number 3.

2. Corpse Party

I suggest with my life this is one of the scariest series containing four episodes you will ever see. I nearly threw up watching them and actually made me gag several times with guts, gore, and extreme blood and torture! Really bloody but quite good. Well, the anime is probably the best horror I have ever seen so go look it up (the anime) it's also a game too!

And number one is!!!

1. Ghost Hunt

WARNING: DO NOT WATCH THIS WHEN YOU ARE AT HOME ALONE, WITH HEADPHONES ON FULL BLAST. ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU'RE HOME ALONE AT MIDNIGHT. That's all I have to say...I couldn't sleep at night when I watched this show -_- TT^TT
